The website is simple, options are great, the delivery was smooth, the product looks great. In these days of fake products and under delivery, this is a great experience.

It's a super nice idea and the options for customisations are great. It was quite easy to order, the product was delivered within three days.The one thing I wasn't too happy with was the print itself. As a Graphic Designer myself I found flaws in the execution, at least for my taste. The whole poster looked a bit pale (I know, it's just not as bright as a screen ;) and the shadow of the icon looked weird, bit too big and mushy. Apart from that everything was great, the receiver loved it and thats the important part :) would order again

De delivery was delayed. There was a very quick respond on my question and I was offered a voucher for a next order. Eventually I recieved my order only a few days late.

I loved it, almost everything was amazing! I enjoyed the content, and the delivery time was incredible. My wife was super happy with it! Maybe just the quality of the frame disappointed me a bit. I ordered the frame in oak style, but it felt a bit weak with some very small parts coming out (I guess woodchips), nothing to worry about in general.

. the DHL courier, despite having the correct address, was unable to deliver the package and I had to collect it from the local branch. When I asked why it had not been delivered, the manager was unable to give me an explanation.

DHL bad carrier, no delivery information or load shedding at the post office. I almost didn't get my package, within 1 day. Information only by going to see the tracking on the site. Otherwise order compliant

Really impressed by the respect of this company for customers.Shortly after placing my order, I realized I had made an error in the text on my frame. Within 10 minutes, I sent an email to request a cancellation. Unfortunately, due to a technical issue, they didn’t receive my email, and my order was already produced and prepared for delivery. Despite this, they graciously offered to reorder a new frame for me at no additional cost!On top of this, the final product exceeded my expectations, the quality of the metal print is simply outstanding.

I ordered a customer puzzle with a picture of my friend and her family. I was worried about the photo quality since I copied it from instagram, but it turned out wonderfully. Clear, beautiful, and it came quick!!

Wir haben zwar noch nicht gepuzzelt, da es ein Weihnachtsgeschenk sein soll. Per Mail wurde man auch stets über den Produktionsstand und den Versand informiert. Super. Ich freue mich darauf es zu verschenken.

War super einfach zu gestalten. Bezahlung war auch easy. Man wurde über den Lieferstatus mit Sendeverfolgung und per Mail informiert. Paket hat etwas länger gebraucht, aber das war die Schuld von DHL. Super robust verpackt.

Ziet er uit zoals verwacht. Levering liet wel even op zich wachten omdat het blijkbaar uit Duitsland moest komen dus hou rekening met zeker een week levertijd. Waar Momenterie niets aan kan doen maar DHL wel, was de manier van aflevering. Pakje werd voor de deur gezet terwijl ik meerdere dagen afwezig was. Gelukkig hebben de buren het zien staan en maar mee naar binnen genomen, Dit hoor je vaker van DHL, wat echt schandalig is.

“Fast perfekt”

Bin überaus zufrieden mit dem Produkt, die Karte ist genau wie gewünscht. Wenn ich jedoch etwas direkt inklusive Rahmen bzw. Schon eingerahmt bestelle, erwarte ich eigentlich etwas mehr Genauigkeit beim Einrahmen. Leider war die Karte nicht korrekt eingelegt worden. Einige der Metallschniepel, welche die Rückseite im Rahmen halten, waren VOR der Karte, statt wie es sein sollte dahinter. Leider wurde dadurch eine kleine Stelle am Plakat zerkratzt und die Karte war gebogen im Rahmen. Zum Glück verdeckt der Rahmen diese Stelle nach eigenhändigem, exaktem Einlegen des Bildes...ansonsten hätte ich es dafür reklamiert. Bitte achten Sie auf solche Details. Für den Preis erwarte ich eigentlich ein einwandfreies Produkt welches ich nicht nochmal selbst zusammenbasteln muss.

Yes it acts like a scam site. It guarantees delivery for a certain date, but then not only is it not respected, but the goods do not arrive. There is no way to talk to them except through a forum to fill out which is followed by a response (always the same) that redirects to the DHL courier site... obviously all in German!
