Is mololabel.com Legit?

Return policy is not acceptable or accurate. No where does policy state that you havd to product to China to get a full refund.

How in the world do you return anything?!? I bought 4 shirts and they are all way to small. I would just like to exchange them for another size but I can't find anyplace on their website that allows you to do this. Very frustrating.

Absolutely brilliant. I’ve used this company twice now after seeing their long sleeved Polos on Instagram. I bought two a few months ago. They do take a while to arrive, perhaps 2 to 3 weeks, but the wait is worth it. They are superb. I bought three more recently as a result. They are 90% cotton and are very reasonably priced, brilliant quality and accurate fit. I’m XL due to training and I struggle with getting my shoulders into things, but these are great. They are also a perfect length and they wash and iron well.It’s nice to have something a bit different and Mololabel really hit the mark. I’ve never had to return anything so can’t comment about that, but my two experiences with everything else have been 100% 5*.I want more, but I don’t need them yet 🤣

My shirt arrived but had a hole in it. When I access their website to sort out a return within 14 days, I get this: Access DeniedSorry, you do not currently have the necessary permissions to access this site, or this site may not be available in your region.I’m assuming it’s a spurious company at best?

AMAZING customer service, could exchange my shirts - which were too big - quickly and efficiently. They replied and solved my issue on the very same day.And the shirts are very very nice, great quality, beautiful colors.Had a 5-star experience.

I recently purchased the Crew in Cotton long sleeve T-shirt from Mololabel. I came across an advertisement on Facebook and really liked the way the shirt was shaped in the pictures. The price was reasonable, so I ordered one. Terrific purchase! The shape of the shirt fits me like it looks in their pictures and the thickness and softness of the shirt makes it very comfortable. I liked it so much I just ordered another one in a different color. I highly recommend.

If it looks to be to be true it probably is, wise words.I bought two long sleeved polos, Sale-Blaine Casual Shirt. They are poor quality and 1970 s design , when they asked me to submit a review and I gave them 1 star, guess what I could not submit the rating. Unless you planning to go to a 1970s fancy dress avoid.

Incredible customer service. I bought two shirts size XL and unfortunately they did not fit me. I asked if I could send the shirts back and either do an exchange or a get a refund so I could purchase the correct size. They told me they would send out the correct size immediately and to not bother returning the XL shirts. They just asked that I donate them to someone else!

Super happy with the items I purchased, so much so that I bought the same style in two other colours as they are so nice. The shirts also fit perfectly (I'm 6'3" and ordered size M). Service was fast and when I mistakenly ordered two of the same colour, the customer service team responded quickly and gave an excellent resolution. Happy with quality, price and service and would recommend based on my experience :)

The original shirt was too large, so I contacted them for a return/refund. They advised to donate instead as return shipping fees would be cost prohibitive and they sent me a smaller size. I recommend sizing down on the long sleeve men’s shirts. Great customer service!!

Absolutely incredible! Purchased an XL-variant, but this was too large. After having contact they let me keep the XL-Variant and send along the L-variant. The fit of the shirt is great and as advertised. Really appreciated what they did for me her!

I ordered 4 garments in total. They arrived all well packaged and in good time. I was pleased with the quality and detailing. I noticed I accidentally ordered a wrong size in one of the items. Customer service were excellent and very responsive. They replied in less than 24 hours and offered to send out a new top free of charge and asked that I just donate the other item. This is a great way to treat customers and build loyalty. I would recommend Mololabel and have no hesitation to purchase from them again.

I'm only giving the one star because I can't give less. I purchased one shirt. Waited almost three weeks. I contacted them twice in that time asking for an update on when it would be shipped and got half hearted responses saying "due to a recent surge in orders..." and "No update yet." Like, come on. It's one shirt. Finally I gave up and cancelled my order.

Really great item! Really liked the quality and price. Felt like you get a lot for your money considering the quality of the material. I needed to exchange for a bigger size and the staff responded to me very promptly and were very warm and helpful. I have to say I will be very open to shopping again, struck me as thoroughly professional.

ordered some items from them, thay all came undersized, tried contacting their email and it kept bouncing back, eventually got a reply from the facebook chat. saying they wouldnt refund even though the items were of very cheap quality and US size not UK so they wont fit me. When asked about returning they said I would have to send back to china for a refund but even then wouldnt give an address. Scammers!

Items didn’t fit. They generously offered to provide correct sizes. Also, allowed to donate incorrect sizes to clothing drive, instead of having to return. Class act!

Website says it would take 3-5 business day to be delivered. Been 2 weeks and counting, it stil hasnt even been shipped. Contacted customer support and told me that the reason was one of the shirt ive purchased was a best seller so they are waiting for more stocks to come through and it would take longer. Why sell something you dont have then? Its shouting money grabbing scam to me. Hopefully my £55 will arrive before christmas. Fingers crossed.

I received my shirts and they were just a little bit small so I reached out for an exchange to a larger size and Mololabel support was awesome to work with and they handled the process wonderfully. Thank you Mololabel!

Shirt fit great! nice design and material. I needed to return one of my items and mololabel actually let me keep it (asked me to donate it) but still processed my refund. Great service!

Made a multi purchase and wanted to return the top. They refunded but suggested i donate the top as the return would cost more. Excellent cust0omer service and would deffo recommend. Thanks guys!
