Stay away or you will loose all your money!! Not trustworthy company, hook you in with misleading advertising they try to make you invest more and then your money disappears!! DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM THEY ARE A SCAM!

Got hooked in with a fake news about Sara Cox using this so I deposited £215 Your balance looks to be increasing then you are asked for photo ID and proof of address.I did not do this and asked for my mo ey back.Checked balance and it is £0Avoid!!

Withdrawal took a while, but it finally arrived on my account. Work on that, otherwise I could give it a solid 4 stars 🤷🏽‍♂️

With over four years of experience I can confidently say that this platform offers good charts high interest rates and pretty low commissions . However my experience has taught me that there are always risks, particularly in this field . While I haven't encountered any issues so far it's worth noting that there are platforms with better designs (such as better button placement and a more intuitive interface)

Everything was great but I did have to wait for a French-speaking assistant !!! I was assured that I would be assigned someone fluent in both English and French which is important to me ! I hope that promise is fulfilled !!!

on June 20th, I received a notification that my fund transfer request was pending. In response, I sent the required documents on June 22nd, and the Compliance department confirmed receipt via email, indicating that they would proceed with the processing...however, one month later, the transfer function was still not activated. I reached out to a representative for assistance on July 22nd. thankfully, the representative escalated the issue and it was eventually resolved.given the significance of the fund transfer function, I believe the resolution time could be improved.

i use mac os and encountered a bug with the safari browser. since late june, some buttons on the site became unresponsive and couldn't be clicked. only refreshing the site would temporarily resolve the issue. i wasn't sure what caused the problem, but support informed me that other users were experiencing the same issue and that they were working on a fix. this bug affected other mac users as well. now at the beginning of july i'm pleased that they've resolved the issue. i hope it continues to work smoothly in the future

My feedback for developers:1. It can be inconvenient to see only one pending order on the right sidebar.2. Having a prediction next to the pending order is helpful.3. Providing suggested practices tailored to each case would be beneficial for newcomers.4. I am pleased that the web version supports automated operations.5. It would be helpful if push notifications were linked to sound, browsers and devices.6. Adding a trigger based on push notifications would be a valuable addition.

In brief, I faced an issue with my previous platform. They introduced a change where there were no price requests and they blocked trading services for users dealing in large volumes of ETFs that have high liquidity in the primary market but limited liquidity in the secondary market. 😓😓 This was a major problem and the main reason I decided to switch platforms.Had it not been for this change I would have likely stayed with the old platform, as switching wasn't cost-effective for me. However, I'm very pleased that such limitations are minimized here.

got some problems with the key transfer from the computer to my tablet. it was a bit nerve-racking.i tried a couple of methods on my own. neither worked. i only managed to sort it out after contacting support. :/

This week I began the process of opening a business account and everything went smoothly. Currently I have several options that should integrate seamlessly as well as positions in several stocks previously traded on another platform.I would like to discuss transferring these positions, or possibly all of them as I want to avoid maintaining multiple accounts in the long term. I have also submitted tickets for your attention.Additionally I would like to inquire about the possibility of increasing or decreasing positions and if there are any restrictions. Stay away. Initially it looks like your money is growing, then it all disappears suddenly and nobody answers your emails anymore. Invested £250 after initial misleading adverts, a so-called account manager called me to discuss funds invested in. First few days, everything was good and money growing. Then they try to get you to invest a lot more. I could not do it at the time. My funds were then switched to a system algorithm rather than a managed account. The money started dropping fast. I was assured that it was just the stockmarkets that had dropped and it would recover. Then a few days later I checked my account and all the money was gone! I tried to contact the do called account manager as well as molero support email. No answer this time. BEWARE, THEY WILL GET YOU TO INVEST A LOT OF MONEY AND THEN WALK AWAY WITH IT! Some customer support team members have shown impatience and been difficult to understand, leading me to transfer several accounts to other platforms, keeping only a small balance here. However, a recent conversation with a helpful and courteous staff member has pleasantly surprised me, prompting me to reconsider transferring a substantial amount back. Unfortunately losses of several pounds have occurred due to the impatience of certain staff members, often making it seem that technically savvy people struggle with patience when assisting less experienced users. Why am i sharing this now? My recent interaction with a staff member left a genuinely positive impression. While I am not a professional, i have noticed that not all employees act professionally. Their primary role should be to support customers and help them thrive on the platform. It's concerning that some employees don't treat customers with respect and can't understand why customers might choose to leave. Despite this, there is much i appreciate about the platform, and i hope genuine improvements have been made. I will be monitoring the situation closely. I've given a precautionary 5-star rating for the platform's quality and user-friendly interface. Nonetheless i sincerely hope there is room for improvement in their service for beginners.
