Ik heb eind juli een onkruidverwijderaar gekocht. Toen hij werd geleverd ben ik meteen enthousiast ermee de tuin ingegaan. Na 2 keer heen en weer bewegen brak hij al af...Meteen contact gezocht, maar geld terug krijgen is toch best lastig. Veel standaard mailtjes krijg je terug, zonder duidelijkheid. Ondertussen al 6 weken verder.

NIETS KOPEN BIJ MOLENA!! DIT ZIJN OPLICHTERS!Op 13 augustus een tasje à €34,95 besteld. Verschillende berichtjes gekregen dat het bestelde tussen 30 augustus en 7 september zou binnenkomen. Niks ontvangen! NOG GEEN STER WAARD!

Zeer slechte service en producten ook van slechte kwaliteit. Retourneren is onmogelijk aangezien ze geen retouradres verstrekken. Niks kopen het zijn oplichters

Helaas kan 0 sterren niet.Product zou leder zijn. Prijs liet dit ook vermoeden. Bleek niet geval. 2 euro kermisproduct mi.Bij retourverzoek ook aanbod 20% korting. Bij niet akkoord aanbod 30% korting. Elke keer waarschuwing hoge verzendkosten retour? Werd duidelijk toen ik na aandringen retourformulier kreeg. Retourzending moet naar China. Te gek voor woorden. Dit kost idd minimaal 30 euro met verplichte track and trace. Binnen Nederland 6 euro

Nog geen een ster waard. Voel mij opgelicht. Deel van het artikel ontvangen. Klantenservice niet bereikbaar en geen enkele reactie op mijn mail of het contactformulier ontvangen. Het zijn oplichters en dropshipping. Bestel hier NIETS!!

Deze webshop blijkt een dropshipper van AlieExpress artikelen voor een veelvoud van de Alie prijs. En daarnaast laten ze je ook de inklaring betalen. Dit regelt Alie zelf normaal voor je. Mijn advies is dan ook om dezelfde artikelen rechtstreeks bij Alie te bestelle.

Helaas moet ik 1 ster geven om review te schrijven. Molenanl.nl zijn oplichters. Klantenservice niet te bereiken. Moet meerdere mails sturen voordat er eindelijk een retourformulier komt met retouradres in China. Ik heb bij Nederlands bedrijf besteld met Nederland KvK nummer. Wens dus niet een retouradres in China. In de alg.voorwaarden en retour voorwaarden wordt het retourneren naar China niet vermeldt enkel dat retouren op kosten van verzender zijn en voorzien moeten zijn van track&trace. De kosten van mijn bestelling was Euro 34. Track& trace naar China zou ongeveer Euro 30 zijn. Niemand met gezond verstand stuurt iets terug. Fantastisch verdien model voor de oplichters van molenanl.nl!

Ze zijn nog niet 1 ster waard. Het bestelde nooit mogen ontvangen. Zgn zou het geleverd zijn. Meerdere mails gestuurd en mijn ongenoegen geuit en vriendelijk verzocht mijn geld terug te storten aangezien ik nooit wat heb ontvangen. Totaal geen enkele reactie terwijl ze verkondigen binnen 24 uur te reageren. Waardeloos en zeer onbetrouwbaar!!!!! Koop hier niets want je bent je geld kwijt.

OPLICHTERS. Koop hier niets. Retourneren naar China kost meer dan product. Staat niet vermeld op hun website! Ervaring idem als andere kopers.

Niet betrouwbaar.Goederen stuk geleverd, alsof iemand met verpakking geschopt of gegooid zou hebben.3x geklaagd, 2x bewijs met foto moeten geven, 2x belofte gekregen dat hun onderaannemer een nieuw exemplaar zou sturen. Niets gevolg. Ik wou dat ik met kredietkaart had betaald, want dan kon ik geld terugeisen.

Na de breuk van mijn Weeder zonder problemen een nieuwe gekregen

Snel behandeld keurig bezorgd.Tevreden over artikel. Nazorg is Prima!!Uitstekend geholpen bij probleempje.

Ik zou het liefst geen enkele ster geven, ik bestelde meer dan een maand geleden een pakje, dit bleef op zich wachten. In het begin antwoorden ze op mails maar toen ik hen confronteerde met mijn tracking haakten ze af als het te warm werd onder hun voeten, ze weten waarschijnlijk zelf niet meer hoe het zit, dat kan maar wees dan eerlijk en zorg voor een compensatie. Dit was mijn allereerste bestelling bij hen en meteen ook mijn allerlaatste.

Een bestelling gedaan van 2 brillen hoesjes. De ene kwam kapot binnen de ander had een kleurverschil. Op de website wordt aangegeven dat je een retour formulier kan vragen. Bedrijf wil liever zoeken naar een passende oplossing. Na mijn reactie hierop niets meer gehoord. Inmiddels verschillende berichten gestuurd, maar al 2 weken radiostilte.

Mijn vrouw heeft een tasje besteld en werd geleverd. Op zich niets mee aan de hand, echter veel kleiner dan op de website getoond wordt. Retourformulier aangevraagd want de klantenservice staat 24/7 paraat. Nu al 3 keer om een retourformulier gevraagd doch geen enkele reactie. Maar je moet wel binnen 2 weken een retour aanvragen. Slechte service, je moet 1 ster invullen omdat je anders geen review kan schrijven maar tot nu toe is geen enkele ster beter op zijn plaats.

Bestelling viel zwaar tegen en heb dat laten weten en gevraagd om een retourbon. Ik kreeg een antwoord dat ik 20% korting zou krijgen als ik het product zou houden. Dat scheelde mij tijd en verzendkosten. Ik heb laten weten hier geen gebruik van te willen maken maar nu geen reactie meer. DUS niet meer bestellen bij deze partij!!!
