Is modetalente.com Legit?

The quality of dressing things was very bad. And I recieved 2 pairs of the same red shoes, but I ordered 1 pair of red shoes and 1 pair of black pumps. I recieved a grey bag which I did not order. I didn't send the packet back, because that is too expensive.

Fast delivery, very satifying quality of garment(s). I sure liked doing business with modetalente.

I think this is a group of companies, and all will depend where you buy from inside the site. I bought form NORACORA and the goods were great, sizes correct and every t-shirt in a reusable individual bag, very useful for when I travel. I am very happy with it.

The shipment took a month to arrive and the clothes are not all as pictured on the website. Some are completely different (for example the butterfly shirt in my order was screen-printed on, nothing like the photo). That being said, I’m satisfied with the quality and look of almost all the pieces I ordered. I had reasonable expectations based on the low price and was pleasantly surprised. My only real complaint is using photos that are not representative of the good sold. One could even say fraudulent. Yet overall I’m satisfied.

It seemed to be Xmas when I received these wonderful things from Modetalente. Thank you so much. I always will recommand your shop!

Placed order online and never received formal confirmation email. Contact online chat did not work. Ironic that one of 7two items arrived finally Email sent to them doesn't even get their attention. I am still waiting for my dress 2 and a half weeks later. I suppose its money down the drain. Don't buy anything from this site. Shocking nin existent service.

I like the style of the clothes. It is not boring, I like the colors and I like it when clothes are a little bit strange. For example asymmetric.

This time I got all the dresses within one and a half week - quite quick. I love the prints of the dresses but the material is a bit funny.The skirt of the bridal dress has a different cut then at the picture. It is not as wide as at the photo in the advertisement.But all in all it is okay.

Don’t order anything! Beware! Firstly, the stuff which you ordered looks like something else than on their website. Secondly, you are responsible for return shipping cost, because their HQ is in China! Image the shipping cost!!! Betrayer!!!

Never ever buy anything from this website. If you want to return items you have to pay shipping costs yourself all the way to China. The quality (materials) of the clothes are not good at all. The website is misleading and you can find the same items on Aliexpress cheaper, with no shipping fees if you want to return. And, Modetalente sends their auto emails only in German. My advise: Don't do it to yourself! Another internet scam. Ordered a knitted cardigan and what I received had hardly any resemblance to the picture. The picture looks classy, the real item a cheap imitation. Now trying to return it, the return instructions on the website (and many other sections) are written in a faulty German that does not make any sense. It says to click on "Reihenfolge verfolgen" for returns, hahaha ( I am a German native speaker). But this function does not even exist, no link whatsoever. What I read in the comments here is that returning is not worth the hassle. So not sure what I will do with this item, maybe wipe the floor with it... I learnt my lesson, you cannot trust any of these large scale advertisements on youtube, internet etc.... before you use anything, check Trustpilot first. Btw, many of these 5 star comments below are obviously fake, nobody who has command of the English language would write like that....

Bad service after reclamation. They send only part of the order. Rest is still at customs in Luxemburg for almost a month and not being cleared. They appear to have a no refund policy. Not even for the goods that you payed for and they didn't deliver.Very disappointing. Learned my lesson and will never order again from this company.

I ordered the same pant in two different colors, one beige, one black. The beige one arrived in a timely manner and fits per specifications on the website.The black pair took forever to arrive and is a totally different pant than the beige one (the waist is different as is the material) and does not fit at all.Given the issues I've had with ordering from this website and the fact that one cannot return product for a full refund, as one is led to believe prior to ordering, I will not be ordering from modetalente in the future.

I liked the rapidity & exactitude; I didn't give 5 because the site had one two complications.

First item I ordered was not available. Then I received my order (3 items) in two parcels. The size is not always accurate.

Explanation of the shirts material was imprecice. Polyacryl in my opinion is not 'mixture of cotton'.Size fits very well, imprint very good. Washing before using is recommended.

very bad webshop, it says between 5 and 9 days delivery I had to wait 5 to 6 weeks and still I don't have everything.Want to send back do what it says and don't get a return label.Prices are nice, quality of the articles are not really very good, nice lure but certainly not worth it

So far okay, but shipping costs are quite high. And it seems nearly impossible to return an item which is definitely too small even so I ordered the right size. But the size is at least two sizes smaller than orderd. You send instructions for returning an item but those instructions don't work. The description I received for returning one of the items did not work. Reason I chose this business: I've looked at some of the products and they seemed quite nice. But I think I won't order with Modetalente again. Because most of the items are plastic and I prefer cotton or wool. Reason I chose this product: Because they looked nice. Honestly, I've been shopping online for clothes here for over 2 years and haven't regretted it once. The size chart is EXACT so measure yourself and then stick to the chart and you will never have a problem with fit. I am always amazed by the quality and durability of their clothes that I did not expect. I have had a dress bought here that has been through hell and STILL did not lose its shape or color. Delivery in 1-2 weeks is just amazing.

One thing is for sure they can make beautiful pictures unfortunately these are fake. They sell wool/ combined fabric but you get a cotton/ polyester combination most of it is polyester. And sure it is not wearable for in the winter. This is not wat you see you get look at my pictures. It took almost a month when the parcel arrived. Check also other websites for reviews 90% has a score of 1. So the good reviews on this website are fake

On website they said shirt is 100% cotton and they send me shirt of worst material I ever saw and etiquette on shirt it says it is polyester. After I sent them photos they refused to return full amount I spent. They asked me to pay shipping item back to them first if I want money return but who can guaranty that I will get money? Or offered 50% money back which is not fair as it is fraud in my opinion where I also paid for shipping at first place and even with 50% I think they are making good profit, you can get sense of shirt quality from photo. And I am supposed to pay shipping twice for polyester shirt I would never buy if they put material and picture correctly on website. Worst online shopping experience ever. Is there any agency responsible for web frauds in China?
