Item as described, delivered quickly. Box was a bit damaged but had not affected the item inside. Overall very good experience.

The price was very competitive, unfortunately after a few days the shelf developed a crack along the length. Contacted the company and the could not of been more helpful. Replacement shelfnalong with an additional spare arrived within the 10 days as promised. Great company to do.business with

Bought 2x lamps from Modern Home Interiors. Delivered directly from manufacturer. One was damaged and we realised the item was too large for the setting. Usman was very helpful over the weekend in organising things for the return, but also we identified an alternative lamp from same manufacturer. Came next day - superb product. Cannot fault this retailer - would happily purchase from them again. Excellent service throughout

Ordered a gorgeous umbrella stand. Arrived in good time, but had been damaged in transit. Contacted customer services, and Usman was all over it - sent the label for the return, and once i'd confirmed I'd dropped it with DPD, the new product was immediately sent out, and arrived without issue. Lovely product, great customer service. Thanks!

Great value for money. I just found some amazing decoration such as a patterned duvet set, a fashionable tray, cushions, wine glasses, dried flowers and Valentine's little plates for an amazing Feb season. I recommend it if you are fashionable and you try to create a chic place to live in.

Positive experience start to finish. I was told the item I ordered was due in September which I didnt mind waiting for whilst we get the flooring and carpets completed. They contacted me on 6th to say the chair was ready to ship out and it arrived to me today on the 9th, opened up all seems in good condition. Material is quite nice and goes well with our other new furniture. Our home is still getting work done but Im sure it will look lovely once set in place. Would recommend, many thanks - Gary

They would have got a 5 star service, apart from the way their shipping department packaged up the console which wasn't secure at all. Luckily it arrived by the courier DPD - all intact.Customer Services were very good, and prompt with their replies and advised by email when it would be dispatched.

I cannot recommend Modern Home Interiors more! From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with them, especially Adam went above and beyond! We had a bed on hold for months waiting for our home to be finished, nothing was too much for them, it definitely was a welcome gesture for what was a very hectic time for us. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

I bought a dining room table and chairs and a sideboard. Modern Home Interiors were really helpful in advising me which furniture would match (I couldn't visit showroom due to lockdown). The sideboard was damaged on delivery but they couldn't have been more helpful in dealing with the problem. New one delivered in less than 2 weeks. Very impressed with them - and delivery guys great too.

The marble tables themselves are beautiful. The top and bottom are marble but the middle bit isn’t; however, it blends it extremely well and doesn’t detract from the aesthetic appeal. I did have to wait longer than I thought but perhaps that is to be expected given the current situation.

Just received my brand new Xbox series x console, I’m absolutely amazed. I found Modern Home Interiors online and thought this is too good to be true!! As guaranteed my new console was delivered within five days of ordering. Brilliant service.

Advert stated that delivery for my Lay z spa would be between 7 to 10 days.Misleading as the company that was used to deliver my product took 5 days more.The company did respond to my emails but where not really helpful.They did apologise for the delay, after 3 more emails from me.The delay was due to more orders for garden furniture due to the hot weather.

Love my new marble dining set. Delivery time stated 2-3 weeks but I didnt mind waiting an extra week or so for delivery but it’s understandable with everything going on and coming up to Christmas. It was definitely worth the wait. Customer service was quite good as they replied to me regularly and kept me updated. Delivery guys were great too and very friendly! :)

Quick service!I bought a gold side table and diffuser gift box and they arrived all in good condition. They did come in separate deliveries one on Monday and one on Wednesday morning but the gentleman I spoke to via email did inform me of this so I was prepared. Lovely quality and fast delivery. Would definitely buy from them again

Disappointed with the chest of drawers I bought. They seem seriously overpriced for the quality. Arrived in a million pieces which seems unnecessary. I asked them to deliver and leave in my garage but they couldn’t do that, they had to deliver over the threshold. All in all a rather stressful experience with multiple phone calls to sort delivery.

Purchased a new 3 & 2 seater sofa recently. Due to Covid and no showrooms open took a gamble and purchased from modern interiors without having seen it or sat on it. Not something I’ve ever done before. 3 seater was in stock but have to wait 8 weeks for the 2 seater. Was the cheapest on the internet for the sofa and have already received the 3 seater. I was only charged one shipping fee even though it is being sent in two separate deliveries. I live in Belfast too so this means shipping from the uk. Sofa was above our expectations and looking forward to receiving the 2 seater. Great customer service and communication throughout by both email and phone. Can’t recommend enough.

They were really helpful when I originally enquired about sofas. I wasn't too sure exactly what style I wanted to go for but the customer service team really went that extra mile to choose the best colours and sizes and options for me based on the size and style of my living room. In the end I decided to go for a velvet large sofa in emerald green. Took around 2 and half weeks to arrive which wasn't too bad. Delivery guys were very friendly and helped squeeze it into the living room for us. Thanks again for a great service, would recommend to anyone with a new home like myself :)
