Is modavo.us Legit?

DO NOT ORDER from Modavo. There merchandise is not good quality. Didn't receive half my order, and to return a item you have to ship to China. Do your research save your time and money.

This Company is a total Scam.. It is now 18 days and I don't have my Purse. DO NOT ORDER FROM here..

I ordered the bag on 11/30/24. It read it would take 3-5 days to receive. The tracking is ridiculous - there is no shipping company listed and very vague. "Parcel handed over to the last mile"? I emailed them and asked them the name of the company shipping it and they never responded. I also told them that if I didn't receive it in a week I would stop payment on my credit card, which I did. Two days later, they sent me an email telling me they were refunding my money. It is such a scam. DO NOT order a handbag from them.

This company is a total scam! I regret that I didn't search for reviews before placing an order. I didn't see such a low quality of the bag in a long time - the fabric, fitting, stitching, smell - everything is horrible, no way it could cost 60 euro. So the scam scheme is following - they send you this kind of horrifying product and when you ask for the refund they offer you only 20% of refund and to keep the bag (which no one in their right mind would ever wear). So don't repeat my mistakes and never order from them

They do not pay for returns - you either take a 20% discount-Hardly enough given quality or you ship back to China at your own cost. They do not respond to emails timely. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND/COMPANY. SCAMSTILL TRYING TO RECOUP REFUND!

This bag is as terrible as their customer service and return policies. The bag is flimsy with cheep fabric (it is not even a good quality fake suede- it's just cheep fuzzy cloth). There is no structure to the bag, no reinforcement to the bottom and it looks terrible with anything of any significant weight in it because it does not hold it's shape in any way. The seams are frayed and unfinished looking, nothing I am willing to carry out in public. Unfortunately, the return policy is either a low percentage of a refund and keep the bag or spend over $30 to ship it all the way to china, even though the bag is shipped to you from the US. The worst customer service ever - NEVER buy from Modavo EVER. Especially not online that you can't see the awful quality of crap they sell.

I had to give a 1 star to write this review, absolutely FRAUDULENT advertising. I contacted them multiple times about delivery delays mentioning how beautiful the bag is. Package finally arrived on my doorstep after 9 pm, my son arrived home from a night out at 12:30 am to announce I had a package. The next morning, I open it see a poor quality purchase, bad stitching, not what I purchased. Sent them an email expressing my disappointment and desire to return and receive a full refund. I have gotten the credit card company involved. Modavo claimed to be an American company, false and lies. This is a China based company.

Worst Product Ever – Avoid at All Costs!This bag was by far the worst product I have ever purchased in my life. The quality is absolutely horrible, and the company should be reported to the BBB—they should not be allowed to sell anything! The bag looks completely different online compared to what you receive. The material isn’t even real leather or decent faux leather; it’s something far worse.Do yourself a favor and RUN from this website. Don’t waste your money or time. I gave them 1 star because that’s the minimum allowed, but honestly, it deserves far less. You have been warned!

Just like everyone who wrote a review. I too was SCAMMED. I believed the video reviews and fell for it. The Bag interior lining from the website is different. The website photos are from the original designer which is deceiving. Do not buy from this website. !!!! I messaged them 3 times and zero response. I’m disputing it with the credit card company. Total BS😡

Modavo is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY the product is so cheap has no lining. Strings sticking out everywhere, the seams have pink backing do not waste your money. Costs more to return to get money back like over $200 to ship items back. These items are not even gift worthy sad to say they ended up in the goodwill pile!

Every single comment in this thread is true. I experienced it all — influenced on social media, ordered Parisian strolls bag — fake suede and stitching coming out, flat bag and the wrinkles won’t come out. Was offered a 20% discount or refund to an address in China at my expense. They are acting like they are doing business in the US. This is all fraudulent and deceit.

Absolute Scam, do not buy from this store. All the reviews are exactly correct: delayed delivery, horrible product, bad customer service, impossible to return (you have to send it to China), 20% refund!!! Not even sure this is allowed!!!

Items are extremely poor quality. Misleading and inaccurate items look nothing like what I received. I asked to return.. They offered 20% to keep it. I spent a $100 usd and that 20% is disrespectful Kay

Awful quality and really no way to return unless you want to ship back to China!!!!! Do your research and do not buy from this company. They will probably change their name and continue scamming people

If I could give zero stars, I would. The Parisian Stroll Bag is junk. I really really wish I took the time to check this company out on Trustpilot before I impulse purchased at 2am...what a waste of money. I cannot even describe this bag other than to say it's similar to something I made out of felt and glue for Mother's Day in preschool. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. And according to other reviews, I'm not even going to pursue the additional cost to return.

If i can write negative 0 i would. they are stealing the copyright of another model and these pictures are coming from different stores. The quality is a scam and the holder of the website are scamming us. The store is in china and it says US. the quality was a joke of that jacket it felt like something you would buy for halloween and wear one day as a costume. dispute your charge! they will charge you for the return to china.

Follow Up review. I decided to pay to return to China it cost $30 from Massachusetts. I figure I got back 70% of my money by subtracting the cost to return. Better than 30%! They did refund the 100%. I learned a lesson, stay off the internet at 2am! All these China places can keep their stuff I will definitely be researching the hell out if these places.

Total scam. Products are junk and although they say they accept returns , the address they make you return it to is in China so it is very expensive. It is misleading since website says Monaco US. Will check to see if this is legal. Stay away.

I bought this bag from the modavo website after seeing an ad on social media. It took forever to arrive and the quality was extremely poor. It looked nothing like the ad or the website. The material was a cheap felt and the stitching was horrible. It was missing some of the features advertised. When I contacted customer serve I was told to get a refund I had to send it back to China at my own expense or I could keep it and get a 20% refund. That’s not what the website states! All I want is what was advertised on their website and on Social media. Bad experience

I ordered one bag, and they added another bag without my consent. I contacted them to cancel that order, due to the fact that I had only ordered one bag, and they said they had already shipped the order. However, weeks later, and I have not received anything. How can they just add and charge for another bag that I did not order? Now after reading the reviews of people saying the bag is worthless, and returns are almost impossible, I am not sure what I am going to do stuck with two bags, one of which I did not order.
