Ikke nok med at returen er til Kina. Men de sender min retur i retur!!! Modana bedyret også at de var veldig opptatt av miljø, så for å spare miljøet på en retur så skulle jeg heller få en rabatt. Jeg ønsket ikke rabatt. Sendte i retur. Dette var i sept. Nå i januar har jeg fått varene i retur. Hjelpes.

For guds skyld, styr unna!! Har vært i "tvist" med dem i flere mnd. Du bestiller en lekker skinnveske, men det du får er et stort sort plastikknett. Den koster kr 549,- på 1/2 pris. Når du vil sende den tilbake sier de at de ikke har "avtale" med fabrikken om returavtale, den må du betale selv. Det koster deg kr 350,- + toll å sende den i retur, hvis de i det hele tatt gir deg en returadresse. Etter mye frem og tilbake på mail og tlf ender jeg likevel opp med å beholde nettet siden må ut med 798,- for å få sendt den i retur.

Produktet som var presentert i nettbutikken, var ikke det samme produktet man fikk tilsendt, dårlig kvalitet. Ba om å få tilsendt returskjema, men de ville ha bilder av produktet og beskrivelse av hva kunden ikke var fornøyd med. Retur må kunden betale selv og de har ikke egen serviceavdeling i Norge eller Europa,varen må sendes tilbake til Kina.De foreslo også at man kan gi bort varen som gave til venner eller familie, som en løsning.

Styr unna! Svært dårlig kvalitet!!! Varene må for egne kostnader sendes tilbake til Kina! Ble bombardert av mail angående evt retur med spørsmål angående noe som jeg aldri hadde nevnt. Sendte bilder, kvitteringer, tracknummer etc men de ser ikke på bildene men fortsetter å spørre om hvorfor og om jeg kan gi det i gave til familie eller venner for det er bedre for miljøet. Varene har så dårlig kvalitet at de ikke er brukbare.

Bestilte en Bodywarmer boblevest, så fin ut på bildene, men vesten var overhodet ikke i nærheten av slik bildene var. Ikke i farge og heller ikke i fasong, og ikke noe som vil varme meg på kalde dager da det nærmest ikke er fyll i den. Firmaet framstpr som norsk men er det ikke. Står fritt til å returnere til Kina, men med prisen på retur er det lite poeng. Fikk tilbud om 10 % reduksjon i pris og anmodning om å heller gi den i gave til venner eller familie pga klimaregnskap. Hadde ALDRI kjøpt dette produktet i en butikk.
