Is mobiaso.com Legit?

Purchased Silver I option on 17th June and response from Andrew Green to advise would be completed and visible the same week. I’ve checked and written back on three separate occasions requesting refund in last and still no response to date. Highly unprofessional and terrible service. Will process credit card claim to get money returned.

I have worked with this organization for about a year and have spent a significant amount of money with them. Since the inception of our relationship, I have had struggles with communication and getting what we need. As of late, I have reached out for over a month and they have not been responsive. When they finally reached out, they told me that they could no longer run our campaign because our request is to send them out in segments. We bought 200 reviews and we were never informed that they no longer could do this. Since then, I have been trying to reach out and get this resolved. I even mentioned that moving forward, we would purchase smaller batches and no response. Horrible service. If we do not get a response, we will have to dispute since we did not get what we paid for. Scam Alert! I thought I'd try this service out as for some strange reason they managed to fake quite a few good reviews. I made sure to pay using PayPal though, as they have buyer protection. If you do not get what you pay for, you can get your money back at least. But I can confirm that this is a scam. I will report them wherever I can.

This is a fraudulent business. Took the money and never produced anything and don't respond to email or phone calls. Stay far, far away.

I purchased the 20 app reviews and Mobiaso finished the job, although it was slower than their expected delivery date. 10 business days instead of 2 to 5, and also had to contact support twice to remind them of my status. Hence why it is 4 stars instead of 5.The review quality is good, it is written by real users that at least have used your app and know what they're writing.

Bought 10 reviews and installs. Got 10 very generalist reviews without any installs. Customer support is a joke, they are trying to trick you into believing that the installs are there but you can't see them. Don't use their services they are really bad.Look at all the reviews below, almost all 1 review reviewers and mostly generalist reviews like "Great service. Recommend.". They are bad even reviewing their own service.RESPONSE> I see that they responded with their classical "you are wrong" attitude saying that there is a mistake, you should wait because your the reviews take time etc. Reviews are there. Installs are not. I proved it to "Andrew Green" by sending him the install report from Google Play Console but he is still repeating the classical support responses. Anyone interested in the install report I can send it to them, I am just a client that they scammed 30$ off nothing else. While this is a "cheat the system site", he is arguing that review system in google is uncheatable and you can't leave reviews without install, when I show him the install report, he tells me the same. :) This is a scam site, stay away!RESPONSE2>He is lying. We are talking through email and every time I am proving him that there are no installs he is telling me another way waiting for me to give up. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY this person contacted my daytime job company that he found through LinkedIn and harasses me. The company has nothing to do with the app, nothing will happen, he is just trying to make me take down this review. I won't. Like I said if anyone is not believing this, and thinks that I lie, just send me an email or a message and I can prove it to you. Do not fall into their trap. Just buy google ads, it works better and you won't have anyone harassing you.UPDATE>I contacted their payment service which sent me my money back although I didn't ask for refund but their identity. One day later they contacted me again to tell me that they will provide me with another 10 reviews for free, and I got installs too this time! Putting their note from 1 star to 2 because of how they acted lately. I wish they were more understanding from the beginning, didn't try to cheat me by telling me that I was looking at the wrong place every time, and most importantly didn't harass me by contacting my day job company, people on my network on LinkedIn. It is up to you if you want to work with them or not but I will leave this review here because they harassed me by contacting my day job company.

Not so sure if the last review was written by a competitor. I've started buying reviews from Andrew since 2017 and so far so good. I can always see the reviews along with the installs and ratings. And I've tried to review an app without downloading it in advance (Android), an error showed up immediately that asked me to install the app first; and App Store does not even show the review section if I haven't downloaded the app. I know this is a challenging time for you but keep up the good work Andrew! As a beginner developer, my apps got some bugs which caused the frustration for some app users, I fixed them all but my clients would never change what they wrote, I replied to their reviews, I did everything I could to persuade them but I did it in no vain. To Andrew: You're a legend here. Thanks so much for your help. To MobiASO's future clients: You guys have a hidden gem here. Choose Andrew, he's very helpful and willing to solve every problem I had. Things might be delayed at some point because of holidays, etc. but make sure you email them. Andrew will be there for you. Reviews were written with good grammar because Andrew told me they would read every review before it is posted. Reviews were not so long, not so short and they are definitely believable help the rankings.

My app was attacked by a bunch of fake negative reviews from my competitors and I used mobi's service to improve my average rating. Mobi is for sure the best, but can you add the option to choose where the reviews are from? so that I don't have to email you everytime to ask for CA reviews instead of US reviews.

Working with Mobiaso is a pleasure. I have been using their services for years and they never disappoint. Their customer service is top notch and they always try their best to please the customer. Anytime I have an issue, I skype them and they usually answer very quickly.Highly recommend them.

Thanks for the reviews that stick. I tried some other websites, and the reviews were removed after some time and they would stop responding. Of course I can request a refund through PayPal but it was such a waste of time. I got to know Andrew and the MobiASO team through one of my friends and my experience has been pretty pleasant here.

Have purchased 5 reviews from Mobiaso.com was not sure if they will do there job. They usually take 2-3 days for reviews as shown on there website but for me they took 10days(I totally lose hope that they will post reviews) but for my surprise they gave me Extra 5 reviews as compensation for that. I.m very happy with there work and i'm looking forward to buy more reviews for my other apps too.

Great experience so far, they have a great set of reviewers of all professions who can review the app not just for its technical functionality but also its content. They clarify anything before posting a review. Great way to get very genuine app reviews. Totally recommend.
