NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLEThe lights I received are not the photos they advertise - they have used photos from other websites and then sent out absolute trash in its place.I paid $150 for a light and received a $17 temu item in its place. It’s terrible quality and looks very different. The entire thing was completely wrapped in tape so you have to break the packaging to get into it and now it’s not returnable apparently! And if you want to return - you need to post it to China!Then being offered a 15% “one off refund” - absolute slap in the face I am convinced any good review on here is fake as I can’t understand how anyone would be having a good experience here

Terrible quality, borderline scam in that you receive your order after many weeks but it’s cheap and nasty when it arrives. I got caught out because their website looked really good. I thought it was a NZ based company, not the case. They are based in China.

DO NOT PURCHASE! I have been arguing with the business for two weeks in attempt to get a refund. The product and wiring is inferior. I purchased 3 pendants at a cost of $600 then spent $400 on an electrician for installation. Due to the inferior quality of the hanging system they do not hang properly. They sent me an instructional video for hanging and it wasn't even the same hanging system. When I noted this, they stated that I could buy my own steel tube and try and fix it that way. Total scam.

Zero stars For those of you who have been scammed of which I am one, I did receive the lights I ordered though the most expensive did go ‘missing’ in the mail and when I proceeded to cancel the light some 3 months after ordering it and the project was finished the company insisted on resending the light that I no longer had a use for. Truthfully I don’t believe it was ever sent in the first order as I wasn’t provided with a tracking number till I persuaded this through PayPal. I’m now perusing a refund as per their refund policy (make sure you have a pdf saved in case they change it) and they have now offered me a 25% discount and no longer commuting with me. I’d be happy to join in on any group action as their behaviour is aggressive and bullying. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND AS PER THEIR OWN POLICY I will be perusing this via PayPal if others are interested please join forces as this has to stop where does a consumer have rights? THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY

Terrible terrible quality and experience!! Do not buy! I tried to cancel as soon as I realised my mistake buying from this scam however they refused. When the first light arrived (I ordered 4) the quality was terrible and nothing like pictured. Fake timber ‘look’ (worse than you could possibly imagine) and poor quality wiring. No way I would install these products - they are not safe! No invoice was provided and they give you the runaround when you try to return. It’s an absolute con!!

Awful experience!! Lamps not as described or photographed on website. No return procedure other than for me to send directly back to China and paying shipping plus tracking bill. 25% discount offered when i complained they were falsely advertising. Purchased 2 lamps, website advised 5-10 day delivery, waited 4 months and only recieved 1 lamp (Spent $800) they are not NZ certified, came from the netherlands and it is impossible to talk to anyone as they dont answer the phone. Requested a refund as we still dont have the second light and we cant hange the first. They have asked me to take it up with courier company. Do not purchase from these guys!!

1 star because I cannot give 0 or negative star. Never buy from them. They are scammers. Their packaging is so horrible that anything they send will always be broken. I wish I had checked here before ordering! As every other review has said (except for the few fake reviews on here), this website is a total scam. They represented themselves as a German company. After I ordered, the item shipped from China. It took well over a month to arrive and arrived in absolute PIECES. They shipped a lamp in a plastic bag!!! It doesn’t work, isn’t what I ordered, and is total junk. Then they said they want me to pay to ship it back for a refund. And gave a fake mailing address to mail it back to, obviously so they can say they never received my return. AVOID THIS SCAM. Their registered name is Witteveen Commerce LLP, just in case they try to change the name of their website.

Ordered 4 wall lamps - After a month, 2 arrived & one was very damaged due to complete lack of packaging (just in a plastic bag) and no sign of the other 2 as delivery says 1 of 1. Calling Auckland phone number, it just goes to music (no company name) and does not get answered. Trying to arrange refund now via email. I don't fancy my chances. DO NOT USE - ITS A SCAM

BE FOREWARNED ! They sell items online that look differently when they arrive.When I asked why the decorative knob on my chandelier looked nothing like the website, there was no response at all. In hindsight, I should have purchased this on a credit card that has extra consumer protection for fraud. This company also does not provide official invoices and the instructions will be in Chinese and maybe another Asian language. I bought this chandelier in Europe. I speak 4 (Western) languages. The instructions still came in a language that I do not understand.
