Nu reeds 2 bestellingen geplaatst bij Misterbricks en beide bestelling zijn perfect verlopen.Verzending is iedere keer mooi op tijd toegekomen en was ook goed verpakt.Daarenboven hebben ze vaak scherpe prijzen voor hun sets, dus ik bestel hier zeker nog!

Het begon met een simpele bestelling van een doosje minifigs. Zoals altijd simpel en doeltreffend te bestellen. Helaas ging het (uiteraard) bij het leveren vanuit PostNL fout. Een kleine tegenslag wat uitmondde in een soort van mail gevecht tussen mij en de bezorgdienst. PostNL is daarin God en geeft ook aan dat als hun zeggen dat iets is afgeleverd dat het dan ook zo is ook al is aantoonbaar niet waar. Continu contact gehad met Misterbricks die tijdens het hele proces duidelijk aangaf wat er gebeurde en mij uiteindelijk hebben voorzien van een nieuwe doos. Problemen heeft iedereen, de wijze waarop je ermee omgaat tekent je. In dit geval niets dan lof voor Misterbricks ten opzichte van de oplichters brigade van PostNL. Zal je Misterbricks aanraden ?, jazekers. Bij de volgende beschikbare serie minifigures staat mijn bestelling al klaar !

Prima advies bij aankoop van een educatieve LEGO set.Dit bespaarde me flink wat geld.Daarnaast levering de dag er op.Betaling ook mogelijk met paypal of creditcard.Oh...Actuele voorraad, dus niet betalen en eeuwig wachten maar meteen leveren.

Na wat rondkijken bij misterbricks terecht gekomen. Scherpe prijs, no nonsense website en bovenal hoef je geen account aan te maken. Je koopt gewoon iets, betaald en hebt het snel in huis. Duurde in mijn geval iets meer dan een dag.Mijn LEGO set was goed verpakt met een nette overdoos en zonder poespas. Zo zie ik het graag. Ik kom 100% zeker nog een keer terug als ik LEGO wil bestellen.

Eerste pakket verloren door PostNL of afhaalpunt. Verkoper mee op zoek gegaan naar een oplossing en uiteindelijk een nieuw pakket bezorgd.Zeer vriendelijke, correcte en professionele service aan de beste prijzen en zeer consequent!Een voorbeeld voor vele webshops qua kwaliteit en service.

Tijdens een lego actie had ik enkele set besteld bij hen. Achteraf wou ik een aanpassing aan de bestelling en dat hebben ze zonder probleem gedaan. Een paar dagen later werd het deel van mijn geld terug gestort! Zeer snelle reacties via email. Correct en netjes. Een tevreden klant erbij!

Leveringen altijd strak op tijd en het allerbelangrijkste, de dozen zijn altijd in perfecte staat, ze worden beter ingepakt en verzonden dan door Lego zelf en ook vaak nog tegen mooie aanbiedingsprijzen. Bestel er graag.

Er waren twee winkels met de goedkoopste prijs. Misterbricks had de snelste levering. Begin van de avond bestelt en netjes de volgende dag geleverd. Verzending was goed te volgen via de track and trace code.

Om 21:00 besteld en de volgende ochtend mijn bestelling al in huis. Uitstekend verpakt in een stevige omdoos. Helemaal top!

Zoals steeds weer alles in orde, de volgende dag in huis geldt zeker ook voor Belgische klanten, ik bestelde hier al enkele malen en alles steeds netje verpakt en altijd onbeschadigd geleverd, deze webwinkel is een echte aanrader op gebied van Lego te bestellen.
