This platform has help me stay in different cities thanks to locals renting a room in their homes and sharing experiences including same interests. I always read the reviews and this is super important for meTo have a better idea of where I will be staying. Communication with the host is crucial days before your arrival.Thank you Mr B&B

Moses in customer service gave me the run around when I requested a refund for a reservation. Apparently I had missed the 24hr cancellation window by minutes. After several emails he told me to ask the host for the refund, but the host had received no money at all from me. I will never use this app again.

MisterB&B offered a great alternative to other providers and the prices became extremely manageable and offered a chance to see the world a bit more. I found the process very much like other competitors and safety and experience were top of mind. Great work guys!

It was really easy to navigate and I didn't have to worry about people flaking or canceling like I have with airbnb. The host was amazing, the location was great, and the accommodations were fantastic. It's so great to help support the community.

This is the worst company to do any business with. Twice, with presenting them with evidence, contacting them while on my trip and at the property, going over the nightmare that I was exposed to, they still would not honor or apologize, or at least honor your words, and how terrible the whole experience has been for you. They only care about money. The previous time, they put me up in a camp like setting and called it Airbnb. I will continue telling everyone about the nightmare that I had to go through, and I will never do business with them. If you are reading this, I hope you do the same. I am sorry that they are calling themselves gay owned. I am sorry that I do not have a picture of the inoperable shower, broken A/C and having blamed for things that I never touched or knew they were there. But, I will be glad to sand them later so everyone would be able to see.

It was super easy to navigate on the site and found a lot of available options. Prices were better than on regular Airbnb. And the fact that I have the option to choose from gay renters is a huge plus.

I had an absolutely perfect stay! The room was spotless, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, close to downtown, and quiet for a restful night’s sleep. The host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this room to anyone looking for a fantastic rental experience!

Very good, clear listings; plenty of honest reviews; good photos; great communications; easy to book and pay; great follow up. I would suggest adding US dollars to the price listings for those of us who use that currency.

Love the concept, but the biggest drawback is app user interface functionality. Of all the apps I use for short term rentals, this one is by far the least intuitive. The search screen doubles as a Home Screen and is chaotically mixed in with random ads and articles. It should be easier to navigate and better organized based on what the user is trying to accomplish.

I do not recommend using this company, they are just a third party holiday provider and their customer service is non existent and apathetic at best. Spent over 5 months trying to get a resolution to my holiday experience with them and got nowhere. I would advise going directly with a travel company and not using their services. I booked accommodation with them only to find on arrival that the booking had mysteriously been cancelled. No explanation was provided along with no alternative accommodation and I was left stranded in a foreign country.

London was my first experience with MrB&B and my hosts were simply the loveliest people in every possible way. Beautiful home and great accommodations. So based on this experience alone I would highly recommend MrB&B.

Some of the ads and information provided by the hosts are pretty inaccurate. Also, most of the places are loaded with cameras everywhere! Such as on front door, living quarters, etc. Why do I have to be recorded every second I’m at my place? Little to no privacy. Also, there are not very many places or options to choose from. And the few there are, the prices go up.

We've booked once a night on booking dot com and when we've arrived the lady at the hotel said she cannot give us a double bed if we are two guys. We've requested a refund on booking and it was really annoying to find then short notice an alternative. Mister B&B is for us and it's our future choice!

It was simple quick and easy. I kept waiting for there to be a problem. I’d never used this app before, but it was great! Hosts were awesome, location was right Dow the street from where I used to live. It was a great experience throughout.

Easy to use, good hosts, good experience overall. I've found 2 good apartments in 2 different cities in the past few months that really worked for me, at very good prices, and provided a more personal experience than a hotel .

I love the whole idea. Cheaper than an airb&b, you can easily choose who is more sympathetic or which place seems better for you. Good opportunity to make friends in new places. Easy system, very good user experience on the app. 100% recommend it.

Was exactly what I was expecting

Better than expected. Had a wonderful first experience with my reservation at Gabriel's holme.Iam a gay man travelling withb2 small dogs and it was very hard to find accomodations while travelling to Barcelona and thanks to a advertising I found about misterb&b I was able to find a place that night of 10 October 2024.You are doing better than Airbnb did and are doing now. Congratulations for the platform and please keep doing it Good!

Can't believe I hated being gay growing up.Both times I used this app I had a way better experience than I ever had with airBnB in all possible respects.
