Is miravia.es Legit?

STAY AWAYScam from the very beginning, no customer service.I've ordered 2 packs of dog food, I only received one of a different brand. When I contacted miravia they told me to return the product and they'll refund me. I did return the product but am still waiting for a refund 6 weeks later !

The worst experience ever with those liars.A ream of liars and ignorant cliente service that only gives false promises and case numbers.Almost a month has passed and we are contacting them daily to solve the payment issue No ES1S62PYIWL-2024038 that has never arrived but with every case we open, they close it without even giving a reply.The only open channel is the costumer service which is the worst ever.Beware of this platform whether you want to buy or sell, they will steal your money.

I have not had a delivery from this company, They have refused to give me a refund . They cannot confirm delivery . They are cowboys and as far as I am concerned they have stolen my money. My advise is do not ever deal with them. I wish I had seen the other reviews. This company should be banned. Their theives.This is a serious warning you should not deal with them

Miravia.es is the genuine site whilst there is a scam site Mirava-tb.shop. Many customers and entrepreneurs were cheated by that scam Miravia-tb.shop website thinking that it is the genuine Miravia.es website. I am a victim. Cheated me and when i wanted to withdraw the funds, they blocked my access. Please report to your local authorities

I ordered two reclinable beach chairs costing €80 but the seats on both have started to come apart. Contacted the seller who simply replies out of warrantY, so how do you apply the Miravia 3 year warranty? I am not fluent enough to speak spanish on the phone and help is not available in english and when I phone the agent says they cant speak english, bearing in mind the number of english speaking residents and holidaymakers there are in spain someone should be able to help?

If there was a 0 stars I would have clicked that .. I downloaded the app then received an email to say I placed an order ( they had the wrong name , no address and no payment info) I decided immediately to cancel the download and not place any order .. followed the procedure , had notification the morning after that they had received the cancellation of account , then this evening I had another email saying as I had logged in (again not in my name ) the account was reinstated !! Total scam / terrible company … avoid at all costs

1 star is still to much. I ordered a roborock and it was not working. I returned it, the refund was approved and now I'm waiting for my money since more than 3 weeks. Customer service says I need to check with Paypal but they haven't even issued the refund yet. I'm now waiting for 500€ and they do nothing. Due to their company being in Singapur legal steps aren't very good possible.

My order did not arrive, after 2 weeks of emailing the company. They said they would refund my money 5/7 days, it's been 10 days now, no refund in my bank account. I could not speak to anyone in english

Miravia is total scam I open shop with they freeze my with out any reason now they steal my whole money 65000$ from last one year they are not giving me my money back don’t trust on miravia platform they are totally scammer I tried a lot but no one is helping me I send money from Okx in usdt to the Miravia platform my money is with Miravia platform

This is a badly managed business. I regret placing an order for a mobile phone. The item was never received and the delivery status shows delivered. Now its a hassle to go through the refund process. Such businesses bring bad name to e-commerce.

I was unsure if I would use this website due to reading the reviews, however I went ahead and purchased a pair of Gucci sunglasses. The order went through with no issue and delivery was as expected. I did worry that the glasses might be counterfeit, but they are not, they are genuine. My experience has been good and I would use the website again.

the worst customer experience i have ever had!not only i was scammed by the product but then again over and over with the customer support team from Miravia, deleting my review from their webpage !!! having me explain over and over the experience to get me tired and not do anything about it, so i found only this chance to say, the are the worst !!!do not buy anything there, cheap is exhausting !!!

Made an order. Was waiting for it about 2 weeks, then received an e-mail that the order has been delivered. In reality nothing was delivered. Contacted the Customer Support, no help/support received.Luckily the order cost was not that big. Will never use this webshop again.

Miravia is a SCAM! Their customer service is dysmal. They refused to accept a return even though they are required to do so by law, telling me that I need to "negotiate" with the vendor. Some Chinese store on the other side of the world that doesn´t care at all about European consumer law and just ignores my messages. SHAMEFUL! Amazon´s customer service works like a dream - buy there instead of getting ripped of by Miravia.

Another American based Con company. Reported to master card for fraudulent activity on my credit card.

Ordered 2 x Oral B 3500 pro toothbrushes and I only received 1.Created a refund only ticket to get the money back from the toothbrush missing and after 21 days they have closed the ticket as not enough proof after inserting 3 pictures, etc.I dont recommend buying here. I have wasted like 5 hours on chats for nothing and at the end I did a full refund and still waiting to get my money back.

The worst customer service ever. They deliver order by GLS courier company, which does not even bother to deliver parcels to your home address. I am always at home, but they marked it as "not at home". They left all parcels at it a pick up point.The customer assistant of Miravia did not offer any solution of redelivery to the original home address.Very poor service.

I received a damaged phone and sent it back using their label and courier. Initially they refused a refund so I raised a case with PayPal. Having done this they said they'd agreed a refund but couldn't pay with the PayPal case outstanding. PayPal was a disaster in handling so I closed the case to allow them to refund. Then they said they could not, having previously agreed to. They say their 'system' doesn't allow it. If that's the case it seems the system has been designed either deliberately or inadvertently to rob customers. And they have no way of overriding it, which is convenient for them, it seems. And there is no way of raising a complaint outside of their system. In short, bordering on a criminal enterprise. Avoid like the plague.
