Is mirashowers.co.uk Legit?

I received the Mira Jump shower promptly and read all the detailed instructions which were spot on. This was an upgrade to my previous Mira shower which made it easier to install. Once I installed it, I followed the Commissioning instructions and it has been perfect ever since, thank you.

Recently had a new Mira Platinum shower installed. It works fine but I can't get the app to pair with the controller. Tried on two different phones but no joy. I'm very comfortable with this stuff, but I can't find a work around. I contacted Mira through the website a week ago and got a 'we've got your query' auto response, but nothing since. Not impressed...

Michael from Bristol was really friendly, helpful, efficient and explained everything as he went along.He rang ahead to say when he would be arriving and was on time and went out of his way to make sure didn't leave a mess.Very pleased with his service.

Customer service was so helpful, efficient and professional. I explained my problem and an Engineer arrived the following day.The Engineer respected me and my property. He didn’t mind me watching him work, he also explained what he was doing and how each part worked, which was really interesting.

The Mira Engineer, Michael, was very friendly and efficient and found the fault quickly. Michael changed the faulty parts and the shower worked perfectly.Great service from Mira Showers would recommend their products.

Just replaced my Mira shower with a new one (Mira Decor). Too early to comment on the new one except everything works just fine. The old one was 11 years old and still working well when it was removed for a bathroom re-fit. The one before that lasted 20 years before giving up. If the new one gives the same service I'll be more than satisfied.

Danny was great! Super friendly and knowledgeable- Arrived in good time and texted us to let us know he was coming. Solved the problem immediately and replaced the whole shower unit so we have hot showers in time for Christmas! Thanks 🙏🏻

Mark the engineer was a credit to the company: phoned in advance, arrived at the start of the given time slot, was respectful of our property and the occupants, was highly knowledgeable on the Mira equipment and solved our issue in a very short time frame. The wife will be so happy to get home and find her shower working better than ever.

Had a problem with a burning smell from our electric shower. Spoke to a few people but a special mention to Jason who went above and beyond. I thank you immensely for all you did in ensuring our shower gets fixed before Christmas. After sales is where it counts and Jason puts Mira ahead of the rest.

Please do not buy. If could give a zero I would. Have electric Myra shower 2 months old. Solenoid valve had gone. Shower was running at full power and wouldnt turn off. Its my elderly Mothers house and she had to get someone in to turn water off. Mira couldnt come out for a few days and said if we use our own plumber and they cap shower off. Then they wouldnt be able to fix and we would be charged £80. So basically they wanted her to be without water for a few days. As my mum had colitis she needs access to flushing toilet so had no choice to get own plumber. And had to replace a 2 month old shower.

I cannot fault Mira - they replaced a faulty shower seat which was out of warranty without any resistance. I simply needed to provide proof of purchase and the replacement item was dispatched. The customer service representative, Jackie, was not only professional in her manner but also very personable. Excellent customer service all round.

Had an issue with the filter in my shower I had the engineer Michael from Bristol and he was excellent very friendly and informative explained the issue and what caused it, sorted it quickly.Brilliant service
