Is miramate.com Legit?

Increased knee bending with miniLast week I received the large mat and the mini. A friend has an injured knee that doesn't bend much past 90 degrees, so he has to turn slightly sideways to go down steps. We used the mini on both sides of his knee for 15 minutes and afterwards he could walk down steps normally!!!Thank you!!!Sept 27th Update: 2 months later he still has the increased range of motion and decreased pain.

I had a problem with a power socket that was broken and I got the most amazing support! Vicky Wang at Support took me through trying to mend it myself (with the offer to send it off to Germany/France as well!). When I could not mend it supervised by their engineer, they chose to send me a new unit free of charge. VERY friendly, competent and willing support indeed!

So the company is gray with communication and the product is great with healing.I have the mini-magic and quad coils… this was the game changer in my journey to heal an old knee injury that was becoming chronic problem.I tried many things (nutrition, energy healing, cupping, acupuncture, physical therapy, other rehab protocols, ice). Some contributed (especially PT and the ongoing strength training with good form)And the mini-magic was what made the principle difference! It brought me 90-95% of the way back.I wore it whenever there was time and it felt needed…And after a month or so of continuous use, the need for this product dropped off considerably since the healing had occurred.Now I use this when other pains or injuries begin to show up. It’s one of my initial resources.It saved my back after I over-exerted myself. It is helping my piriformis recover from over use…It’s amazing the versatility and reliability of the device.There’s some minor cosmetic adjustments I would hope future versions of the mini-magic have, like more durability of the connection between cable and paddle. And a built-in battery would be a game changer!But it’s amazing and the price is incomparable to anything else I saw out there…I also got creative with using elastic Velcro bands to strap to my leg that were more comfortable than the band that came with the mini-magic, but the pros so out weigh the cons.I wish more people were aware of this technology.I share it with anyone open to hearing about cutting edge healing.So grateful for how MiraMate has helped me heal!Truly, after 2 years of frustration with how limited I was in my mobility (formerly very active), being close to back where I was before feels like a miracle… though in reality, it’s the right attitude, perseverance, and finding help in the healing process.

I had an issue with my coils, about a month in. They stopped working. I emailed support, sent a video, and after a quick review, support sent me a replacement. They even added a small gift (fancy USB cable). Excellent service! And I'm back up and using my device.

I just start to use Mini Magic and I am satisfied 🙂, good for my arm's injuries and just need more time to check if it will be the same with my skin problems... Concerning the help I receive from Lisa, I am really grateful for her quick answers and advices, and her kindness 😍

I had questions about Mini Magic and Vicky Wang help me to solve it, it took more than a few e-mails but Vicky was very patient and very helpful and resourceful in giving me information that I was not aware of about the product. I am very happy with the help I received and very impressed with Vicky for her polite, intelligent responses to my questions. I was left with wanting to try more of their products.

I have virtually all the amazing Products in MIRAMAT and SPOOKY 2, I am writing about my PEMFPRO mat with using RIFE FREQUENCIES through the coil. My little dog is 15 yrs she sleeps also on the mat with me. She had blood tests last week at Vet who said he had never seen such PERFECT BLOOD RESULTS in any dog - he called her INCREDIBLE. She is. I took the opportunity to inform him re the RIFE FREQUENCIES and the technology carried forward b y JOHN WHITE. I hope others get the same help as CC my dog. I am going to have my bloods done next week - fingers crossed!!!!!!

Vicki was very helpful and compassionate. I had a problem with my Magic Pro mat and she was very diligent in following up with me, taking my experiences to their engineer to evaluate, etc. The whole process took awhile, but in the end I received a new unit since mine was under warranty. The healing received from this pemf device is wonderful and I highly recommend it.

We have seen great benefits from the mat and the ring unit. "Better than an Advil". The controller for the mat quit functioning about 1 month after purchase and the support team worked with us to get a replacement. We are back to fully functional and using the units every day!

I am very impressed with the level of excellent service at MiraMate. I purchased a MagicPro in January and it stopped working about three months later. I contacted MiraMate support and had a new one delivered to Virginia, USA in 4 days! Correspondence and service were fabulous with Vicky Wang. She immediately answered any questions and I was so thrilled to only be without my MagicPro for several days. I really like it and find it soothes my painful sciatica and stenosis with daily use.

My Mini Magic MiraMate had problems the first time I used it. They worked with me for days via FB personal messaging trying to solve the problem. Finally, they agreed it was not working correctly. I'm receiving a new one this Friday. Excellent customer service.

We had an issue with one of our big magic pads. Lisa in customer service followed up with emails promptly & resolved our problem! We use Miramate’s PEMF therapy big magic pads, mini magic, light & red light to resolve any health issues! We are so pleased & thankful for successful healing!

I was very excited to receive my mat as I have a good friend who says it has totally taken away her pain. When I received it, it wasn't working properly and I contacted customer service. They were very prompt and helped me to return it. They were willing to replace it with one that worked however, I learned that because I have too much metal in my body from surgeries that it would not be good for me to use this mat. I was able to get a full refund in a timely fashion.I believe this is a reputable company and that their products are good and effective.

We own MiniMagic and two BigMagic and these are helping a lot :) I just had a problem with my Minimagic's cable (with intense utilization as we do it can unfortunately stop to work as any cable), and the support, having confirmed the problem, sent me immediately the replacement part for the warranty. Thank you! Laura Tao has been an exceptional support to me. She has helped me to get more benefit with my Spooky 2 experience by helping me learn specific ways to use the programs for my personal needs. There is so much that can be accomplished with Spooky 2 that the novice is at a loss to find initially. Having the support of Laura has been a great bonus.

Mira mate provides energy and better health for me and several other family members. My old mother in law (87) with arthritis stood up of bed early and took a long walk after her first overnight treatment with the big magic pemf mat. She has less pain already, hope she continues to improve.

I’m fairly certain my machine isn’t working and I’m going around and around with customer service. They are absolutely trying their best to not understand the issue at all. Also, it’s a huge lag in delay, so I feel like they’ll completely burn through the return period.Update to add that now one of the coils has stopped working. Don’t waste your money.
