Is minutemd.com Legit?

MinuteMD has been easy to deal with via their website and email and has been reliable. I’m happy with the service and have had results better than I expected. It’s affordable too.

Trying to get started but communication so far seems horrible. I did a chat over 18 hours ago and no response. The seem to just review one thing a day if your lucky. I would rather just get a refund and start elsewhere. I feel like if this is how it’s starting I would rather go elsewhere

This worked for me when nothing else ever did!. Customer service is top star! Whenever I’ve had a question I’ve never had issues with someone getting back to me whether through the app or by email!. If you’re in doubt this is your sign to do it!. Best thing I’ve done for myself! No regrets!!!.

I am soooo exhausted with basically having to BEG for my refills and receiving delayed responses!!!! The current system of having to request refills monthly is TERRIBLE as is responding staff!!!!!! And to be advised at the last minute that I now need new bloodwork and once done, I will be considered a "new patient" is simply a money grab as I noted new patients are now being charged $50 more than what I am currently paying!!!!! VERY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

MinuteMD has continued to help with my weight loss plan. They are responsive and communicative. It was easy to get started, I've had no side effects, & I've not had any problems with the medication arriving on time. I would have given 5 stars, but I have had problems getting them to switch my personal credit card for my HSA. I also recently discovered that my monthly payments only pay for 10 weeks of medication instead of 12. They reimbursed me for one month, but I've been on the treatment for almost a year and a half.

Quick replies to questions, meds delivered quickly , also lab results are available for you to review. Highly Recommend them . My opinion, they have been honest and trustworthy.

The length of time it took, would be helpful when blood work is coming here we are reminded sooner not to the last minute. The message system could be better, you click from email you log in,then you have to sort through the forms to find the one you need is a little confusing

Very easy process and quality medication!Communication is an area for improvement - it’s almost impossible to get a question answered or know when your meds are arriving. You’re just having to hope you’re home when it arrives.
