minted.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives minted.com one of the higher trust scores on the platform: 85.9. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same results. So, why this score? We came up with the 85.9 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to minted.com's industry. The algorithm detected little high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure. tags above. Long story short, we deem this a secure website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning minted.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between minted.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of minted.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of minted.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. minted.com is an authentic, safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether minted.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether minted.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, minted.com.

I used a photo that needed to be edited and a Minted representative was very helpful in helping me get the correct photo on my Christmas card as well as helping me adjust my payment method when I used the incorrect discount code. I am super impressed with Minted and will continue to use them for my Christmas cards and other invitations.
I needed an invitation for a bridal shower. I’d never done anything like this before so I just googled “bridal shower invitation.” Minted was the first site that popped up and I’m so glad I went with them. Not only is the invitation beautiful, but the customer service was exemplary. I chose “Timeless Blooms” and added a gold foil imprint. I was also able to choose to have the floral design on the envelope and a gold foil lining to the envelope. Having no experience with this, I had lots of questions for the person I spoke on the phone. She was really helpful, made several suggestions and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. The invitation is on a heavy card stock and the envelopes are also high quality. I couldn’t be happier.
We were finalizing the table seating with one week to go and worried about getting the place cards printed in time. We selected a fabulous place card design at Minted.com but didn’t feel confident that the estimated delivery date at check out was accurate. A call to the company reassured us that it was and that we would get them in time for the wedding. We placed the order on a Friday and had them in our hands on Tuesday! And the place cards were beautiful! Thank you, Minted, for reducing our stress level and adding a beautiful touch to the reception.
I almost ordered thank you cards from Minted but discovered they print a non-optional logo on each card. This detail is not clearly disclosed, which felt misleading. The designs are beautiful, but the hidden logo policy was a dealbreaker for me.
I found the design I needed and will very likely use every year from now on. We used Minted for our daughter's graduation announcements nine years ago, and it was thrilling to see them in my account still. Technology is not my forte, but I could use your website with enough ease. Everything went well. Highly recommend!
After spending hundreds of dollars we received envelopes with miss prints, zip codes that were incorrect even when comparing them with the mail merge, envelopes with multiple faded lettering that we had to hand write so it was legible, envelopes that wouldn’t stay closed. We went brought this to the attention of customer service they blamed us for the errors and took 0 responsibility. Customer service was completely rude and condescending. We were planning on returning to minted for our invitations but after how badly they messed up our save the dates and how rude and unwilling to help customer service was, we will never give this company another penny.
Minted misused customer’s credit card info. I recently received some more products which I didn’t order. I got charged on my new credit card for this order. The old version of this credit card expired earlier this year. And Minted must have guessed the new expire date of the new version of this credit card and automatically placed a new order for me with this card. This is a horrible abuse of customer’s finance info. Stay away from Minted for sure!!
I ordered fine art prints and one of them just didn’t work in the room it was purchased for. Minted’s customer service for the return was excellent. They made it incredibly easy for me and also had my replacement items expedited.
I had a concierge mtg with Grace today. Prior to Grace it was Kai. I don't have 1 complaint about them. They both are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, empathetic and patient. I felt they sis everything possible to be helpful and assist on my behalf. I am appreciative. I would refer Minted.
This was by far the most excruciating part of wedding planning. The customer service representatives were all giving me different answers about whether they could make very simple design changes. Once I cancelled my order they were magically able to do the thing that was not possible (according to most of the customer service reps). We are talking about centering names on a place card, not crazy modifications.
I absolutely think Theresa Bear has created a wonderful, witty, beautiful image that I love so much that it will hang above the fireplace! She really is a gifted photographer, and I love the whole series she made, but the Flower Head is by far my favourite. Love the detail of the teal-coloured gloves! Thank you, Theresa and Minted, for bringing this great example of art and humour (not always easy to do in combination) into my life.
This website really isn't worth a review or a star, but I hope to warn other couples before they fall for this foolishness. I would've had a better time asking my 2nd grade students to help me make my wedding invites! After I designed my invites from a basic template that was faulty and took logging out and logging back in several times to get the site to work, Minted didn't provide an option to opt out of proofing so I could order my invites right away. The proofer was days late returning a proof with no changes... so another time grab. As soon as Minted allowed me to order my invitations, I did. They were already arriving late due to "proofing" but a delay from Minted in shipping them upon ordering had them at my door days after the latest day I wanted to mail them to my guests.I paid for the over-priced "Rush" shipping which came via Pony Express because they were in transit way over the allotted time frame. I'm sure the horse was at a gallop instead of a trot but for almost $40 we could've done better. After delivery, I realized Minted included a different couple's envelopes with the invitations.Customer service rep Charlone H. promised a refund for the almost $40 in shipping costs which was never refunded. I asked Charlone H. for confirmation that a refund is in the works (like a confirmation email or something) but they ended the chat without saying anything more and didn't allow me to respond. I've never had the person on-the-job end the chat like that. Very odd. Then rep Mille B. said a different rep from the "design team" would reach out to help me order the invites with the right return address/couple name, and correct guest addresses, not strangers'. This third person took an additional 24 hours to reach out with a code to cover the cost of new envelopes. First, they sent me someone else's code that covered a nearly $200 order Minted messed up (I feel bad for those people!). Once I got my code, I was given a couple hours to use it and send myself the envelopes, otherwise the code would expire and I'd be out of luck! The envelopes are not set to arrive for another 2 days. Now my wedding invitations are going out 2 weeks late. Anyway, my 2nd graders are great artists and great thinkers if anyone's interested in a better experience than Minted.
My experience designing wedding invitations with Minted was incredible! I started with a template, but by going back and forth with the design team I was able to achieve a very customized look that was exactly my vision. The process was super quick and easy and wayyy easier than going through a stationary shop. The quality of the finished product (all letterpress) was 10/10 - so beautiful and high end looking.
Great designs to choose from! I picked the "Done!" graduation design, which was perfect for my son's college grad announcement! Lots of fonts, colors, picture layouts. Love the recipient addressing service. Very fast shipping and product was perfect!
I recently ordered wedding invitations and set up a wedding website. I had a few glitchy problems with the website. (Probably user error) That said Minted’s was very responsive to my needs on the Chat Box. I was happy with my completed order and you do not have to be a graphics wizard to use their templates and web design. Highly recommend.
This is a failure of a company. Do not under any circumstances order your holiday cards from them. They will gladly accept your money for rush production and shipping and then watch as the estimated delivery days come and go. Customer service is awful. Will give no answers as to when orders will actually ship. We've just resigned ourselves to not being able to send out any holiday cards this year, because of Minted. They had the opportunity to alert customers to their production issues and allow them to find another provider, but they didn't and now it's too late. STAY FAR AWAY.
I don’t understand the terrible reviews for Minted. After the first one I read I thought the reviewer made a mistake and meant some other company. Any how. I’ve been ordering from Minted for 3 years. This year I became a member because I had lots of events (baby shower, birth announcement, thank you cards and holidays). I’m going to remain a member. Their quality beats most other printing companies and so many beautiful options. Customer service is excellent and I’ve never been let down. Love them!
I originally ordered a large (30x40) art print. When I received and hung it, it ended up being too large. It fit spatially, but the scale was not right for where I wanted to place it. I contacted the Minted CS, and they completely exceeded my expectations! The team went above & beyond to make sure I received what I needed instead, and it was truly a pleasure to work with this company. I cannot sing their praises enough!!
They made our Christmas cards. Best quality we've found. They included a couple of extra cards and envelopes with the order. I'm not sure if that is normal but it was very appreciated in case of the inevitable error on my personalization of the card or envelope. Them addressing the envelopes made the cards beautiful to look at and easy to send.
We ordered Christmas cards and had an issue with the end result. Really not anyone's fault, but an oversight that we didn't notice until they were all mailed out. Minted did a beautiful job on the cards, artwork was so classy, and we got many compliments on them. The company proceeded to make the mistake 'right' and we were super satisfied. We will definitely use this company again. We so appreciated their prompt replys and the solution to the issue we had.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
