Is minotaurfightstore.co.uk Legit?

I recently ordered a gi, but unfortunately, I received the wrong item. I contacted the company, explained the issue, and returned the gi as it didn’t match the description on their website. While they did confirm the return promptly, they encouraged me to exchange the gi for something else. However, I only wanted a refund since it wasn’t what I ordered.The refund process took a bit longer than expected—over three weeks—which I found disappointing. They explained the delay, saying they handle a high volume of returns daily, but I believe this could be improved. Although I’ve finally received my refund, based on this experience, I personally wouldn’t order from them again. I would advise others to be cautious when purchasing from them.

My order was sent out swiftly and Jevi in customer services was very helpful to me prior to ordering. Jevi deserves five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️…..Sadly things went downhill from here.The item I ordered was too big so I contacted customer services, via their refunds request procedure, and posted my item back via a Royal Mail trackable and chargeable postage label.My item was received by Minotaur FS on 7/8/24, from there I heard nothing about my refund and emailed their Customer Services asking where my refund was only to be told ‘Didn’t you receive our Returns Department email’ … No I didn’t otherwise I wouldn’t be chasing them. Two phone calls later, each time I was reassured the refund would be processed, still no refund and it is now 3/9/24.I have had no option but to contact my credit card company and am now going through the ‘Chargeback’ process. Very disappointed and as a result of this I will not be ordering from Minotaur FS again.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I would definitely use this company again. I needed my order to arrive quickly so paid for express postage and contacted them to explain the urgency - the order was dispatched within a couple of hours and arrived the next day. I was over the moon! Thanks so much.

Super helpful !! Great service and friendly staff. Ive got quite a long training and competing history but since having a break due to ‘life’ and then having chemo, I am now getting back into training and wanting a new kit for a fresh start. I Came away with everything we needed and more. There was a big selection to choose from, which helped me to find exactly what I wanted. The staff were really knowledgeable and answered my questions about other ranges being available or made by venum at all. Will definitely be shopping there again. Thank you!

Great service from Adam at Minotaur fight store. I had trouble adding the delivery service on to my order and he got back to me straight away adding a free upgrade for express delivery. I’ve ordered from here before and the service and quality of products is by far the best of any fight store I’ve ordered from. Will definitely be ordering again.

Fantastic customer service!!! A super friendly and helpful team who are very knowledgeable and will help you choose the right equipment for your needs. They've most recently helped me with some boxing shorts but I've also bought boxing boots, wraps, and a couple of other bits. Yasser has been a total Legend but the whole team is brilliant! Ordered 2 pairs of hand wraps on the 20th may with a delivery frame of 2-3 working days. Called up 7 days later to be told that my package would be here either on the 29th or 30th at the latest. Received email to be told that they have only just sent my package off to dpd. I’m going on holiday tomorrow so probably won’t end up seeing my package now until I’m back. Brilliant way to treat your customers ..

I always visit the Aylebury store when in need of fighting goods. I have visited this shop since 2019 and 5 years later the service has always been good to the point I refuse to go anywhere else for Muay Thai gear.

Please be careful with some of these reviews. A lot of them seem like they just spreading unnecessary hate. I had a small issue with my order I rang the customer service line and immediately I was given an update and since then the staff helped me with any questions I had. The following days they kept me informed and provided all updates via email. My package arrived today and honestly it’s the best quality ever. The Minotaur team also sent me a free gift as gesture of goodwill. I recommend them highly. Look at google reviews and you’ll see they have 5/5 stars with hundreds of reviews!

If you want hassle free service, DO NOT buy online from this store!I'm not alone when I say this, I paid for premium delivery and I waited nearly two weeks for it to arrive.They do not reply to emails unless you call them first. Calling them is the only way to make contact with them.They do not use a reliable courier, DHL has terrible reviews and for justified reasons.Ordering online from this store has been a terrible experience and too problematic.Just AVOID this store online!

Absolutely amazing store! We called up to get some advice as we wanted to order online, but ended up driving to the actual retail store, and we were glad we did! Amazing range and expert advice; we got everything we needed, and it was the right sizing

STAY AWAY. Total scam. One month after ordering my sons Christmas present still no package and useless customer service. Not answering questions about tracking number or status either via email or Facebook. BUT they did charge my account two days after the order. Just impressive behaviour. Worst company ethics ever. There is a small place in hell for guys like you.

Shop claims free delivery and free returns, word for word from their website:"For our customers in mainland UK (punch bags/heavy items are exceptions), we are pleased to provide FREE RETURNS."Upon returning an item I was issued a partial refund with an information that there is a '£2 refund request charge'. So by definition you do NOT offer free returns, and falsely advertise that you do.

Ordered a pair of gloves and paid extra for premium 1-2 day shipping service. This was not honoured, and was told they would arrive almost 14 days since order date! Therefore called to cancel and refund order, but this was not processed. Chased several times over phone and email, but no response. Had to eventually escalate to Paypal to force refund. Poor customer service and zero communication. Avoid.

Great store, I had ordered some shorts for pickup- sadly there was a small delay. But the support really came trough and offered an alternative delivery method (to the Netherlands). Definitely recommend it, and with the great assortment of quality brands (such as tatami) I'll definitely drop by into the shop next time.
