Order 16 june 2023, never received, website should be taken down, complete scam , don't trust

Minifigures Display Order 12545 confirmed, but thats all, no answer on mail, order made 16/01/2024. Still waiting. Paypal is informed about this company. The only info you get is “you have to be patient”. Don’t buy is the information i want to give everyone.

It is a scam have been waiting for over 3 month now - no reply on mail - don't buy anything from this "Company"

DO NOT USE!I ordered a minifig display case in February and still don't have it. Chased it in June and received an automated email saying there are delays and to be patient. Have just raised a dispute with Barclaycard to recover my money. I suspect that the product will never arrive.I wished I'd checked Trustpilot prior to ordering as I'm not the only one who has had this experience.

I placed an order and never received it. I reached out to the customer service desk multiple times and never received an answer. Do not order here!!

After more almost 11 months, I’m still waiting for my order. I’ve written them several emails and never got an answer, until I placed a bad review here last month. They promised me I would be getting an email with tracking info at the end of this week…still waiting for it. I’m starting legal actions to get my money back. Shameful! Avoid this company, it’s a scam!

STILL WAITING since OCT 29 2022 for Order #169923. That's right 2 small frames to be created and mailed to the US.Understand slow shipment, but I have become so disappointed in what looked like a quality product. When questioned about shipment delay, I get an automated response that a case ticket has been generated. That's it. No follow up. No package.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Placed a $350 order. Got billed immediately. Four months have gone by and:I never heard back. Never received my order. Received no communication from them Never got any replies to my email Never got any response after using their 'support portal.' I do not recommend this company.I will be disuputing the charge and reporting this seller to American Express.

Scam. My experience is much like the other reviews… bad. I was charged immediately, then emailed dozens of times, and waited a year for my frames. My frames eventually arrived, with a signature required, less $250 of mini figures. Don’t order from this company.

I ordered July 28th and have been given multiple shipping date ETA's where I was assured that it would be ready. TWICE I was given assurances that it would ship out, both have not been honoured. No one is responding to customer service tickets, I hear nothing back.DO NOT buy from them. If the item does not ship out this week, I will have to contact Paypal and report them. If enough customers do, they will be banned as a seller.

Ordered a set in September 2023. Realized I wanted another item and to combine shipping, so I opened a ticket to attempt to do so, and filled out all the details. Nobody ever contacted me. Tried repeatedly, no contact.Then waited months and months for original order anyways. Now been 6 months, zero communication. I've opened more tickets without any response. The order status has progressed, but I'm skeptical of legitimacy at this point, as I was expecting these several months ago

I am a returning customer. First order was slow to arrive but company did communicate and replied to emails. My current order that I am waiting on was placed 11-08-2023!To this day, even after multiple tickets, I have no received any replys or communications to let me know what the issue is. Ticket #'s 15924-15980-16744-17260.Company had no issue taking my money, leaving me with nothing to show for it. I would avoid at all costs and it pains me to say this as the previous frames and interactions with the company were positive. If someone from the company reads this, please send my order.

Ordered months ago, the communication is terrible and when finally replied was just told it would be 4 months .. The product is now significantly cheaper than when i ordered!! They are still taking orders despite not delivering on orders they already made and string of complaints.Whole thing leaves a bad taste do not buy from here ! I am about to start to recover my money through my credit card

I tried to build my own frame once, needless to say that I failed terribly so I started to look different alternatives as I didn't even know that Minifiguresdisplay.com even offers such frames, found them through Google and decided to move forward with their offer. My display frame is finally here and it looks super cool. Much better than I had anticipated and better than on images. Many thanks.

Ordered over 18 months ago. At first they communicated well citing shipping errors, but it's clear now they were just making excuses. Never received product, never responded to refund request (or any other emails in the past 3 months, for that matter). Avoid this retailer.*EDIT* After two years, my product finally arrived. Product is great, but be prepared to wait with little to no communication from the company. Order at your own risk, I suppose.

WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. 1) Order delivered 4 months late after mutiple attempts to reach the customer support. 2) One of the frames delivered is so damaged that it is unusable. Answer from the customer support: send back the damaged product to Spain or wait for us to settle with UPS (shipping company) before we consider to send a new product (and wait another six months?!) 3) To get a refund from this company does not seem to be possible. Update: they are supposed to refund me for one damaged frame and the postage after a month no news... so bad

Absolutely love these frames - have bought two to date and keep coming back for more to feed my minifig habit!! They are high quality, professional, and I have gotten dozens of comments from colleagues about how much more fun my office is than others :) A little pricey compared to other products, but love the size (11 x 11 figs vs smaller frames) and the material / backboard / lego glue feels incredibly solid and looks sleek. I will say, delivery time isn't exactly Amazon. With that caveat. I will keep coming back for more because they're great products!

Looks professional, but this is a scam or they are very very incompetent. Never received my order from 2022 of over 200 euro’s. They give empty promises. I already gave up but I hope this review prevents someone else from making the same mistake.They even removed my earlier review from Trustpilot.
