Is miniberni.com Legit?

Worst experience I ever had buying thing online.More than half of ordered clothes was not this way they sold by pictures on webpage.Reclamations was the second part of bad experience. After on month of established conditions of refunds I still not receive money back.I do not recommend shopping.

I ordered an embroidered, tulle dress described as such and pictured as such on their website but what arrived was a screen printed on polyester dress with an iron on patch. It was hidious. I tried to send it back but they refused the package...it sat in China post office for months and has yet to even be returned. It has been 7 months with no refund, no dress...I would give no stars if I could.

Have used them a few times - never again. They do not send all goods and promise to refund, but they never do. I pushed for answer many times and you get standard answers where they promise to send the refund and in the end they stop answering. I can not recommend to do any business with them.

After reading other reviews, I was really worried about what would arrive, but this particular product (owl tulle dress) was close to the image on the site. Not as 3-dimesional or as good quality as depicted, but not so bad that I'd claim back from PayPal. The embroidery is flat and the fabric isn't great quality, so I'd still recommend paying with PayPal so that you can claim back if you need to.

Very disappointed. Waited so long to receive, they sent my orders in two different deliveries, I’m still waiting for the second 🤷🏽‍♀️🫡 doesn’t make any sense, instead of sending all together. The clothes quality are good, although the print is just horrible, doesn’t look like what’s on the website at all. I would not recommend anyone buying from these people.

Ordered a dress for my daughter for a wedding. After reading into the company I kept my expectations low. I got what I expected but it’s still beautiful. It’s not all embroidered but that actually that makes it more practical. My daughter LOVES it and it’s the perfect fit. Would happily buy from here again.

Took over a month to arrive, after emails questioning why it was taking so long went unanswered. The sweaters are too small (smaller than the listed measurements,) and horrid printed junk rather than what’s pictured online. I’m trying to return for a refund but I’m not getting my hopes up. Awful awful awful. Total scam

Absolutely avoid this company, who are now trading under a couple of other names using the same pictures as my PayPal payment name has changed twice now. The dresses they send are a very cheap copy of the dress you see online I wish I read reviews first! They are completely refusing to give me a refund and offered me 3 pounds partial refund for 2 dresses I paid 45 pound for .....they are not even worth 5 pound.

Absolutely awful cheap products when they finally arrived almost 3 months later. 1 order arrived in multiple shipments and I had to contact them to say I hadn’t received everything- then they told me they had sold out of what I ordered and had to choose something else- in which I had to pay more for… then when this order FINAlLY arrived…. One item was the wrong size and the two Christmas dresses I ordered looked like something out of a horror film. The gingerbread men’s faces were all warped and looked creepy and the fabric was tacky any cheep. DO NOT BUY. Anyone looking for cheap items I would recommend ali express or just sticking to Kmart/target/big w.

Total scammers. DO NOT BUY.This below is the latest excuse they have given for not sending items ordered nearly two weeks ago. Have you ever heard such rubbish. Total rip off merchants. “We regret to inform you that there will be a delay in the delivery of your order due to the traffic control measures enforced during the Asian Games. We understand the importance of receiving your package on time and apologize for any inconvenience caused.The traffic restrictions in place as a result of the Asian Games have impacted the transportation routes and delivery timelines. Although we have made every effort to mitigate the delay, it is beyond our control in this situation.”

NEVER BUY ANYTHING in this website! Absolutely disgraceful. Never delivered. Answers from 'costumer service' always the same with absolutely NO INFORMATION. They are thieves. Don't waste your time and your money with these items. Liars! I've been trying to get SOME information about my purchase for over 2 months and the answers are vague and with absolutely no guidance. Oh, also there is NO option to request a refund. A SHAME!!! This site should be banned and blocked from the UK!!!

Poor communication from the team there, order turned up missing the 5 most expensive and interesting pieces. Didnt get a response regarding this but did get a message asking for a review...well here you go. Based in China and quality is not great but not as bad as some of the reviews on here. I can't comment on any of the party dresses as none turned up however

I should know better by now not to trust a clothing company that ships straight from China. Keep your expectations low… always. The pictures of their stock are gorgeous, but the actual product is embarrassing. Save your money and buy from a reputable source. They will offer you pennies in return for the clothes, claiming the shipping to return (which is your responsibility) is very expensive. It is. I was going to ship my $47 worth of dresses back, but it costs $23. They will offer you about $10 in store credit or $8 in reimbursement. Just don’t do it.

It took very very long for I got the first dress, the second dress I am still waiting for… Communication takes long and doesn’t bring you any further, ‘it’s on its way’. Dress was completely out of proportion; shoulders were ok, sleeves a bit to short and de tule was from nipple to the waistedband!! I do not recommend ordering here!

After seeing the 3D girls dresses advertised heavily, we decided to take a chance on Mini Berni. (Even though the dresses looked like they were AI generated.)I ordered two party dresses, a t-shirt, and two cotton appliqué dresses. It ships direct from China so it took about 3-4 weeks to arrive. I could track it via the Shop app once it was packaged. The cotton dresses and shirt were as expected, very cute and nice quality, and sizing was true. The party dresses are definitely not 3D, but are still very cute and unique just the same. The quality is about as good as you’d get from a normal box retailer. My daughter absolutely loves the dresses and she gets lots of compliments.

Ordered two cardigans at the end of august and still haven’t received them. Tracking wasn’t updated and I contacted them via email. I was told that the package was left behind at the warehouse. I have opened a case with PayPal and requested a refund. Just glad I payed with PayPal. Wouldn’t recommend after reading so many bad reviews.

Clothes are beautiful, I ordered 12 different dresses and all are exactly as photo. I had a good experience. Parcel arrived 3 weeks after ordering. I registered it on the shop asp so it was easy to trace. I am already planing my next order.

I bought a flamingo dress for my granddaughter. In their photos it looks layered and almost 3 dimensional. The fabric looked nice. I got the dress and it was a print of a flamingo printed on cheap fabric. I tried returning it. They continued ghosting me. They did not allow my return. Scam company. Beware.

I give it 3 stars because honestly I thought it’s a scam and I would never get my marchandise that I bought, and yesterday I received the whole amount.I purchase over 200$ in the end of July, today it’s almost mid September but at least I got it .The quality is really great but it’s absolutely impossible to communicate with the company, I wrote them so many times regarding my order , the tracking number that was provided wasn’t sufficient…..I wouldn’t mind to wait for a shipment as long as they will respond to me …. So yes I got my goods and they are great , in the other hand I’m not sure if I will buy there again because it’s make me feel like walking on the eggshells because of unpredicted outcome.

Some of the designs on this website appear to be Midjourney ai generated - they don't look real, even if they were they would cost hundreds to produce, so be warned! What gets delivered is not the same as these images.

“Miniberni is a scam”

I purchased two dresses for Christmas pictures and after waiting two months to get them after they provided fake tracking numbers from china the dresses arrived from Jamaica NY. Not only is the quality and construction a disaster but it doesn't have any embroidery nor does the deer appliqué even resemble the one in the website. When I requested a refund, I was merely offered an apology.

I ordered a super cute dress and recieved one that looked nothing like the picture and the quality was really bad. I wrote them to get a refund and they asked if they could give me some store credit, i declined as I would never order from them again. Then they offered a "partial refund" to save ME shipping cost of sending the trash back to them. Tip for consumers:Don’t buy from these people

Less than half the items shipped. After a month, I inquired about the other items and was told something was out of stock, but I should get it within 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed - nothing, no update - asked, told same thing. Asked for a refund - told it was shipping - did not ship - still outstanding >2 months after ordering, and no refund in site.

“Mixed review”

I placed my order on Oct 2nd assuming I would receive it by Oct 27th as some of the items were birthday gifts. My order was split into two shipments with two items supposedly shipped Oct 16th and the balance a couple of days later. The second shipment arrived Nov 1st. The other one has still not arrived. When I inquired on Nov 2nd about the status of the balance of my order I was told the shipped had "left it behind" and it would be on it's way. As of today (Nov 5th) I have had no further communication from either the shipping company or MiniBerni. My granddaughter's Xmas dress (that I was planning to give her at Thanksgiving) is in the package. I hope I receive it soon. The items that did arrive are very nice and appear to be good quality.
