Is mindfulleader.org Legit?

I believe the 8-week program is too expensive at $50 each session. There are endless resources available on online that are a fraction of the cost.

MBSR was a timely experience for me. I had started experiencing a lot of anxiety and had started meditating again on my own but MBSR gave me so many more tools and a concentrated focus that was invaluable. Piero Falchi was a terrific facilitator who brought a wealth of knowledge as well as a kind, inclusive, and non-judgmental demeanor that was perfect. Thank you!!

The instructor and the other participants; the pacing and unfolding of the course material from simple to more complex; also liked access to all the handout material and guided meditations.

I think I chose the right teacher when I decided to do the MBSR with Piero. I loved how he conducted the course and the best part were the words of solace. Those were words that really brought me to down to earth every time. This and his loving kindness meditation made me cry out of happiness, relief at times, peace every single time. When we do these practises, we do it not only for ourselves but also for the entire world because we spread kindess one at a time, starting with ourselves. So I highly recommend this course with Piero!

It is very easy t jump on with so many times offered. Nice to be with like-minded individuals. It is a great option to have if /when you don't feel like doing your own individual practice but would rather be with a group!

He made things easy for us to learn and experience the power of mindfulness. He followed up on all emails and requests. I enjoyed the course and looked forward to class every week for 13 weeks

I am currently enrolled in the MBSR course with Piero and recently did the 1 day silent retreat with him. I am finding the class very valuable and I really enjoyed the silent retreat. Piero is a wonderful teacher and on top of teaching mindfulness practices, he shares beautiful poems and readings (both his own and other authors). Thank you Piero and Mindful Leader for this special experience that I will be able to take with me on my journey in life.

Being in retreat with Piero Falci is a true gift. His gentle manner is welcoming. All of the exercises' he offers allow for meditation, relaxation and insight. The poetry, his and those of other wonderful poets, that he shares, I have found give insight and are a special treat. I did a one day silent retreat with Piero Falci and loved it! The day was structured in such a way as to keep me engaged while being mindful in many different ways. Piero also read us applicable poems that I enjoyed very much.

Peter Calin served as guide for our group and he unquestionably made our challenges doable, provocative, and exciting. Nice job Peter! Having said that, I also found great value in the time spent with fellow students in breakout groups. Perhaps if I were to offer one recommendation, it would be that the Guide not be too fooled by silence upon asking a group-question. The silence, it seems to me, is more a reflection of people being humble and modest as opposed to looking at folks with nothing to say. Just call on people instead of looking for volunteer-hands to be raised.Again, my thanks and kudos for this transformative time together!

The conference is very personal in nature. It is unhurried. The presenters aren’t rushing out the door to get to their next gig. Instead, you see A lot of conversations taking place. Collaborations growing from there.People are connecting in such a genuine way. I enjoy Learning from the thought leaders on stage, but also what my fellow and attendees are doing in their communities.

I thoroughly enjoyed the silent retreat - it was well-organised and had a good relaxing pace over the 7,5 hours. The teacher - Piero - was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience very tranquil and rewarding. The day left me feeling calm, at peace and enlightened. I am looking forward to going inward more often. Thank you for a beautiful and transformative day.

An excellent teacher and guide in the adventure of life is not easy to find. That person needs to be both wise and warm, kind and firm, well-read and schooled in their field as well as approachable, finding ways to impart information that are understandable but also provoke contemplation and insight. Piero Falci is one of those people. He knows his subject, loves it, and revels in helping others do the same. I just finished a 5-day silent retreat with him and would take another class from him at the drop of a hat. I recommend that you consider the same. Give yourself this gift.

I just completed the one-day silent retreat. Piero is a compassionate, thoughtful leader. The experience itself was transformative for me. Simply having a day set aside for contemplation and tranquility is worth it.

Piero is a solid and authentic example of mindful living. His instruction is both gentle and powerful, and abundantly effective. I highly recommend doing a 5 day retreat with him in the future. This was my first 5 days silent retreat and i couldn't have chosen a better instructor and guide than Piero. I have done the 8 week course and a couple of 1 day silent retreats with him, he is absolutely the most wonderful human being, patient teacher, kind, supportive and overall a lighting guide on this path.. thank you for everything, Piero!

There was a lot to like about this conference. I especially appreciated the networking opportunities, the overall flow of speakers, the live music and the professionalism of the staff. Room set ups were appropriate and workable.I was somewhat disappointed in a few of the speakers - some were what I would call "extreme academics," and not really competent speakers at all. One spoke so softly and with such a strong accent that they could not be understood and had filled their slides with so much data and text that they could not be read. Others, including the opening keynoter went over time and appeared to be quite disorganized and unprepared.Overall, however, the conference was really well managed and organized.

Great facilitators who are compassionate and thoughtful. The 20 min meditation followed by reflection has been really helpful for me. I like how it is offered at every hour Monday to Friday, really helps unwind after a long workday. Thanks!
