High quality prints and the customization is the best among competitors. Try the design app -- I order many printed products from all the typical companies and Mimeo's is the best. It also prints true to the proof, unlike what we've experienced with others. And the customer service is terrific!

Mehul was amazing. I had difficulty at every turn... I am not very technological, and the project I was trying to create was word-based with LOTS of text. It was very difficult for me, but Mehul persevered to understand what I was trying to do. He had the patience of Job, and reassured me when I panicked, thinking all my efforts had been in vain. I definitely would not have the beautiful final product without his guidance and interventions.

It's the best quality photo album service I've found - not quite as good as the original Apple service but close. My biggest problem is with the background solid colour choices. There is little subtlety; they're either too loud and brassy or simply have too much green or yellow tones in the colours. In short, at least on my computer, they look military and dull.

My experience with the Mimeo app has been fantastic! It’s incredibly user-friendly, and once you get the hang of it, there are so many great options to crop and transform your photo layouts. The app makes everything easy, from navigation to customization, ensuring a smooth process. I honestly wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

I have to write about how amazing the photo album I ordered last week is. It arrived today by DHL, a day earlier then scheduled. And it is just of the best quality possible.I have been using Mimeo for years just to make calendars with pictures the children for my parents and they have been perfect . Recently I made a book of a special holiday and now a book for my daughter 18th.Perhaps it is a little more expensive than others, but you have to believe me, the quality is absolutely outstanding and relatively easy to useKudos to Mimeo. I will buy again and again!

Fabulous print quality but infuriating order process. For 12 years I've used Mimeo (or Apple) for an annual family album. The print quality is beautiful and the formatting is pretty straightforward. But getting the order through has been really hard work the past few times! - multiple emails to tech support, re-install software, then do some weird key combination to create a special format and upload a pdf. Please just fix the software! Also, the huge shipping costs for multiple copies of the same photobook is unfair. (I was promised a discount code to compensate for this, but it never happened.)

I have regularly used the online photo album app to make hard copy photo books of amazing travel experiences, and have a whole library of books that capture those precious moments forever. Easy to use and edit, with plenty of choices for layout, photo sizing, creative borders and styles. Will continue to use as long as I can keep travelling.

It takes a considerable amount of time to fit text with pictures. So be ready! It's impossible to tell really if a photo of printed material will fit entirely, or not. Even when you manage to no longer have warnings of cutting, that does not guarantee that the text won't be cut. Anyway, I see people avoiding that altogether and use only pics, then write in their own handwriting.

The software is easy to use, except for the button that allows you to quickly delete a page. I accidentally deleted pages twice and had to re-create them. It would be better if that button were placed further away from the thumbnail view. That small quibble aside, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the book, with excellent color reproduction, heavy coated paper stock, and strong binding. This is better quality than what I used to get from Apple directly.

Beautiful books & easy to use layouts. I’ve switched over from the iphoto books years ago. I print 5-7 large books a year (over $1000 /year) Very expensive relative to other similar products on the market I always wait for coupons in my email which is super annoying. Customer service very inflexible on applying coupons a day late….

The support function of Mimeo photo book program is outstanding. In the midst of laying out pages, when I'm stuck, I can click on the support option at top of page and within minutes the chat tech support is guiding me to resolve the issue. Usually it is explaining to me how to use the tool. The quick response and clear communication enables me to get back to work quickly.

The book creation software is now very powerful, allowing for creativity in picture cropping and placement, borders, fonts, backgrounds etc. Ordering and PDF creation is very easy. It does require Internet access to run. I would lke improved autoflow, as in, "make me a book with all of these pictures in it." Also would be nice to see dates and locations without actually opening the image.

The program is easy to use. The books are of high quality and completed quickly. Excellent customer service when you have an issue, which is rare. One thing that could be improved is that some photos that look good online when designing the book end up being too dark when printed. These are not ones with low resolution that you get warnings about.

I am yet confused regarding Mimeo and here is why. I continue to get emails from Motif as well as from Mimeo.I thought Motif, with which I have more experience(than Mimeo)was going to cease existing and consumers like myself would, of necessity, need to use Mimeo. I was quite satisfied with Motif.But the learning curve was not too steep with Mimeo.Did I misunderstand that Motif is going to cease being?

Just recently started using Mimeo to create photo books. I can’t believe how easy the process was linking straight from my photo library including in app editing. My photo books were published and delivered promptly. They are stunning! The quality is comparable to a professional coffee table book. I will be using Mimeo again and again.

I always love the quality of the products from Mimeo. The cards were delivered in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price for postage for the size of the order. I also appreciate that, even though the order required 2 boxes to hold 50 cards & envelopes, the 2 boxes were put into 1 cardboard shipping box so that I only had to pay 1 postage charge. This is a big improvement from other orders; I anticipated each card/envelope being shipped separately for $7.99 each 😉

This was my first time using Mimeo. I ordered cards and both the printing and paper cutting were crooked. I contacted Mimeo through their chat, explained the issue, uploaded a couple photos to demonstrate the alignment problems, and a replacement order was immediately placed for me. The replacement order came out right. You don't really know how good customer service is until you have a problem. Mimeo made my order right, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Producing publications with the Memo program is fun, easy and results in quality books. However the rise cost is getting far beyond my budget. Printing multiple copies of my books shows no price break after the initial print. I am afraid my days working with Memo are numbered.

The website is not very user friendly. I didn't realize until after I hit send on my order that I would have been able to crop and edit the photo. Also, I wanted to order more than one photo (different images) and the website doesn't seem to allow for that so I had to submit two separate orders.

I would just want to put all pictures in 4 pictures per page album because otherwise I have no time to do album. But if I want to do that I need to select one by one the layout 4 pages. Also, it would be good if the page recognize if the picture is a landscape or a portrait but sticking to the 4 pictures by page format. Would love to be able to apply that by default to all at the beginning.
