Hello, I would like to report Milow Robotics I placed and paid for a robotic Puppy took my order & money but item arrived, not one of my Emails replied too. Saw this item on Facebook thought the puppy very realistic but now I think it was a real puppy not a toy. Can anything be done about this Company I can ill afford to loose my money at this time of year. I have been trying to report this to Facebook book having no luck with this matter, reading the reviews I am not the only one having trouble with this so called company I am not ready too drop this matter. Paid for a Milow robotic puppy on the 10th December 2024. Like other reviews. They\'ve taken my money. I\'ve emailed and gone into tracking site and my goods have gone no further. Really disappointed. When I\'ve put a comment on there website they\'ve deleted it.
As others have reported my order of 15/12/24 for 2 puppies not received..My money has been taken. Their Email address does not exist.

They looked great so I bought 2 for £33.98. I used my pre paid Monzo card as I\'m wary of using credit or debit cards online. The items were delivered quickly but the contents of the package were laughable. Cheap plastic rubbish,, that, had I seen them in a \"pound shop\", I would have thought overpriced. No response from Milow but a very fast reply and refund from Monzo . Well done Monzo! Since then , I have seen the same advert, same pics etc but a different company. They are still scamming people online..
I paid $181.99 for 2 plus shipping and received nothing. I have tried to contact the seller for several months, even went for help from the Attorneys General in Wyoming because of one address I found. I also contacted the Federal Trade Commission because of a Canadian address. Thanks for the phone number, I\'ll try that next.
