Is milanoo.com Legit?

They have been removing my reviews over and over again. They are scammers, ship damaged items and actually pay for the good reviews they have here (through Black Hat World). I've spent over two weeks now to try and return a pair of damaged boots and they're not willing to pay me back. I have even went to the post office to ask for an official letter that I received and opened the return case the same day yet they don't care. When you buy stuff from the PRC please be aware that they have no obligation to follow any common EU, UK, US laws and logic. They can literally ship you a pair of sunnies for a 1000$ dress with no repercussions. For us who got scammed, report them to the antifraud of your country. I know that here in France they have a big folder of scamming activity and they're on the verge of being banned,Visit "signal conso gouv" to report them in France.Report them on econsumer *dot* gov as well, this makes the most difference!

This is a rip off company. They charge you +$20-30 for shipping and the dresses look nothing from the photo and when you try to return the return shipping will cost you more than $40 just to ship it back which is not worth it! Because they will not refund you for the shipping fee you paid for.

The clothing is fine. Some items are higher quality than others—I'd say the shorts are very nice (I appreciate the sizing being in waist measurements instead of generic S, M, L)

I’ve been shopping on this app for 3years and I have had only two bad experiences with them. And they solved it immediately after i complained to them. The shoes are all as u see them advertised, good materials and true to size.

The quality of the fabric is really good, especially for the price. The only thing I didn't like very much is that having ordered several pairs of shoes, there are quite a few size differences between them, but luckily it didn't cause any problems for me. I also got customs insurance which was a good idea, and the refund for the customs fee was super fast.

It was a lovely design and the fit was good, but the fabric was disappointing. Not classy. I wanted to return the dress but the site makes it very difficult and expensive. In the end, I accepted a refund for a fraction of what I had spent on the dress, shipping and Belgian customs costs: 45 euros out of 250. Ordering directly from China via any company: it’s a Mila-NO.

My customer service experience with them was awful. I ordered the dress I did because they said it would ship within 24 hours. It SUPPOSEDLY shipped 5 days later! “Worst online shopping experience ever”

Milanoo was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I mistakenly thought it was an American company, but the cheaply made products from China proved me wrong. The boots I bought were so awful that I returned them, but the shipping cost back to China was a ridiculous £32 on top of the original £70 price. To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent, with no email address or any way to contact them. This lack of communication even limits which couriers you can use for returns. This site is a scam! Do not purchase anything from this site, on the 9th of October I ordered Pu black Toe heel booties with expedited shipping. The shipping said it's take 3-5 business days, after the 5th day I reach out to them requiring an update, a tracking number regarding my item, they Message me back within 24hrs stating that I have to provide bank statements showing confirmation of my purchase. That was a red flag! I then told them that no clothing company ask for no form of bank statements. So I then called my bank about this transaction to get a refund of $120.41, the teller then told me that this transaction is on auto pay and this company is processing an additional $120.41 out my account. I texted the company two times to get tracking information and never got a reply. I had to wait for a month to receive my package. Your customer service department sucks. That is if you even have a department. I ordered a costume for my daughter. When we received the costume it was poor quality and cheap looking. I feel we were ripped off! When I pay a lot of money for something I expect it to look like the picture. I also expect it to at least stay together while she is trying it on. It ripped under the arm and the side zipper broke. I've ordered numerous times from milanoo. Shoes, leggings and purses. I did my research and found both good and bad reviews about the site. I based my purchases on those reviews as well. I'm a medium size lady (between 135-145 pounds, height 5,4) so the leggings I bought fit me just right. If you're larger than that they will be really tight on you. People need to realize this company is from China and the majority of the women there are slim. Measure yourself before you purchase clothes because they offer a sizing chart. I waited 3 to 4 weeks for all the times I bought and this were 3 different purchases. About right since it came from China to the US.

I ordered 3 shirts all in size small, they were not custom ordered. The first two shirts were good, the quality was fine for what I paid for (an average of $15.00 a shirt). The fit was okay; they are a little snug but I can still fit (if you do decide to take a gamble and buy from them you may want to order a size up). But the last shirt looked like it was homemade. There is loose thread hanging all over and the stitching is uneven. I can't wear it because it is just so poorly made and the uneven stitching is very noticeable. After reviewing Milanoo's return policy I have a feeling that I will have a really hard time returning it so I guess I'm stuck with it. Also the packaging was horrible. Someone just threw my shirts in a bag without folding them so when I received my items they were all crumpled up and wrinkled. The clothes on Milanoo's website are nice looking but I just don't think I'm going to take another chance because the quality of their clothing is so inconsistent.
