Is mightynetworks.com Legit?

They HARASS users to post reviews here - repeated, constant requests. The platform is fine generally, but the way they hound you about stuff like this is far past the line of reasonable.

I've hosted my community on Mighty Networks since 2018 and it's been amazing to see how they are able to continue to innovate! What's even more impressive is how much they consider customer feedback. I also like that they have a very strong mission and vision, and their Community Design framework/course helps you to actually use your Mighty Network to build an engaged community that runs itself. I also love the look and feel of it and ability to customize, and my community members love the platform as well!

Ive hosted on Mighty for 5+ years. The 1st version was awesome. The ongoing updates since have layered countless purpose-built functionalities that I never imagined. Onboard "Co-host AI" maybe the best. But even better, the Mighty Team members use all that functionality to interact and guide each Host to grow their own unique communities. You're not just leasing a Magic Carpet, you also get a Genie to show you how to fly it. No other community platform comes close at any price!

Its a great platform. Where do I begin, there is so many wonderful things I love about MN. I've been with them since 2018! The customer service and assistance is absolutely top standard. The platform is easy to work with and my members love it! There a creative team always improving and moving forward. There are so many different functions that I can't wait to try yet.

Mighty Networks provides a community for people who are building communities. Mighty's customer service is exceptional. They listen to the needs of community hosts and continually improve their platform based on the feedback we provide. Access to Mighty staff for those at all subscription levels is unparalleled. We can't speak highly enough about Mighty Networks.

Several things made my experience great. First, the amazing support from the entire Mighty team. Next would have to be the incredible, clean, straightforward user interface. The site updates reflect the team's ability to hear and respond to the users.

We are two months in with our Mighty Networks, network, and I can't say enough about how much we love the system. But more than a great system, the help, and access to help, has been incredible! They talk about creating "People Magic" all the time, and they are practicing it with their team and how they work with developers and users. I'm blown away by how quickly they've helped me figure out problems (usually user error), how well they've worked to create real solutions (when we wanted a feature outside of current network tools), and how open the company is to input and feedback. I am confident that as our network grows, the Might team will be helping us and cheering us on every step of the way.

Presenters were upbeat but real. I appreciate sales pitches that do NOT bash other products. They answered questions thoroughly and respectfully, and were knowledgeable in technical aspects of the integration as well as its applications. A relevant presentation that went beyond product cheerleading

Mighty Networks has so many features that help me engage with my members - so many more than other similar platforms. The Mighty Network Help Desk is always so helpful whenever I have questions.

A great original idea well implemented. A great network or system with great support. And ever improving with new features and updates.

Really great platform and great support, with fast development, updates and upgrades which keeps you ahead of the rest. Really can recommend it!

Terrible.The app doesn’t allow you to change your password. The help content is wrong. I used the forgot password link and it just sent me into a loop. I ended up creating a new account. What a piece of garbage.

We needed a private platform to host content and build community. Mighty Networks has been easy to set up and manage, our members like having access to their content via laptop/web as well as tablet/phone via the app. And as a remote team we’ve been able to bring all our resources into one place. It’s been a couple of years now and it’s working well.

Mighty are a fine platform, their support and customer service is second to none, and the enhancements and changes are constant, as well as they listen to what we ask, they run sessions for Q&A for hosts, and i cannot fault them... apart from path to pro, i wish there was a monthly payment as some of us cannot afford upfront payments for the year...

The support and guidance on how to utilize the Mighty Networks is top notch. Best practices and video guidance is especially helpful for new host like myself. Very excited to see continuous improvements and enhancements being made. Very pleased with the platform and offering.

It is my second time trying to build an MN community - I have 22k members, I am not pushing them to this network without being absolutely sure it functions well. Also, I can not preview how a payment will work - eg I want to preview how a user experience will work from purchasing to a first post - this is basic - why can I not do that? IN PREVIEW MODE - NOT READ OR LOOK AT YOUR IMAGES of you telling me - one must be able to ensure their program functions - because all questions will come to me, and I need to be able to answer them. If I can not figure it out, how will my 22k members? I am a very thoughtful person and do not want to launch something without having it perfect. Also, why would I buy their yearly subscription when I cannot get ANY HELP IN A TIMELY MANNER. COME ON - you are a online format. You need people there in real time - answering issues and someone to call and call me back. If you want to offer a program around the globe - BE AVAILABLE FOR THE GLOBE - NOT JUST USA! Otherwise market that you only function for USA communities - that is fine. If not - YOU NEED TO BE AVAILABLE AT OTHER HOURS.

great platform thats easy to use, tons of helpful advice

Mighty Network has been such a great help in putting together my online community. They provide great support when I need it and offer tons of learning opportunities to help make my community better for my members.

I have 5 groups using Mightnetworks and one I cannot get on my computer. It has been a HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE to get help. NO HELP - takes days to get an email only response. I just want access to what I am PAYING FOR. Months later - still no access and it is costing me money and delaying my business ability. I would have used this for my business but after this experience NO WAY.
