Is mhstar.co.uk Legit?

I bought a cover for a 3 seater garden swing, the cover is of excellent quality, external side is treated woven fabric, and the interior is a rubberized material, it's completely waterproof. Another bonus is because of the strong material the cover is made from it's quite heavy, so it doesn't get blown about as much if its windy, unlike some other types of cover. This is absolutely top quality. Would certainly buy from this company again.

Shocking company, do not order from them at any cost. They knowingly ship items without all the required components. We contacted customer service to ask whether they could send the missing parts, they replied they weren't able to as they don't stock those parts in the warehouse nor can they get those parts in.. And of top of this they offered a meager 15£ for us to " source a replacement ourselves"Shocking.

Good customer service. Prompt responses from the team and I managed to sort out an issue with my purchase quickly.

Rabbit hutch states for one to two rabbits, I wouldn't advise it for even one! It would be a cruel lack of space. Trays both bottom and top are not big enough. Maybe ok for Guinee pigs nothing more. It's an ok hutch but we have made it stronger by screwing top and bottom section together and using extra screws on back board.

Bought rebound trampoline and after used twice the strap snapped. Called for a refund and was told to send pics of item for eligible refund. After sending pics they refunded me all the money and told me to keep the item or discard it if wanted. communication was excellent and professional. I would buy more products from them.

I purchased an electric awning with lights from this company but I wasn’t expecting it to be any good as it was much cheaper from Aosom. Two guys carried it in and put it exactly where I wanted it. When I finally got round to putting it up it was a fantastic awning very sturdy all put together!!all I needed to do was space the brackets out and hang it up👍 but you will need an electrician to wire it up!! Would definitely recommend this company👍spot on service. Thank you.

I bought a kitchen trolley. The package arrived promptly and intact. The trolley was easy to assemble and good enough for the price that I paid. I have previously bought a kitchen larder cupboard which was excellent value, contains all my jars, spices and condiments, and looks very attractive in my kitchen, especially beside my new trolley.I will buy more from this company.

My sister in law bought this and I was so impressed I to order one. So glad I did I was able t9 track the order and it arrived within the week. When I first opened the box I was quite daunted. However, I followed the instructions and erected the swing on my own. The only part I could not manage on my own was the canopy that needed my son to assist. It’s now sitting in my garden and it is wonderful. Every morning I go out with my first cuppa of the day and each afternoon I stop at 3pm and just laze in it listening to my music. I love it, so glad I bought this. A great product. 😊

Poor customer service support on the live chat. I then called the number provided and the customer service agent huffed down the phone for my reason for a return. She continued to explain it would cost £32 for a collection or they could offer 15% refund to keep the item. I have never experienced such a shocking customer service or high charge for returning an unused item.

The blind arrived on time and as described. It was purchase to replace a 26 year old blind (can't argue about the quality of that one). As regards the comparison only time wil tell. The installation instructions were understandable and it was realitivly easy to install. I was meticulous and took time to measure and recheck them, making sure the brackets were levelle with each other and had the correct spacing between them. This proved fortunate or luck, with hine sight I would have reduced the distance between the brackets by 2mm on each side. When it came to actually fitting the blind up on to the brackets. There was little room for error. Had to make slight adjustments by tapping the brackets. At this stage you really need another person's help.Once installed, adjustments are done by following the instructions (try to understand what you are doing, don't over adjust) it may mean adjusting and readjusting.I am delighted with the colour and quality. It was positioned over the patio the doors, and the ease of opening and closing from sum distance is a bonus.
