Is mgclothing.co.za Legit?

I was given the wrong size consultant was not showing sense of urgency, refund is still not paid. Why does it take a whole 15 days.

I ordered & paid for a pair of New Balance 327 trainers, off white & burgundy size 6 on 10/6.On 20/6 I sent a email to ask about the delivery date and they responded "waiting on their supplier". I emailed back saying I was going away for 5 weeks and would like the trainers before then.On 10/7 I sent an email to cancel the order due to no communication and no delivery.On my return 2/8, found the order had been delivered 15/7 but the incorrect color & incorrect size. I sent comms and they advised that "the exchange period for this order had already expired".Since 6/8 to 27/8 I have sent emails and WhatsApp messages with no response except once saying "refer to the exchange period"Today 10/9, I sent a follow up email and seems they have blocked my address.I do not want these trainers as I cancelled the order and then they still sent the incorrect colour & size.

MG Clothing, I just wish you could have more stock and sizes nevertheless I like everything else . From the person whom I talked to when I called asking about my parcel to the person who helped me on whatsapp

I am happy with my purchase. There was a delay in delivery due to courier guy having a lot of deliveries in December, otherwise all went well.

I ordered a pair of Air Force 1 for my daughter as it's her birthday month and her birthday attire or theme. The delivery was quick but I was very disappointed by the quality of the shoes, one could say that I was sold fake sneakers. I wanted to return them for a full refund but my daughter is going on holiday in the North West. I wanted to buy a pair of Diesel sneakers for my self but I doubt I will be purchasing anything from them again.

I was in love with what was advertised on the picture but I received something else, an ugly thing and now they won't refund me because apparently it's a sale item. I don't know why MG Clothing should refuse to give me my money back if it's them who misadvertised and misled. I will never buy anything from them ever again and they must learn to take pictures and advertise what they have in their store and not take pictures from the internet to mislead us.on top of everything, the shoes that were sent to me were very dirty so I am not happy. I'm actually furious

I bought a pair of sneaker at 2021 but even today it looks like new because of the quality of the product.

I purchased shoes size 7 and instead I received big size which I believe is size 8 because size because on the shoes label sizes are only written in Eur 42 which is equal to size 8 in South African size. South African size 7 is equal to Euro size 40/41. I believe I was sold bigger intentionally because label on the shoes' box that was supposed to show correct size has been removed. I repeat South African shoe size 7 is equal to Eur size 40 NOT Eur 42 as all my 5 pairs of sneakers which are all size 7s are written size EUR 40/41. I'm very disappointed with this treatment I received from your online team as I was planning to wear the shoes tommorow at our year end celebration at work 😥😭

It’s easy to buy clothes from MG Clothing website, they deliver very fast

The wrong size of the shoes was delivered, you did not attend to my query on time, I had to remind you. I incurred costs to send back the order even though it was not my fault. You must clearly indicate whether sizes are UK or US sizes on website where we place our orders.

I placed an order and it arrived at a right time to my suprise it was wrong colour and the one i ordered it wasnew balance 327 with N leather off white and burgundy , but they sent off white and black with nylon N. I was told that i must send use paxi and yet i have a event to attend on the 8th of July 2023.I was not at fault but i have to suffer just because of your employees carelessness I organise my sister to go to Johannesburg for exchange still waiting for supplier there. On Saturdays online it shows that you are opening, she bolted to there on arrival it was closed so i m not impressed with your service
