The pouch is well made; however the pocket is very tight. I hope with time the leather will stretch a bit.

Good Morning, We ordered LGVelvet 5G rugged holster hybrid armor covered belt clip case. What we received was the Samsung galaxy 5 fold case - orange. We would appreciate getting what we ordered which was correct on the invoice. Please advise on how to proceed to get the actual product we ordered. I recently purchased a Nite Ize belt holster for my new Samsung Galaxy A54 5G phone and I must say, I am a big fan of Nite Ize products! However, I have noticed that the holster fits my phone a bit too snugly. It would be much more convenient if the holster were slightly longer and wider, making it easier to insert and remove my phone.

I really do like my car tablet holder, though i wish the quality of plastic material was more durable and the part that goes into the CD slot( was half an inch longer) that way it would not fall out easily. but i tell you overall its a good product and fits my daily needs of holding up my tablet device ,while i navigate my way through the meandering and confusing city roads. Thanks, wonderful product. Arrived early. I do recommend it.

good service easy to find what you need. they suffered some COVID (issues like many companies) which has caused some delay in getting my items. but it took them getting through the COVID issues before they could let me know.they were out of a color and offered me another choice and priority shipping because of the issues they had suffered.all in all a good experience

Was refunded because a defect was found in what I ordered. Was also told I would be shipped a replacement. No update so doubt if I am getting a replacement to my phone case. Probably won't order from this company again unless they make good on a replacement that I am also willing to pay for. When I go on the sight it shows out of stock. Not sure if I will receive a replacement or not. No updates from company. First time using this website and probably last time.

This phone pouch has eliminated a number of issues in my life. It’s sturdy & solid, so it protects better than even the finest leather. It fits the phone, including the case, perfectly. It has both a clip & belt loops for more flexibility. I’m really delighted!

The case looks nice but didn't have the black frame that goes around the inside of the plastic frame of the case itself. The back of the case is gray instead of black like you see in the reviews and on the box that comes in it. The case didn't have the flap that covers the USB port for protection from dirt,dust and water and it had a scratch on the back of the case which I didn't like.

Although it took awhile to receive this phone case, it was well worth the wait. Excellent quality and appears to be very durable. I was also impressed to receive an immediate resolution from customer service when I inquired why the item had not yet arrived. Thank you for a great product and service.

Great product for less 3 bucks, this product exceeds expectation! Fits on phone like a glove. The material where the finger tips grasp the phone creates safe function. Also the ridges on the back help with tight grasp. I dropped it once and the cover slipped off a bit but kept the phone safe from shattering. It does not come with installation instructions but I was able to slip it on easily and then push around the cover to get the edges to fit into it. I do find it difficult to turn the phone on & off with just one hand adjusting the volume - is difficult one handed but feel this is design flaw by Moto for not having controls on the rear. I feel this is a great buy as I was able to invest in one of MG Bey's pop sockets I was easily able to install onto the back of this cover right under the opening for the shutter/flash. Thanks. Morel knew exactly what product i needed for my phone he was friendly and knowledgeable. The holster he recommended worked great. It looked like the straps were too thin but the clip is so strong they only serve as a backup for the clip. It took a few tries to get if on/off my belt but once I learned to pry on the clip a little it comes on and off with ease. The magnetic flap gives me quick access but holds firm when I'm climbing or riding unlike Velcro it is quiet and won't weaken with use. When the ones I bought get beat up I'll be back for more.

Still item ordered not received. Multiple calls and emails, then given false tracking number. Making payments on merchandise I still don’t have!
