I ordered a family legacy toboggan and t-shirt for my son and he absolutely loves both items. Excellent details and craftsmanship went into both items

I ordered my husband the hat & a t-shirt! My order arrived extremely fast! The quality of both was just unbelievable for the Price! Very good material & I expect the t-shirt to last for several years, as well as the hat!!! The embroidery on both was just outstanding! You would think, I paid a whole lot more for such wonderful workmanship! I would recommend myfamily to my My family & friends and anyone would likes very exceptional good quality stuff! My hats are of nice quality, well assembled, great material, what more can I say about the hat, but as for the delivery time, and I understand how your end works and because of the message on the hats and other products, that most of the time is the making of the products, so I may be all wet about the time factor.thanksMopar64

The products I purchased, a hat and a sweatshirt, are good quality material. The printing on the hat is solid and I know it will last for years. The printing on the shirt is more of a rubberized material. I expect it will take 20 to 30 washings to start flaking off. I plan to let it air dry and not heat it in a dryer. But as a sweatshirt, the product will still be valuable for use. But the quality of the clothing is good and should last several years. I don't like buying clothes and the quality seals the deals for me. The products arrived in a timely manner, roughly seven days after the order without expedited means and extra costs.

I love my new hat. It was shipped super quick and I received it within a week of having placed the order. The gold embroidered words look beautiful against the black fabric and it’s excellent quality.

Ordered a hat and a mug. Loved them both, Oddly they shipped separately one came before Christmas, one after. Still waiting on a pkg. from a different company now. I guess this is the Christmas that never ends. Lol Kinda fun giving surprise pkgs later.

I ordered 3 of the green hats for family members, one of the family members is my husband. He is very picky about the quality of his hats. This gift met and exceeded what he expected to receive. One of the things that is very important to him is if the back adjuster is cloth and not plastic. This hat has a cloth back adjuster. The stitching is very nice and the color was just as described.

Excellent quality. I ordered 5 hats, one for each member. Even with the covid conditions I received the order quickly. Everyone loved them, thank you.

This company is absolutley terrible! Ordered and paid for product on June 4,2020. Nearly 6 weeks later I've asked for several updates and there using all kinds of excuses. The most recent request for a update on my paid order resulted in a email stating your product has shipped. I've checked the tracking number 4 times over two days and the same result, sorry no information about this tracking number! I don't believe that's it shipped for one second. They created a shipping label and that allows them to intentionally lie to there customers. I will never recommend this company nor ever buy from again.. I will never order another thing of of FB either!

I was delighted with the quality of the product considering the reasonable price. My guys loved the hats. I would buy again from this company. Took a while to receive, but since they were personalized I would guess that that takes longer. Still got in time for Christmas.

ordered a hat , realized they had included the model name hat with the name I ordered. Got it touch immediately ( within 2 minutes) . Could not reach a real person - checked box that I wanted to modify my order - never heard from anyone and yet I got e-mails within 15 minutes urging me to order other things.Would never order again. Also saw another set of reviews that were all negative - what happened to those? Tried to reach website again - said; it had been taken down.

Ordered the mug for my son and the only disappointment was the size was so small for the price. I expected it to be bigger, but in all fairness, I did not look at the dimensions or size which was exactly as advertised. Other than the size, it was great.

Phone cover not as advertised - disgusting green colour - not black. '2 contact us' e-mails ignored so made a 'claim' and requested a refund - refused. Requested they offset cost paid against a higher value garment - refused.Asked them to review decision - they refused.They offer the worst Customer Service I have even experienced and I really would urge you not to engage with them as they have no concern for their customers and their reputation of the company as represented by the quality of their goods. THE WORST EVER
