This is a dress i’ve looked for in a long time

(For English speakers) Do not buy any article from this store. It has the worst shopping experience ever; Delivery time is very long (over a month), Quality is very low (Shein and Temu has better than them) with a return policy that you carry on your own. It is not a store located in Sweden, the store is located in China, which means you pay all custom duties to have this item returned incase you don't want it.

I thought I was ordering from a Dutch company (Merley Amsterdam), but that turned out to be a Swedish company. Ordered and it took three weeks to receive it. The vest looked nothing like the vest I had seen on the website. Sent email with photos, no response received to date. I won't be ordering anything from this again.

DO NOT BUY!!!Its a scam. Cheap Chinese products for high prices and no return policy. After 20 emails to the customerservice for a few weeks now, still no response. Crappy merchandise and no aftersales. This is a scam! The comapny says “danisch design’ NOT TRUE!!!

Smart scammers!They pretend to be Swedish company and ship a fake materials from China and of course you are going to return your purchase, suddenly it cost 70% of the goods because it returned to China.The shipments and return rules are hidden from the website and the registered company as a shipper company not selling goods.*****Stay away*****

Scam. Don´t buy there. The website has nothing to do with reality. This company lives from the returning fee, 500 SEK, to China.Communication impossible. It´s a bot answering the same over and over again. Wish I would have checked on them before ordering.

The person that owns the scam website has had my previous reviews removed from here. He scammed me as well as many others. When he gets enough bad reviews that it affects the amount of people buying, he creates a new website, a new name and starts all over again. This is not the first or second website he has been scamming with over the years. Scam Scam Scam!Pls be aware of this scam website. It's not Swedish merchant but rather a Chinese one. When you order with them, they send cheap quality clothes from China, and if you want to do a return, then you have to ship them yourself to China while of you course you as a buyer pay for the shipping costs that they will be over 500kr.They charge 200kr administrative fees plus 90kr per piece.You will never know about these information before placing the order, but once you contact them after the order, it's too late to do anything about the order, which means you are already screwed by them!

The description of the sweater I ordered said it was soft cashmere. When it arrived it was very poor quality 98% polyester 2%elastine. I am having great difficulty trying to return it - I cannot get the address to return it and dont know if I will even get my money back after I send it back. A very disappointing shopping experience I had assumed it was a Swedish shop and therefore did not bother to read any reviews of it - big mistake!

Very hard and expensive to return basically your better off keeping the stuff than returning. The site was showing a address in Stockholm But when wanted to return Gave an address in China. Poor quality products from China for the price. Dont not waste your money on this thier product. The picture looks good But actuall quality of product is cheap. Its a rip off. Buy products from brands you trust and Can return.

Please STAY AWAY from this website at all costs.Here are a few things about them:- It takes ages to receive your order. At least a month I would say (if they ever send it!).- They ship it from China. So if you want to return your order then it costs ridiculously high (~500 SEK)- There is no human-being answering your email when you email the customer service. It's a robot answering the same thing over and over always saying that the orders are delayed because of high-season sales. That's a lie!

I so wish that I investigated this company before I placed my order, existing reviews etc.It’s chocking that this company still can continue, I really feel stupid…SCAM…..

Very very bad service. Don't order from Merley. They have made the returning of the product too much difficult that you will have to initiate a return by yourself and pay for it too. The replies from customer services are extremely slow, unclear and not helpful at all. Don't order from this store ever.

Easy service, no delivery cost, great

Horrible return policy where you need to pay shipping to china. The website doesnt list material of cloth. I ended up getting a pure polyester tshirt, and its super baggy. Cant even return.

My order is delivered about 200km away from my place. I can't make a changement with DHL, Merley should make this. No answer from Merley, nobody takes the telefon. I wrote about 6 times a E-Mail - no answer. I'm wondering if I will get my money back when the order returns after nobody will pick it up.

Easy to use. Plenty of instructions on sizeing and so on. Reasonable prices. Overall a good experience!Could use more products for men and higher resolution pictures.

The ordered item, a jumper, was absolutely awful. The quality of the material and the size and shape of it was unbelievably bad. The shop should be ashamed of selling such rubbish.

Easy to order, but didn’t like that after order I can have discoint if I order inte more jacket. Is there anyone who buy 2 identical jackets?
