Is mercieruk.co.uk Legit?

I always order my daughters clothes straight from the company rather than stores over here as I find it cheaper , never had an issue always speedy delivery and fantastic quality of clothes they wash lovely . Hoodies are my daughters fave as they are so thick and warm she also loves the vests , shorts and joggers . Constant emails to to tell me where my order is and when it should arrive , sizing is spot on. I really can't fault the company all our orders have been positive with no problems what so ever

Items sent in good time but one of them had a hole in. I emailed Mercier - no reply. I messaged them through Messenger - no reply.Another item was too big - I had used the size guide.Will not use again unless I get some sort of contact from the company.

Where do I start!!!! My item arrived and I ordered xl and they sent xs so I had to pay out of my own pocket to sent the item back even tho it was there fault, then apparently they didn't receive it so wouldn't send me a replacement, because I did send it tracked and I didn't have a tracking reference number, but I sent proof from my bank that I sent it. So here we are £50 down and nothing to show for it, no phone number or manager to speak to "only email" !!! The company is a joke as I stated in my emails it was my 14 year sons birthday money, so I hope they feel happy ripping off a kid!!!

Recently bought a pair of basketball-style shorts for my lad and he was so impressed with them that I ordered him a 2nd pair. The quality and design is excellent, the ease of ordering is great, and, more importantly, I've had personalised emails off Ben. This makes me feel like an important customer. Can highly recommend the Mercier brand. Any chance of plus size for me, please?!!

Again, trying to use the website but it says unresponsive and then crashes out. There was nothing wrong with the previous website, it was easier to navigate. the new website change is just terrible, Sorry mercier but you ruined the experience for me from buying from your website. I love the brand but I can't buy anything again!

My experience with MercierUK been great, after read the reviews of negativity, like waiting to get my refund or package from other customers didn't deter me to make my order. I been informed from the beginning of my order until it come to my door. I already knew Mercier from France I had a advantage to know the products but was my first order in the UK. The quality of the products are extremely great and the communication was on point. Everything went smooth and I was really amazed.

The order was placed very easily, with the company covering the customs fees for delivery within the EU. The products are of very high quality.

Returned immediately as size very narrow. No word from you re refund. I have emailed to be informed once top received. It should be with you by now. 1st time to purchase fromMercier and v disappointed.

I have just recently developed a love affair with this brand. I have ordered online and bought from a local sportswear shop. I have had no issues with the garments. The delivery when purchased online speedy. I'm quite a bit older than the intended audience so I do recommend seeing the clothes in hand so you know what you're getting into. The OG is perfect for my taste and ventured into the tour series. Quality is there and follow the wash instructions. Prices are affordable and there is always a sale rail in foot asylum mk making the garments even more affordable. I really recommend, but if you got gen Z kids, they gonna be jealous if you buying for yourself. Defo worth checking

Ordered twice both times had damaged goods , which paid for shipping and delivery back both times . No sorry no voucher no offer of deliver payment, not very good really when not my fault this happened

Good quality clothing but not much stretch in the fabric. Large top was too small. Next size up wasn’t much bigger. Joggers were about 4 inches too long, and I’m average height. Not worth returning when you have to pay return postage and they don’t offer refunds.

The company doing an amazing job with there brand the jeans I received for my partner was good quality and good material and fits him well on length and waist and true to there sizes I defo order from them again.

the delivery took a little time bc I’m in Germany but the rest was very good the jacket is very warm and good for winter also the patches on the jacket are very good and high quality all in all the clothes are good :)

I ordered 2 crew neck jumpers for my kids on sale, I thought i ordered the crew neck jumpers however on arrival it was apparent I made a slight error and ordered joggers. I returned the joggers and then tried to order the crew neck jumpers but they seem to have been discontinued on the website Mercier have given me a voucher for the returned items however after trying to contact them and explain to them the voucher is not suitable and I am unable to afford other items on the website. I have kindly asked to get a refund,mercier have ignored my email and not replying or willing to support me. Now I am 48 pounds down plus the cost of return I have a voucher which Is useless and I can't use because everything is beyond my financial reach and mercier are repeatedly ignoring my emails.I will never be ordering another mercier product ever.

I never received my item and I've sent emails to provide proof of delivery and still waiting. Order was done on 30 April 2024. Tracking no MP8013465427 clearly shows problems finding address. They delivered late at night which isn't possible in Australia. I have requested a full refund and still I'm waiting. If payment isn't done soon I'll be contacting Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. I will never purchase or recommend your company.
