mercedes.de Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives mercedes.de one of the absolute lowest trust scores on the platform: 5. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Suspicious. Young. Untrustworthy.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 5 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to mercedes.de's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Suspicious. Young. Untrustworthy. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain why in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning mercedes.de, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between mercedes.de and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of mercedes.de. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of mercedes.de, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. mercedes.de is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether mercedes.de has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether mercedes.de boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, mercedes.de.

We were in Bremen at Mercedes-Benz-Bremen.This is a very nice place, everybody was very friendly this monday morning in july.We had a problem with the AddBlue censor on the way home from holyday. Going to Denmark. The problem was found and fixed. Very nice people and proffessional work.Thank you!
Mercedes-Benz is overrated..My Vito tourer 119, I got it brand new from March 2024(1 year leasing option),since March 2024 broke down 7 times. Was in the workshop for 3 times! Black screen, and then after 48 hours it won’t start. Recovery truck brings it to the workshop, did a software reset for this I waited for 4 weeks. With no car(only 3 days mobility car was provided). And 1 week after got the same problem. Until Today it occurred again.-root cause of the problem was not fixed -poor customer service, treated on very low priority, they just don’t care that customer goes through frustration because of a faulty brand new car-Long waiting times-after sales services is not a priority-requesting for schedule takes minimum 4 weeks-email support is not helpful, it’s either ignored or requests/complains are just declinedThey refuse to replace the car as long as it is repairable?! -my family and I bears the inconvenience every time it breaks down, when you need it.. -mercedes-benz just don’t care about it-despite of the re-occurrence, they just treat it on a low priorityIt’s just frustrating..
I was with Mercedes in Flensburg on Tuesday 28.5.24 to get a new front logo for my Mercedes CLA (FL CK 3815). You regretfully did not have it on stock but I could pick it up the day after. I told the sales guy that I had to work in Denmark the next 3 days, then asked, if I could pick it up Saturday 1.6.25. The sales guy said, yes of course and DID NOT mentioned, I had to come before 12 o’clock. I actually was at your shop at 12 o’clock and waited at the spare parts department around 10 min before a guy showed up, just to tell me that everyone at the spare parts department had gone home. I am quite sure that means they went home before 12 o’clock. I expect better service from a company like Mercedes and really disappointed and you probably lost me as a customer now. Anders Kargo Schmidt
Great car...no problems, but mercedes Watford are shocking. Condescending and supercilious.I never had this problem with Daimler/Jaguar dealers. Total jobsworths.
Mercedes customer service in Ireland leaves a lot to be desired. I have a three years old S Class with just 50,000km covered. Some of the internal switches have started to disintegrate (seemingly not that unusual if you search online). Mercedes Ireland don’t want to know and certainly don’t want to help. I also have a couple of BMWs and had a 7 series before the S Class. No way BMW would treat a customer like this.
My experience with EQE SUV has been marred by a significant issue. The soft close door feature, present during the test drive, is conspicuously absent in the vehicle I received even though it is supposed to be fully equipped with all extras. As a result, closing the doors has become a frustrating and disappointing task, often taking multiple attempts, leaving me feeling like I need to slam the door like a Neanderthal on G wagon. This problem has considerably diminished my overall satisfaction with the vehicle. I'm now contemplating selling it and exploring other options, possibly switching to a Porsche. I hope the manufacturer can promptly address this issue by offering an upgrade to install the missing soft close function. This would greatly improve my ownership experience.
Costumer service not even 1 star, for a CarPlay app already 2 weeks email contact nothing happens.
We have purchased new Mercedes E 200, some time ago. We have chose it because of it’s quality, safety and we belived it’s the best brand to buy. Only few months after, computer died..we had to wait one month for a new computer to arrive. Luckily it was still under the warranty. Then, few years later…our car was set on fire by it’s self! Engine just started smoking and burning! ..only few weeks after regular service at Mercedes. And, guess what, only 1,5 month after warranty expired!! Luckily nobody got hurt because we stopped the car on time and estinguished the fire. After several weeks we got official answer from Mercedes Benz Germany that they do not feel moral nor material responsibility for this.. So disapinting for such a big company.. Now, after whole one month, our car is still at the service, we have to pay 10.000€ damage caused by technical error in production of Mercedes Benz, and do I even have to mention that we will never feel safe in that car again. If we decide to sell it everybody will see in its service book it was burning and its vaule will be so much lower.. How to sell such a car to somebody anyway. Plus, I almost forgot this..we were told in their service “it happens…it’s not the first, it’s not the last..”. Few people had literaly the same damage and they all got the same “we don’t give a f*uck” from the producer. Shocking. But one thing is sure, I will do my best that everybody find out about this. Mercedes - NEVER AGAIN! It’s just a very bad car car hiding behind good marketing and it’s earlier glory.
I am very happy with the purchase. I don't know what can be said bad about the car.... In general, I don't really like the large amount of plastic... which for some reason creaks. I'm talking about the GLB model. Visually, everything is beautiful... if you start clicking on the dashboard, it creaks. It's not exactly premium, of course.
Brilliant cars. Every 3 years I buy a new Mercedes and I love it. the GLE is my favorite. And the are very affordable when you use the Elan Posh Strategy - it's like the perpetuum mobile of money generating. I earn 5k - 7k per week from this strategy and it pays of my mortgage and car loans. MERCEDES IS THE BEST!
WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!!!!!! Absolutely Disgraceful and Disgusting service and treatment, bordering on contempt!!!..... Customer Service and Aftersales Service Me Hole…. I have been a customer of Mercedes for over 30 years and have purchased many new cars from them over that period. I always assumed they were professional and honourable in what they did and the products they sold. However, based on my latest purchase, I am sick to the stomach of being fobbed off, ignored and driving rental cars!! I purchased a new Mercedes GLC in June 2023 (£ 68,000 paid in full), had It for 2 days and numerous Fault issue came up. Agnew’s collected it and returned it the following week. A day later, the same issue arose again. Again, car returned and hire car given, this time for several weeks.Over the last couple of months, I have been driving hire cars provided while they have been trying to resolve the issues with my vehicle. I have been fobbed off and told to complain to MB in Maastricht, which I did on several occasions. Again, a brick wall. Can’t comment etc!! Two weeks ago, I was told by their Aftersales team, that they could not resolve the issue and were working to either refund me the money or locate a replacement new vehicle. I had a look myself and could not see any similar spec (AMG Premium Plus) vehicles available in UK, but did notice that the retail price dropped circa £ 3K for the same car in as many months????? At least it was progress.I then received a call this week and was told that “because the fault is not safety related” the car can still be driven and they do not need to replace or offer refund! So, I am stuck with a vehicle that I am confident would not pass an MOT with the fault notification reading in the dashboard and a car I have NO faith in. I have lost all faith in Mercedes, Agnew’s and their team. They are a disgrace and should be ashamed. I do not want to get the same generic reply that they seem to post on all of the terrible reviews (83 in the last 12 months I noticed, just on this platform and they still don’t up their game!!). Agnew’s are already aware of it, the Mercedes HQ in Maastricht are aware of it and clearly don’t give a crap! I am NEVER purchasing a Mercedes or Agnew Group Vehicle and suggest you do the same!
Can't fault the service here, I've just relocated from the UK and they were helpful with all my enquiries and purchase. Thank you
So disappointed with this supposed prestige car company. I have a 2019 e class with 25k on the clock, warranty up last March. Because of COVID the car has hardly been driven however as you can see its gone over the warranty period. I broke down 17 days ago with a major part in the gearbox gone at the cost of £2,177 (they did pay 50%)but even so is it normal for this to happen in what is supposed to be a high class vehicle. I thought the least they could do was take the pandemic into account and, like a lot of other companies allow some leeway because it would have gone inside the warranty if it had not been for COVID. Also taking 17 days to rectify i think is a little excessive. I also have all my servicing done with them.I have lost so much confidence in Mercedes i will be selling asap. UPDATE, I HAVE FOUND THE PART ONLINE, GENUINE MERCEDES £168.00 WHAT A RIP OFF.
4 years ago we bought a Smart ED, an innovative Smart. After 3 years the app that indicated the status of charging, was retired and they published a new one, BUT compatible (they say) only with the new model the SMART EQ. They proposed for only 20.000£ to buy a new Smart EQ and they guaranteed the app working for another 3 years! MercedesBenz are you serious?!?!?!?Never again I will buy Mercedes products...
Have a MB 500 SL AMG sport 61,000Total nightmare whenever get in it yet another red notice on the dashhad a E220 and a E320 bore the E200 was Ok but anyone with flash suspension will just a fortun and not relaible.if goes wrong megga money. My SL500 AMG sport has so many different fault it just not wirth any money at all!!!so Unhappydo not ever by an older Mercedes!!!It wonderful car totally perfecdt but the electronic fault meen no value!!!!
I purchased my Mercedes GLC220d in May 2019 after its manufacture in April 2019.The vehicle has a very bad tyre scrubbing issue when turning on either damp surfaces or gravel. It basically glides forward juddering rather than actually turning which is very off putting. My wife drives the car mainly but we often carry our grandchildren in the vehicle. We have been told it is safe but our concern is that Mercedes UK are refusing to accept responsibility???What poor poor service and customer neglect....I have been advised that it requires All Season tyres as it has left the factory with the incorrect Summer tyres!!!!Hopefully I may get this problem sorted to my satisfaction soon
Excellent vehicle for daily driver. Excellent design and functioning. Excellent handling and performance. Excellent appearance and mileage. Excellent service for finding parts and maintenance.
best company ever it has the best cars and the strongest ones when you turn on the engine you feel the power no one can imagine this until you ride a REAL CAR
IT'S FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!
Hello Everyone , I had a very shocking experience yesterday in Central London. After I parked our car and locked it, we went to have lunch together with our guests from Chicago, USA.. When we returned back.. and wanted to take our camera from the boot (trunk) I was shocked to find out that all our guests' luggage, including passports , money and many other important files and documents, also, my very expensive camera (worth over £ 4.5 k), was stolen without any sign of forcing or visible damages on our car. The police came for investigation and they couldn't believe how easy a car of £ 80,000+ can be controlled over radio frequency. It is a shame for MB !! I called the emergency button on my vehicle but they were not able to anything. Their only advise was to call customer service on Monday... Before I placed the order for this car I was told by MB sale's representative how safe and reliable S Class MB is !! I'll write a lot of reviews, we'll contact all media possible and we'll let all our friends and anyone else in Europe, USA and Canada HOW INSECURE, UNSAFE MB S CLASS IS ! How is that possible that somebody can control our car from outside? I'm not confident anymore to drive such a car or to leave important files, personal or official documents inside of it unsupervised. And then what ? I have to keep them always with me even when grabbing a coffee on the go?! How confident I can be for bringing my car to the dealership ! I'm curious what explanation MB will have for it? I'm curious what position they will adopt now? This is not the type of care that I was assured I'll have and I paid for. Definitely not !!! Please do not relay on Mercedes Benz, avoid the fair. Avoid to have your identity stolen. Avoid to become the easy target of hackers!! In my next reviews I'll let you know their position... for now all of us, we are in shock! John C......... Coming back after I called 5 times @ different departments of Mrcedes benz (UK, Germany..) I just can say this; THEY ARE VERY UNHELPFUL IN EVERY ASPECT !! YOU CANNOT RELAY ON THEIR SERVICES EVEN THE CAR IS IN WARRANTY ! They don't care about their customers even paying over 100,000 euros for S Class !!I was thinking (just months ago) tO by an SUV from MB, Ohhhh, NO ANYMORE !! Mercedes is not anymore up there. I'll post videos and reviews with other many issues and really bad experiences we had in just 2 yrs.. they will lose more then they would pay for paying attention to their customers ! MB = rubbish/bed experiences/unreliable dealership etc.............. sending an email to them........ they don't care !!! ........."Thank you for your email..I didn't received the answer I was looking for, asking how safe the car is now, knowing that the locking system was compromised ? It was a possible that the codes to be copied while the car was in one of MB dealer etc or what is happening then ? How was that possible the car to be unlocked and very valuable goods to stolen from the boot?Buying and waiting 6 mo for this car to be delivered to me with all extras ordered, I was under impression I'll own the best car in the world, but not the case! In terms of safety is a joke! However I have a very good reason to inform people to be aware buying a Mercedes car !I'm so disappointed about your" prestigious/luxury" car and of course I'm really thinking to sell this it and never return back to Mercedes Benz as a customer ! Traveling around the world, visiting communities, conferences etc I'll "talk" about these experience of course.. I intend to contact few journalists/magazines from different countries and spread the truth ! I'm looking to inform the others D Benz direct competitors as BMW, Jaguar, Bentley, Audi, Lexus etc and tell them the our story. Nice topic of course! Daimler, there are many people saying that you are not deserving our respect anymore! Changing informations with our friends from USA/Canada is unbelievable what mercedes means today in terms of their product quality and safety!! I'm not alone! In ~ 2 yrs time I had already so many bad experiences with your product that's why I cannot be silent anymore...As you said in the email bellow; "OurHead Office, Daimler AG are not currently aware of any technology that can override the locking and security systems (by means of software tampering), providing that the cars components are not physically connected to, replaced or altered in anyway from the time of manufacture..." .. Certainly Daimler AG deserve to be "awarded" for their unclear "office" explanation ?! MB doesn't know that the locking system of mercedes cars can be easy broken by hackers ?! Really they don't know that ?! Whaaat a shame! I spoke at least with 8-10 people from MB so far and no one can explain what is going on, how is it that possible the car to be opened from exterior by other people using electronic devices ? Much better to say that; "Daimler AG is not interested in anyway how this is happening to their prestigious cars, therefore NO action/investigation is necessary to be rises up to protect their product/investments and credibility" ! Interesting ! Maybe they don't care about their customers anymore, no problem I'll not be tired to use media in any way to inform inocence people what DB/MB means. . . and this will continuing for many years .. long, long story.Very unhappy customerIC"

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data from over 270 data brokers, both public and private ones.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
