PHONY WEBSITE DO NOT ORDER FROM MEOWAISH.COM . I spent $40 on bathing suit I never received. It's now been over 3 months and still nothing received or resolved. I've contacted support team multiple times and they did nothing to help me find my package . You can only contact through email. All I got was repeated emails saying that "my Package was on its way " . Nope. Never came. I hope you guys needed that $40. VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY. And the worst part is I'm out a very cute bathing suit I ordered and $40 of my money. Thanks for NOTHING.

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased an item from this company in Nov 2019. Still not arrived in March following emails being sent suggesting I remain patient.They offered store credit only after admitting the item has been lost in transit.Thankfully resolved issue through PayPal and received refund.

ordered an xmas present for my wife on 7th December - but by xmas eve it still hadn't even dispatched :-( when I contacted them to ask when it would actually be sent they replied saying they had already refunded me (I hadn't actually asked for a refund?!) however a week later and I still haven't received any refund. terrible customer service!EDIT: eventually received product over a month and a half after having ordered (and paid!) for it and then only after much chasing and complaining.

Here is their business model: take your money and then drop-ship from China. It will take over a month to get your item, *IF* you ever get it. Then, they lie to you: "Due to the technical difficulties of the shipping service, Order placed by (20th January - 8th February) has been rescheduled again. Therefore you might experience up to 5 to 14 days delay from your normal shipping time for some of your item!" Their "address" is just a mail forwarder in rural Texas.Avoid these scammers!

Bought earings , poor quality , retd to USA , company send various Emails in poor English asking when and how sent , answered every email , they then stop replying, keeping Earings that were returned and not issuing refund . ONE TO AVOID . !!!!!

Don't touch with a barge pole. !! Ordered the sweatshirt. Sizing poor, material cheap, organized to return for a refund which they said i could have, spent another £10 to return tracked and signed and low and behold no refund and how they have stopped communicating surprise surprise. Don't waste your money whatever you do don't buy from these people.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering 'cute' merchandise. I have experienced every bad practice in these comments: stalling with fake responses, lying to me, fake tracking numbers, wrong sized merchandise. I did not receive part of the order but since I judiciously paid thru PayPal, trust I will eventually get refunded. I HATE FACEBOOK THIEVES !!!

Trash items drop-shipped from China.... Which wouldn't be terrible if the products actually looked like the marketing photo. I gambled buying a pair of cut little cat earrings for my gf. The item took WEEKS to arrive and when it did, the item was absolute trash. Elementary school kids could have made better looking jewelry. And even worse - the 2 earrings didn't even look the same! The style was completely different and ugly to boot. Absolute waste of money. Don't think you'll get a refund or exchange.

The WORST EXPERIENCE of internet shopping so far. Why? My order has never been delivered!! I ordered on 17th of November, now it’s the 20th of April and they keep telling me they can’t refund the money but can reship the order via express - which they already told me in February but nothing arrived! It’s a total f***-up, never ever buy from them, seriously!

I ordered a XL (US M) T-shirt per the sizing on their website (no other sizing offered). The T-shirt I receive is a US XL. The company refuses to process the return although their sizing is incorrect and they have this statement in their website “ If you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolute ZERO risk in buying something and trying it out. If you don't like it, no hard feelings we'll make it right.”All they offer to make things right is a 10% off on the next purchase.

Not interested in customer service - i got my cat earrings but not all of them, a piece missing. Rather than mail me the missing part they refused and tried to insist on store credit. I paid through Paypal so i thought I was covered but Paypal insisted i paid for return shipping for the item which when checking postage costs made it pointless to get refunded.Avoid purchasing from AishLLC who were the holding company.

ordered beginning of January the earrings... February I wrote a e-mail and I got a non existing Track & Trace number. Few days ago I asked again about them and today they apologised and would have a credit voucher at their store, even if the earrings would still arrive.Glad I haven't spent more...

I was quite concerned when I saw the reviews here. I didn't buy sized items of clothing. Earrings and ring were as advertised, arrived in under three weeks well packaged. Tracking numbers were genuine, I have no complaints. Sorry for those who report bad experiences. I can only say as I have found. Perhaps feedback was taken on board...Always covered with a credit card via Paypal. As for those who have said I am a fake reviewer, I have read their remarks. I had no problems and am going to review as I find.

Below is my review from a few days ago however my goods have recently arrived so the company are real just not the quickest. This company have taken my payment for an order in the first half of December. About 6 weeks later still no sign of my goods. So far no response from the company either so unless there has been a misunderstanding I'm inclined to believe the company is fake.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Their customer service is horrific and they refused to refund me and are now ignoring me after they said I would be provided with a tracking number, which I haven't been given.They originally said my order had been dispatched, so couldn't give me a refund, but after nearly 2 weeks of arguing with them, I received an email saying my order had been dispatched. They are con artists and lairs, and not very good ones at that! Avoid as much as possible!!!!

So I bought the overpriced sweater, but I was like fine it’s an Internet company. They arrived around 2 weeks after I ordered. They were terrible quality and the tags said they were different sizes but fit exactly he same on me, given I’m a 6ft male weighing 160, but they fit the same and were bad quality nonetheless. Don’t buy from here unless you’re tiny. I also had to spam their email to demand a refund. After about a month of fighting I finally got it, a half refund. Don’t buy futon here.

I also ordered a sweater in size M and it arrived in size L (according to the label) but was more of a XS. Way too small. Also made out of very thin and cheap feeling fabric. Definitely not worth its already discounted price. Judging by the other reviews here I won't bother to get a refund. Lesson learned.

AVOID! Ordered in november, never got it (it is now March). Despite numerous emails and Facebook messages, not even 1 has been answered. Then, on Facebook, there was the same sponsored article again that I paid for and never got : I chose the "mad" smiley and posted an angry message that I never got my order. This was removed, my 'mad' smiley was changed to a positive smiley (did not know that is possible!) and after that, they blocked me so I can't reply anymore!! What more do you need to understand that these are SCAMMERS!

Ordered a t-shirt and a pair of earrings in November as a Christmas gift. 6 weeks later (after Christmas) the t-shirt comes through in a bigger size, no earrings. After a few weeks waiting for their support to reply they say this are actually Chinese sizes that's why they are larger but they should fit?!?! Also the earrings were dispatched on a separate parcel ?!?!?Asked for refund but they'll only do it if I send the wrong size t-shirt back on my expense as for the earrings, they will give me store credit?!?!?!Fast-forward to March, after opening a chargeback order with my bank, they have declined that too sending an invoice copy as proof, need to say more???They're registered in Cork, Ireland but of course they ship from China.Don't get fooled by nice online pictures people, these are proper SCAMMERS!!!
