This course was challenging, enlightening and full of science/evidence-based information that will help me become a better athlete & possibly one day, a trainer. This course hit the sweet spot for someone with no prior exercise science education but a boatload of strength & fitness training--just enough science to challenge you, yet presented in an easy to understand way. I've already seen improvements with the tips & knowledge I've gained!

Followed this course mainly for myself because I am a fitness enthousiast. The topics were very interesting, most of my questions were answered in an understandable way. There is also live contact to answer any remaining questions. Only downside is listening to fitness related podcasts is less fun as you know most of the answers already.

I appreciate that the course was evidence-based, and is regularly updated with the latest high-quality research. I have a PhD in an unrelated field, and I acknowledge and respect when recommendations are made based on the best available evidence, with caveats for what we don't know yet or based on the relative quality of the existing evidence. The pacing was excellent. Although I faced some setbacks due to family emergencies, I was always eager to begin the next lesson.

This course is a goldmine!No need to be a PT to take it, if you want to gain more knowledge on nutrition and training part, just go for it. Everything is well explained and detailed and most importantly, each fact is back up by studies!

I'm happy I took that course. It's really evidence-based, very well logically structured, and so much better than standard PT certifications like NASM. I also liked the grading system. The exam is not overwhelmingly stressful, and thoughtfully designed to test your ability to use the information from the course, not just memorizing things.

There's a lot of confusion and misconceptions in fitness world. All these theories only made me sceptic and uncertain about all I read and heard. I picked this course because I hoped it will help me to filter all this nonsense and I'm not disappointed. I highly recommend it to anyone who values evidence based approach (with the pinch of humour :)). Also a big plus for kind and helpful customer service!

This PT course is very professional, evidenced based and packed with the latest up to date information regarding nutrition, training and more. It is delivered by easy-to-read PDFs and online lectures. I am confident I can design a nutrition and training plan for any client. The live Q&As were very helpful. Amazing course.

Even if you think you know enough, you have a lot of experience, this course will still teach you a lot. You will start to scientifically use the experience you already have. It will give you a system. This course - must have, even if you already have a coaching certificate.If you don't have the experience and knowledge, this will build a good base and scientific understanding of fitness.The course is very extensive. But in the comments to each topic, Menno and his team answer all questions and help you understand. Menno's PT course gives you a profound fitness education based on science. You will be provided with everything you need (and even more) to know about nutrition and training. The course requires time and commitment but it is worth completing. Totally recommend!

The course is great in equipping you with the tools and knowledge to a be a great personal trainer, or if you just want to learn for your own training. Menno and his team are very quick in answering questions you might have in every chapter. The pacing of the course is also great in squeezing into one's schedule. I highly recommend.

The very structure of the course makes you focus on the details as much as possible.The one who doesn't take advantage of the course really misses out a lot. I took this course because I was wildly dissatisfied with the average level of PTs I encountered during my life. The only knowledgeable conversation partner for gym-related topics I had was a good friend of mine who also happens to be a Henselmans certified PT. Well, if you want something done, do it yourself. I didn't think twice before enrolling in this course. And this course really DELIVERS. After these 10 months I train differently, eat differently, look differently and think differently. The level of information provided is simply off the charts.

Ive been training powerlifting for 12+ years and also competed and won. I literally train with one of the best coaches and have trained with great world class coaches. The knowledge you will gain from this course is really mind boggling. As every week went by, I realized how little I actually knew and had so many things I believed that had no actual basis and to see the science behind it is crazy. Lastly I love how Prof. Menno Henselmans is very unbiased when it comes to powerlifting or bodybuilding. He literally just states facts and you do with it as you wish. I don’t even know if I passed just yet, and I’m raving about the course, so just imagine you’re missing out on.

Epic course! Have been a PT for over 10 years, but this course blew me away with the detailed scientific research and application techniques. Fun fact: loads of crap we see on IG is bs and that opens your eyes. I recommend to open the pandoras box (this course) to see the truth!

I have never worked as a trainer, but undoubtedly, after the course I have all the necessary knowledge to become one. I am very glad that I chose this course to start, bypassing "bro-theories" and skipping a bunch of myths regarding nutrition and training.

Most informative course on the market, hands down. Menno has always been there to answer your question, not immediately of course, but sooner rather than later he answers. It's good that the material is easy to reach (it's 2 facebook clicks away) and even better, you can save it on your computer! Things are relatively easy to understand, because Menno and his team have made it that way and therefore it's easy for the reader to fathom the information and they apply it.Thanks Menno!

The course met all my expectations and then some. I think I could go through it another 10 times and still pick up new ideas and insights that I can apply to my own training. The fact it is evidence-based is a big deal. It gave me confidence to follow through on the recommendations and helped me gain clarity around the BS circulating through the health & fitness industry. Big highlights for me were the adherence module, stretching (which opened me up to a whole new paradigm), discovering KAATSU and the injury management chapter - I'm now rehabbing an overuse injury I've had for more than a decade.
