When i order my hoodie “ All my Hero’s have FBI Files” a small size came by accident i immediately contacted customer service. Less than 24 hours I was contact by a live person. I explained what happened. I was told to keep the small and a 2 xl would be shipped out in a couple to days. I received my hoodie, the colors are beautiful. The images was clear. The material was soft. I love my hoodie. I wore it in the February 29th. The last day of black history month. I can’t wait to order again.

Melaninful.com is a Vietnamese Chinese Owned company using a fake california number and adress.You can look up the trademark on uspto. That's what I did! It said Vietnamese.A picture of the trademark is on Pinterest. copy and past this in the Pinterest search bar "Melaninful.com a Vietnamese Chinese Owner company"This is Highly disappointing being they sell all African and African America Pride Clothing and posing as Black Owned!!

The Black Cartoons 2 hoodie features images from 25+ years ago. Each time the item has been worn, it led to nostalgic conversation with a stranger. Sizing is unisex. Read the measurements prior to ordering to make sure that you purchase the right size. The hoodie is not typical sweatshirt fleece. However, the quality is decent. Supply chain impacts of the pandemic may require a little patience with regard to delivery. However, it will be worth the wait. A little cultural reminiscing can be fun.

The Black Jesus T-Shirt I received from Melaninful is absolutely> I would urge all who believe there is a need for more racial and gender diversity from the church to buy one and wear it to church whether one goes to a majority Black church or a majority white one.Jesus loves everyone equally. I will be ordering more of the shirts for my committee members and I await with hope that y'all will create a t-shirt with pictures of the six U.S. African American candidates for sainthood soon, yes, very soon.Peace.

I had a good experience with this company. The merchandise that I purchased came within the time I was promised and it looked exactly like the product on the site. I can honestly say that there was lot of work implemented into making this site viable. I will be back purchasing soon,there are so many shirts,hoodies,& other items that grab my attention. They even gave me the product tracking in advance, I sent in images believing the item was not at the airport. However, that was just me being hasty while the item was in transit. This company won me over as a permanent customer and I will be ordering from them again really soon. I made the mistake of not paying attention to their size chart and ordered a size large because that's what i typically wear in shirt sizes. When the sweat shirt arrived it was a little too big for my liking. The large was great in quality and I loved the shirt so much in person I ordered it again, this time in medium. I still contacted the company to let them know about the size, guessing they would offer a discount the next time I ordered. To my surprise they emailed me back and offered to replace the shirt with the proper size even though that wasn't their policy! I emailed letting them know I had already bought the shirt again in the proper size and within minutes I was notified my new order would be refunded but still sent out. A few minutes after that, I was notified that my refund had been processed. I really appreciate great customer service. I'm going back on the site to see what I'm going to order next!

From the wide variety and right pricing this site makes BLACK PRIDE a daily practice. Tashard and Zari and chocolate cake done right. They responded quickly and corrected any problem or silly questions that cross my mind. I LOVE them. They are clothing gods. Must have all day long. The love is real. I placed an order with a size large for a bottom and a size small for a top. It was an accident I didn’t catch. However Melaninful did and sent an email to confirm what I really wanted. That save me from disappointment and the hassle of a return and exchange, and the possibility of my item being sold out. That’s true customer service and I am really grateful!

The shirt is as advertised... True to size. I am very pleased with the product, the delivery time, and Melaninful customers care.The order was shipped in a timely manner, and I was able to successfully track my purchase through the shipping process. SCAMMER ALERT. This company is a fraud. They’re also deceiving people into believing this is a Black owned company based out of Detroit when in fact this is a China based company. Sad they are exploiting off the African American culture. Blacks dollars are the most powerful and here we are being scammed by another country over our stolen culture. It’s been over a month since I ordered an item their website said I would get in time for Mother's Day. No package has been received only an invalid tracking number that still shows has not been taking to delivery company. Their response like so many other scammers is using the world pandemic as an excuse for you being slow to receive. BUYER BEWARE.

I believe this company is a fraud. I ordered a hooded dress with African print. I received a large round neck shirt, no hood and it is not a dress. In emailing Tashard, she is the person corresponding from the Melaninful customer support email address. she tells me I cannot return the item. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and whoever else I can, hopefully to resolve this.MAO

I appreciate the quality of the merchandise that I can purchase with this brand. Not to mention the excellent customer service I have received. I'm also very satisfied with the shipping time you really get your orders fast. I had a order I placed for a legging two piece outfit. The top ran a little small so what they did was send me another size, free of cost and they let me keep what I had, Now that's unheard of so when I say the customer service is excellent, the customer service is excellent! I ordered something on 4/11 and i understand there are shipping delays due to Covid but i still haven't received my item and i ordered it for mothers day which has come and gone now. I had to tell me mom she had no gift i honestly just want my money as this point. I will never purchase anything else. They say notify them if you have not received your item within 28 which is crazy in itself but i did 2 days ago still no response.
