Betrayal shop. Very bad customer service, very late shipping (10 days after delivery date )and tricky email, marked as sent and it was only registered to get the shipping number but the items were sent a few days after and on top of that the engraving is awful and cheap. I would absolutely not recommend this shop at all.

I sent a request for a status on my order and an auto reply 6 days later said I would get a response in 48 hours. Well that response didn't come until another 6 days later stating that it may be another 4-7 business days before I receive my order. So now I'm looking at not receiving my order before Christmas despite the order being placed on 6 Dec. I understand it is the holiday season, but almost 3 weeks is a little bit too much. I might as well had bought the gift from the US which would have taken just as long.

Everything went perfect. Delivery was on time and the quality of the necklace is also good.

Beautiful chain but the letter i wasn’t clear enough and some parts have started discoloring before I even started wearing the chain

It's the second time I purchase on Meinekette.de and this last time, especially, the quality didn't meet my expectations... different to what necklaces look like on the website, once received in my hands products look a bit cheap in reality… And the necklace I purchased as a gift to my cousin had scratches on the pendant… Another thing is that necklaces' chains are so short... this kind of products are not worth paying 50 to 60 euros. I hope that some kind of reimbursement can be granted given the defects?
