The alternatives they offer are to send the ones they already have and then send the missing one, but I must pay the shipping cost (as if it were my fault for the delay) or wait 2 months and have them send me everything together.The way they treat customers is embarrassing. They charge very expensive and make you wait as if our time was not worth it. They go from bad to worse.

The parts appeared to be OEM Yamaha, none available in Oz. Was easy to find the correct gasket and confirm. Will be using Megazip again for my Yamaha parts and have recommended friends to them.

As always, the order arrived on time. The invoicing caused some challenges for the import as I had paid in USD but the invoice was presented in JPY for some reason. Unusually, the parts were not delivered in OEM packaging which made me wonder if they were really OEM. The Yamaha parts I ordered arrived in packaging that appears to be genuine Yamaha packaging. I have no reason to think they are not genuine. The parts look good, fit well and arrived on time and were less than 1/2 the cost I could get them in Canada or the US. I was kept informed as to the status of my order.
