Is megabonanza.com Legit?

From my perspective, Mega Bonanza is excellent. I’ve never experienced any major lag or loading issues, the site is easy to navigate, the games are displayed in various categories: For You, Popular Games, Hold & Win, etc. It also has a “Providers” carousel, which lets you filter games by developer. But by far my favorite thing is that when you click a game, Mega Bonanza opens a page dedicated to the game’s details. It also shows the minimum spin in GC and SC and the maximum spin in both currencies. There’s also a volatility rating, which is nice for players who seek out specific volatilities in their games, this is something a lot of other ones do not have! Overall I would def recommend!

They will NOT redeem your money. After 7 different conversations with different support staff that sounded very similar in tone and writing style, I was forced to dispute the charges. As other comments have said, they will claim they are having some imaginary "relevant" team look into why your redeem is not processing. This is a fluke and a means for them to delay time until you can no longer dispute the transaction with your credit card company. They try to string you along and act as if though they are being forthright with you and nothing gets accomplished. Watch Out!!!!!!

All the games are fun and you win no issues with redeeming gift cards but when trying to redeem cash the process take a long time sent off on dec 9th and still have not received my redemption today is the 20th

Thank you for 20 SC and response, but only proved that no games are hitting and wasn't able to see how fast you are paying redemptions. So I will deposit money on other casinos where I had more luck and never had issues with redemptions.

Would have given 5 stars if i didn't have to jump through hoops for over a month to recive my redemption because i absolutely love the selection of games on here and they pay very good when spinning on low amounts vs other systems. If they get that issue fixed, this could be one of the best sites out there. I'll give them another shot and see how it goes.

Update after locking my account because of an inquiry, was in a bonus game got 3 bonus symbols which was suppose to retrigger and add more bonus spins, of course they say nothing but lock my account, after SEVERAL attempts to get them to unlock so I could use my last 22$ up, they now say I have multiple accounts. Which i have 1 with my email.
