MDP Funding is an excellent prop firm. They have everything you would require from a prop firm. Swift payouts, friendlly and low wait times when it comes to the support. Their spreads have been nothing but good during news events, I am yet to experience slippage or any form of manipulation. Everything has been a positive so far with MDP Funding. I would definitely recommend a sign up if they continue treating their clients like this.

Honestly ive had a awful experience so far. I've been chasing my payout since 3-4 weeks and still nothing.And they officially timed me out on their discord for repeatedly asking them when ill receive my pay out on support ticket . This is frustrating. Honestly horrible firm! They advertise a 7-10 days payout however has been 3x that expected date and still nothing.

I have had to create support tickets a couple of times through their Discord channel. I have received timely answers and resolution to the issues. I can't speak for the payout yet as I haven't reached that point. Hoping all goes just as smoothly with that!!There have been some real growing pains and delays in receiving credentials, but as mentioned, support has been efficient with resolving the issues. Overall a good experience so far...

Guys don’t use this scam company called MDP Funding! I passed my challenge and got funded, and when I requested a withdrawal they stopped replying my mail. I contacted them via Instagram DM and they ignored too…lmao I then decided to contact them on Instagram via their post comment section and they blocked me. I repeat RUN AWAY FROM MDP FUNDING.

MDP support has been really great to work with on getting my issues resolved in a timely manner. They consistently stayed with my ticket until we had a clear resolution even when the solution may not have been an easy one. I'd give them a 9 out of 10 and know once they get their UI dashboard and user docs/FAQ's published I'd give them a 10.

I had an issue where my Phase 1 challenge was passed but I had not received my Phase 2 credentials via email. I went onto MDP Funding's Discord channel and within just a few minutes, I had an email with my Phase 2 trading room credentials. Fast professional support! It doesn't get any better!

Mdp funding is not paying out, not keeping agreements, but worse than this is they're not responding. Made 5k in profits, put in for withdrawal and zero response. The also owe me 500 on referral commissions and a promised refund of challenge fees due to screw ups while taking their challenges. This has been going on for three months with zero response from customer support. They are a scam company.

MDP's customer support team is very good. Professional, fast and most importantly, patient and friendly. I had a few issues with my withdrawal not going through, opened a support ticket and got my withdrawal pushed to be processed and sent to my Deel account in the same day. Customer support tried their best to make sure I'm satisfied and happy with MDP Funding's services. This for me makes it one of the best prop firms out there.

Can’t give less than 1 star, no money will ever be received by this company. Atrocious service on discord. System made a glitch by closing the account and when account for they used another trade id to use against and breach the account. When discussing they then close the ticket and ban you from replying or speak in general chat on discord. Don’t ever go near this company unless you want money lost

I have to say despite the negative comments seen online I have had a good experience so far. Passed Phase 1, then was given credentials for Phase 2. Eventually passed Phase 2 and contacted them on Discord for credentials for Funded account. Received those by email within one hour. Have not had to withdraw yet, so will update when and if necessary.

Asked for a withdrawal on profits made on the 18th of August, and not heard a thing since have also emailed numerous times with no reply, the funny thing is we run a group with 1.6million inside, so guess who is going to be now made aware of this BS company, watch your ratings fall from the sky.

Due to their recent growth my team and I have had our fair share of technical challenges getting onboarded however I have to give their support team an A+ when it comes to resolving every one of our issues in a very timely manner. Their support through their discord group has been easy to use and their support team is friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend!

On the whole I am very happy with MDP so far.Whilst there have been teething issues due to growing pains, I have always been able to get through to support and get the help I need which has resolved the issues I've experienced. I am looking forward to receiving my first payout soon.

Instant ban for exposing y'all on discord? Come on, just come up with something to actually defend your reputations. We've lost thousands of dollars, we do not want others to fall into the same trap as we did. South africans scammers.

Purchased and received my account credentials instantly. I passed the challenge in the first week without issues I got my live account. I traded for the first month and then requested a withdrawal. Waited 2 weeks and got my payout. Room for improvement but MDP Funding is on the right track.

Yes, MDP is going thru some growing pains as I write this, but if you use the “discord service ticket “as instructed, you should see great results. This is the experience I have had, as well as more than a half a dozen other members of the group I belong to.

I see they are still sucking people in. Just notice that everyone speaking well of MDP are on their first payout; I was them once. They’re a nasty accident waiting to happen AVOID. Novafunding give the same benefits and are much more ethical. And payout literally 10x quicker do your research.

So far only good to say about MDP. I have contacted support several times for issues I have had and always a quick and good respons with an attitude of be at good service for me as a client.I know they have not been around for so long and have growth pain. They have made several updates and put a lot of effort to get a better customer experience. So far all good from my point of view. Not yet any withdrawals so I will have to update my review as soon as I have ticked of that box as well.
