Is maximomoto.co.uk Legit?

Purchased bike boots, but struggled with fitting. Decided to return, was told I'd have to pay for return as per policy, I pointed out about free returns on the add. No apology, I've had to contact them again as still not received the refund, poor customer service.#22747 Order number Further Information Now opened a case with PayPal

Left this review for a few days so I could actually try these boots out. Got to say they are my go to boots now. Comfy and waterproof (so far !). We're initially a little stiff but have put some dubbing on to soften them and they are great now. Would recommend.

Quick delivery and an excellent value product. Tried them on but ridden with them yet. They feel very comfortable and look like quality.

Wrong size was ordered. No problem sending back and correct size arrived very quickly.

I ordered a jacket and tracked it to my local Royal Mail sorting office for awaiting delivery. There it stayed for 5 days went on the Royal Mail website and it’s now made its way to Scotland when my order clearly gives my address. After umpteen emails still no sign of the jacket. As for customer service there isn’t one. Totally been scammed keep away from them DO NOT USE

I ordered a pair of boots but unfortunately when they arrived they weren’t comfortable. I emailed the company and although they were happy for me to return them I decided to visit the shop instead for an exchange. When I arrived I was able to try all the boots and I was able to swap them for another brand which luckily were the same price.Whilst there I purchased a pair of gloves and Kevlar jeans as they were good quality and very reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and didn’t mind that I tried various sizes and designs of the items until I was happy with them. I have recommended this shop to my motorcycling friends and we will be visiting soon.

After Royal Mail lost my first parcel Maximoto sorted out and resent my order straight away.Great response on customer service.

I have not received the items yet. I have received a response from Maximoto, but it wasn’t particularly satisfactory. I am sure it will be resolved, but I cannot give a positive review until it is ! Items now received, and are good. Comms were better following the review, ultimately poor Royal Mail service reflects the overall purchase in this instance.

I ordered a new jacket in the sale. I had an e-mail stating the jacket I ordered was out of stock and to rechose which I did and was delivered within three days. Very happy with the service, and the experience.The jacket fits very well and looks good, time will tell this winter.

Brilliant choice of items and amazing pricing. Quick delivery too. Unfortunately the jeans are too big, even though I used their size guide but the return process is so simple, so I have already returned the item that doesn't fit and ordered a replacement pair.

I have bought a few products from Maximo moto uk the most recent being a pair of motorcycle boots. They where delivered quickly and the quality was A+. I would recommend their products for comfort, quality and price.

I have bought 3 items from maximoto first was a armoured hood turned up and was faulty sent it back they sent out a new one fitted perfectly. Bought a pair of touring boots used them across France germany Belgium and they are still going strong very comfortable. And finally I bought a full set of leathers fits perfectly I think some people's problems with fitting is that they think they are slimmer than the realy are.

Bike boots came as described very quickly and they fit lovely im usually a 9 but would recommend up one size and for myself perfect..... Highly recommend for a good deal as quality and good price is a must for myself....

Having seen various ads for Maximo Moto i decided to take the plunge and ordered 3 sets of Bela boots in differing styles for myself and a friend.Easy online journey backed up by confirmation emails and tracking advice before the items were promptly delivered.Very happy with the fit and quality of all 3 pairs and would happily use again!

Wide range of motorbike gear just purchased a full waterproof setup with boots! Good quality gear and price very happy with my purchase. They are very helpful getting different colour schemes out and laying them out for me I took about 50 mins to make a decision and they didn't have a problem at all will visit again
