Is mavenaircare.com Legit?

My wife and I hired Maven Air Care to clean our vents after replacing our roof. While the service was on the expensive side, we were willing to pay for peace of mind. Unfortunately, the experience has been anything but that.During the cleaning, they ripped up our ducting, causing significant damage. Since then, we’ve made multiple calls and sent messages asking them to come out and at least look at the issue, but we’ve been completely ignored.To understand the extent of the damage, we had three other reputable companies inspect our system, and all of them estimated the repairs to cost between $2,500–$3,000.It’s incredibly disappointing to have to write this review. Had Maven Air Care been willing to work with us, I believe we could have found a solution. Instead, we’ve been left with damaged ductwork, ignored messages, and a hefty repair bill. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

When it came time to turn on A/C one of my ducts would not blow air. I contacted the company numerous times and they never contacted me. I filed a complaint with BBB, which they disputed instead of trying to work it out with their customer. I would not recommend this company as they do not honor any warranty of their work. I have waited all this time hoping that they would provide good customer service. They have not.12/16 UPDATE:Thanks Trustpilot!It's amazing how a review will get a company's attention (below). Their response, however, is insulting. On my receipt I was given an email address that I could contact for any warranty issues. I sent multiple emails over a 1 month period with no reply (maybe they don't like to put things in writing?). I have no record of any texts or phone calls from this company. You would think that if there was no response maybe verifying the number or trying a different (email) contact method? I also put a review on their facebook page which the took down immediately after my post instead of reaching out to me.What is interesting is that I was finally contacted by the technician 12/8 by text (so they DID have the right number) to schedule. And this response of theirs just came 12/16. So obviously one hand has no idea what the other is doing. It is sad that after emails, voice mails, Facebook posts, and reviews over an 8 month period, they finally contacted me. But thanks to Trustpilot they will come out this week and address my issues. I will update this review then.

We had jason king and another gentleman come today to clean our air ducts. we have never had this done at any house we have owned. jason was timely and professional with his communication. he was punctual. they were neat and very considerate polite and pleasant. they took their work very seriously, explaining things. they could see my mom is elderly and went above and beyond to make thing easy to work around her. my husband and i were both thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and especially their kindness

The techs, Josh and Isaiah were prompt, courteous and professional. They were very knowledgeable and helped me to select the services needed for our household. due to my wife's allergies and sensitivity to dust, we purchased a complete package that included air duct cleaning, HVAC system fogging and the UV lights for prevention. AAA+++ service

We were refferred to Maven Air Care by three different people as being the best/ having great service.(plus, we've seen their trucks all over.) just had the best service from anthony and josh! they were quick, thorough, extremely courteous and did an amazing job cleaning our ducts. They were very conscientious about cleanliness and cleaning up everything. Very informative and showed us the results. I would highly recommend Maven Air Cafe for air duct cleaning, and especially anthony and josh as a team! thanks guys!

This is a terrible company. Inexperienced technicians who will damage your furnace by spraying chemicals on the control board. Technician damaged two furnaces that did not work immediately after spraying chemicals on the control boards.They also use a discount UV light that is of no value. Did not even clean all vents/returns as they had other appointments.Company claims it wants to ensure satisfaction yet will not answer calls or texts. Nor return calls. Avoid at all costs. Do not let them touch your furnace.

Service and staff were excellent from my first call, for a service quote, till the guys left our home. very professional ! ! a refreshing change from so many other companies out there these days. thank you jason and kevin for doing such a great job ! ! i would recommend them without hesitation to anyone in need of duct cleaning. thank again Maven Air Care.

Anthony & Even came in with great attitudes and friendly personalities. they were quick and proficient. my youngest ended up coming into the room, and they were so patient with her. they even let me show her what they were doing and didn't get annoyed at all. they kept me informed the whole time. they also cleaned everything up very nicely, even unplugging outlet covers and putting them right back when they were done. i would 100% recommend them to any business or home :)

Anthony and Clinton did an amazing job. they were on time and very professional. i hired them to clean and seal our ducts. prior to their service, the air leakage was around 49%. after they performed the service, the leakage was down to just 1% i'm already experiencing the benefits-no more hot and cold spots in the house. i'm very impressed with Maven Air Care and would highly recommend their service to inspect, clean, and seal air ducts. it's definitely worth the price

Used Maven Air care for our air duct cleaning and had an excellent experience from booking to working with anthony and josh. they were efficient, clean, thorough, and went above and beyond to help us get the right air filter for our newly clean ducts as well!

We contacted Maven Air Care for air duct cleaning. anthony and evan were punctual, professional and courteous. antony answered all the questions I had and was informative. evan was friendly and helpful. the company told me it would take 2-3 hours and these guys were set up and done in about 2. we could breath better because of the service and would recommend Maven Air Care and anthony and evan to anyone who's never had this service done

I just love Maven Air Care! let me tell you why i am happy with the exceptional service that i received from the work that was done. ryan spearheaded everything from the beginning and was so professional, kind, and very thorough when he explained all of the work that would be performed at my home. mark was always so pleasant and informative when scheduling appointments. anthony and evan did an excellent job when cleaning the air ducts and insulation. i was reassured of their work with pictures once the work was completed. i thank EVERYONE for the great service i received! i have and will continue to recommend Maven Air Care to all my friends and family

This company was referred to us for duct cleaning as we recently moved into this home. anthony and isaiah worked the entire time they were here. they were efficient, took great care with everything they touched in our home, very professional, and did an amazing job. we also had our dryer vent cleaned at the same time. it was obvious the previous owner never had this done-it was very dirty. they went above and beyond in working with the riser for the dryer so the job would be done right. they also cleaned up everything before they left. all this was done at a very fair price. this wasn't our first experience with duct cleaning (previous home), and we happily recommend Maven Air Care for your duct cleaning and dry vent needs

Ramone and Kevin did a great job. They showed up when they were supposed to and were very efficient and professional. They even vacuumed my plants after cleaning our dryer vent. Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible customer service! These guys asked us what time we wanted service done. Told them 11am. They said not a problem and they could do that. They actually couldn't do 11am but could do 1pm. My wife agreed but told them we had obligations and service needed to be completed by 2pm. They guaranteed service to be completed by 2pm. Day of service no one showed up at 1pm. When I called to ask where the techs were they had no idea. At 130pm the techs called and said they wouldn't be there until 2pm. We had to cancel the service. When I called the office to find out what happened Ryan just argued with me that they couldn't actually guarantee anything even though we have text messages of him doing just that. Not a sorry this happened. No attempt to reschedule us. Ryan just argued that he was right regardless of what his texts said. When I told him I would be placing a review about his customer service he said 1 out of 500 reviews won't hurt us and hung up.

Jason and Evan with Maven Air came out and cleaned my ducts. They were on time professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, was a really good experience and recommend these guys for sure!

Ramon and Kevin were incredibly professional with very clear communication throughout the cleaning and mold remediation. More importantly they were fantastic with our dogs and child. They worked quickly and answered any questions we had. Will use again.

Indoor air quality is crucial in your home, especially when you have pets and children. we just bought our house, and the first thing we did was clean the air vents. Maven Air Care did an amazing job! ! ! highly recommend using Maven Air Care to clean your house vents for healthy air
