Is mattandnat.com Legit?

Sent me a filthy bag with dirt marks and hand prints all over it. I had to wait 6 weeks for a replacement and the replacement that arrived was the exact same dirty bag but with extra damage. Disgraceful to take so much money from people and deliver them faulty items and refuse to get back to them.

I order a bag twice with Matt and Nat euroshop. Delivery was fast and uneventful. But most of all, I have never had a bag that stayed beautiful for so long, it’s really good quality. I use it everyday and it has still maintained its colours so well, almost no damages at all!! Really impressed.

I have bought a couple of bags from this company and I find their styling and colours really great. Unfortunately due to normal wear and tear each have broken but unlike bags of a similar price range they are not made of materials that last and so each have had to be thrown away. Very disappointing and I won't be buying again as I want a bag that can be re-sown if it breaks.

Defective bag and poor customer service. I bought another bag from you and I reached out to customer service for warranty they replied initially saying they’d come to a solution but then two months later they still haven’t replied. Sucks because I want to like their stuff for the quality but it seems pretty cheap.

Bought a purse which developed splits on either side of the closing flap within a few months of use. Returned using their warranty claims process and Royal Mail, and I had to chase up as they never contacted me despite the parcel being with them for almost one month. Customer emails are not signed off by a person, and tell you to wait before contacting them, making me feel like they have zero interest in customer care and in resolving issues with their products. I am still fighting for a replacement or refund, and have zero confidence in them wanting to do what is right for the customer.

I bought this bag in Canada, and unfortunately, it got damaged. Thankfully, it had a one-year warranty. There were some rules stating that I needed to bring it into a store to make a claim. However, since I live in the UK and couldn't go to the store in Canada, they sent me a new bag after working with the warehouse team. Their warranty service was excellent and very helpful to customers.

Great product, however the return process should be easier. To have to wait weeks for a response in order to get a form with a code number (that should be given with every purchase to begin with) in order to return instore, is so inconvenient. If returned through mail you lose money...... Will not be doing online orders again.But great quality product, just purchase in store.

Great products & superior customer care. I am a longtime matt & nat customer, usually buying products in store. The vegan leather always looks new & wears well & the designs are functional. Recently, i purchased a product online that was on sale in the colour zest. The design did not function well for me & i realised that on sale items are not returnable, so i reached out to customer care. Despite the product being on sale, i was able to return it free via canada post & received a gift card credit for the full ammount. I found another matt & nat product that was the perfect purse for me & as a result of such a great service experience, i will not hesitate to purchase online again.

Customer service was excellent. The store at Carrefour Laval didn't have my purse un stock. The employee ordered it online for me, received package at home really fast. Great quality product also!

The amazing assistance I got from the team when I encountered some problem on my orders is admirable. Without their efforts, I would already gave up, then, I won't know what I will be missing.

I have no feelings about this organization - I bought two items as gifts from a list I was given, and both went over well. When I made the purchase and had to do a refund/return, it went fine, although I had to email in to ask about the refund after several days of the return being received.

Love my tote! Fast shipping, which was great because I couldn't wait to start using this bag - in the beautiful fondant colour. Have received many compliments, even from strangers.

I love Matt and Nat bags! And it's always a treat when they go on sale. They are great quality and each design has some detail that makes them unique. The shipping was also pretty quick although I didn't receive a tracking number email until after I had received my package.

Items were delivered in good time and packaged really nicely. I'm super happy with my Teckel pencil case and Webber vintage wallet - both were in the sale so a great price and they feel good quality. Can't comment on the longevity but I hope they'll last me for years to come!

Online shopping experience and shipping was fine. But I was quite disappointed in the product. It feels really cheap and I am not a fan of the material. I understand it is vegan but I expected more for that price. I would not buy Matt and Natt products again.

I have many different handbags and love the softer ones from previous years instead of the stiffer ones. Your website is very difficult to navigate on a phone or tablet. Strange loading process. Quality of handbags is great.

Great bag! Looks amazing. Would be so much more functional with a laptop sleeve and another inside compartment.

I ordered a single wallet as a gift for my younger sister, it arrived promptly and she loved the design. However, it arrived damaged and I contacted the brand for a replacement. They took awhile to reply, but this was over the holiday season so I was okay with it. I didn’t have to pay for the replacement or return shipping, which I’m glad about as the initial shipping was expensive ($20 for a $45 product, AUD). We received the replacement with little communication on their end, and unfortunately upon checking the same area of damage as the first product, the same damage reoccurred. The compartment is sealed with glue and this glue remained soft/unset - the hem pretty much slides apart as soon as you open the compartment. I contacted the brand again and with no discussion they chose to refund 15%, which I’m not pleased about. Ultimately, I won’t be purchasing from here again.

Product came quickly and in good condition. Fairly easy to browse site. Some changes would make it even better; for example, photos of products could load more quickly and there could be more photos of the inside of the purses. You could also show photos of typical products that would fit inside.
