Is martorium.com Legit?

Exact same experience as everyone else! I thought I researched well but evidently not. I also complained to the BBB for whatever good that will do.

Scam. Purchased screens. Tracking number provided and even appeared to work for a bit. Tracking froze for several weeks. Zero reply to several attempts to contact seller. Tracking suddenly disappeared and item wasn’t delivered. SCAM.

Just like all others tried to follow up & email provided wouldn’t go through. The only Google search for this co name asks if you want to set up MARTORIUM acct? Found site on FB - from Vancouver, CA 🤬

Scam, my wife has had the same problems as everyone else is saying. Hopefully the credit card company can do a claim back on this. How is it possible to set up these websites, take payments through financial credit card companies and non one gets in trouble and hundreds of customers get ripped off?

Placed an order that my bank immediately paid. Received an order update with tracking number. Order does not exist and neither does this company. They jumped on jumped on Spotify but they can't help you.

Scam alert. Mid June I placed an order and promptly received a confirmation email then another email with order number and even tracking number a couple days later. I thought I had researched the company well enough because said it would take a few weeks. Periodically checked the tracker after a couple of weeks thought I’d wait a little longer being international. Nothing changed a few weeks later so I wrote an email. The email response that my package was lost came 6 weeks after my initial order and said that they could resend it or refund the money just let them know. I chose for a refund and never heard from them since. There was a contact name of Stephanie Garcia and address of the”stateside” business in Brighton Maine.

Same as all the others, ordered in June, got confirmation of order. Been trying to contact them since 3rd week of July, no responses and now website doesn't exist!

Exact same as everyone else. Order never arrived, they offered to rush a replacement, now the website doesn't exist and the tracking number never worked. Their email doesn't work either. SCAM

If I could give no stars, I would. They took the funds, but product was never rec’d; the order has been on its way for two months. No matter how many emails sent, they all bounce back. Sad that they have taken advantage of people who are just trying to get a decent deal. Lesson learned!!!!

Total Scam! I have been waiting on an order since end of June. It was supposed to arrive 12 days ago, tracking said it was out for shipping. Contacted the shipping company more than once with no response, contacted Martorium and have also had no response. I don't think I'll ever see the products I ordered

Never received my order. Contacted them and they gave me a tracking number. I click on that tracking number and the page doesn't exist. Can't load. I went to the website and nothing. Page/website no longer available. Time to report and let my cc know. SCAM!!! BEWARE

Scam! Ordered the product, got a confirmation email, then got a tracking email, I was able to track the product for a couple days and then when I went to track the item again, it said the tracking number was not valid. I tried emailing them and both times the email bounced back saying failure. Do not purchase!

Absolute scam! I went to check the order tracking because I have not received my order from beginning of July, the tracking goes no where, and the site does not exist - I received a reply email when I emailed them that the email no longer exists. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I ordered and the item was never delivered. Tried to contact and what do you know, their website was unavailable and the emailing address was invalid. Well played, enjoy your sixty dollars. Scum.

COMPLETE SCAMSent an email for a tracking number. Showed “In Transit” since June. Website and email address now shut down along with Facebook page and Instagram page.

Scam. Still waiting on delivery which I don't think will happen. Off to the bank to get my money back.No replies from Martorium or shipping company. Now the shipping company site cannot be reached. Not happy.

SCAM!!! Website disappeared 30 days after purchase. I bought an item which never received!Customer service email bounces back!

I am still waiting on the delivery of my screen extenders, which I don't think will happen. I went to check the tracking, and now the shipping company site cannot be reached as well as the main site! I am pissed! I am going to dispute the charge now. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!

this company is obviously a scam after waiting an additional day for the allotted time for delivery. I went to go check the website no longer exist. It’s now an empty Shopify account and then the shipping website that they had up is no longer active as well like the whole thing from start to finish was fake there is no way to pinpoint if this was a fake website at any point in time because it was fully functioning, this is getting insane like buyers beware of any foreign sites that you’re not familiar with maybe even some in the states because they had reviews and everything that made it seem genuinely real. The most unrealistic part about this was the fact that they were so cheap, but I coming from that side of the country that was realistic because I purchased other items like that.
