This what i get when confronting Marlboro on the jacking of price of there Cigarettes ! They don't give a rat's ass about anyone I just paid $10.26 ! So kiss my ass after 30 + years of smoking red 100's You are losing costumers !!!!

What are they doing to us loyal customers. Seems like they changed their paper they use. Cigarettes burn up twice as fast. You can just sit and watch them. Come on Marlboro you can do better than that. You have many loyal customers. We all should find a different brand. Loyal for 50 years!! Do better guys!!!

I have been trying for months to use my pack code points for coupons for redemption on purchases. The 5100 point coupons have been out of stock off & on since October 2023, but more recently since March 2024 they have been "Out of Stock". I check at least once weekly, Phone calls to their number results in NOTHING!!!! This smells of a SCAM! Has this company ever heard of printing companies??? I'm one very disgusted customer & wish the BBB would intervene!

Drone came defective and it’s been out of stock since I asked for replacement. Total scammers and what a joke that you are limited on how many points you can get per month. I’ve had enough points for tablet for over a year now but with limit it will be forever and I’m sure once I go to order it will of course be out of stock. These people are demonic and should be shut down. Never seen the likes of this kind until dealing with these crooks.

I've been using the app for over 5 years putting the codes in etc I usually receive my prizes but I ordered a 25$ Uber card and they sent me a $10 one. Eventually they refunded some of my points. Well this year I ordered a $25 visa gift card in Jan. When it didn't arrive by March they said they were sending another one. It's now June and no gift card. My address has been the same for the last 6 years. Why don't they use tracking numbers for their rewards products that get shipped out? I've emailed them twice within the last 2 weeks to tell them I didn't receive the card and they haven't responded. I use to enjoy getting points and redeeming rewards but not anymore. I think it's a scam and they are possibly keeping our merchandise

This site is a scam. I collected points for several months and ordered something. I didn't arrive in the time they provided so I contacted customer service. I contacted them several times about the order. All they do is say we are escalating it and nothing happens. It has been 16 months since my order and they now say they won't ship or refund.I am changing brands. They obviously don't want my business.

They understand they're making millions if not billions of dollars a year because people smoke everyday you think they'd be like hey you know thank you guys for killing yourself and giving us years and years and years and years of being millionaires and profitability you know here's a free pack now and then here's a little better than 75 cents off the ten dollar pack. Thanks for being a daily smoker and raising our families to look down upon you but if you try to quit smoking you still the same company giving you the patches so either way u screwed lol ..AMERICA!!!

All Marlboro customer services employees are very truly CRACKHEAD DRUGS like Meths, Rocks, and Cocaines. I can guarantee you. I can promise you. All Marlboro rewards and sweepstakes are bad offers and fake. All Marlboro customer services employees want hold their moneys to spend the DRUGS. I can guarantee you. I can promise you !!!!

Twice in a row now, Marlboro has made up excuses to scam their customers like myself from gift card promotions after taking payment. Last time they took 60,000 points for two $50 gift cards, said they would be shipped in 8 to 10 weeks. They took the points, then 12 weeks later, they send nothing and say that promotion has now ended. It wasn't ended when they took the points and said they would be shipped.This time, almost 3 years worth of points which was 90,000 for three $50 visa gift cards, am told two different excuses. First on back order, then second I don't qualify because I'm not an active smoker???!!! They zeroed out the points again, but this time I'm doing small claims for both situations, since last incident is within the 4 year statute of limitations, and here in California, small claims doesn't allow attorneys in the courtroom . Which means, Marlboro can't use their retainer attorneys. I'll follow up once I send them my courtesy Subpoena.

I bought a few boxes of Marlboro gold cigarettes' and they were all not fresh and very stale tasting. I tried returning it to the store but they didn't allow so I am very upset with the suppliers and producers for producing such a batch. I want a refund and free ones too.

I want to say that I like this website because I am a Marlboro kind of girl. I know cigarettes are expensive so I'm grateful for the free coupons I get and also u can earn points to get free stuff. So if you like free Marlboro stuff check out the website. I have always grew up with my mom and dad saving the actual pack codes because I remember counting them from the grocery bags they had em in. Marlboro has been my cigarette of choice for about 25 yrs, my very first cigarette,,, non- filter camel🤢. I really enjoy the " black pack", used to red pk. Other than the fire safety in them now this is still best cigarette out there

I regret all the cigarettes I smoked throughout my life. Big waste of time and life. Thank you Lord I don't have health problems from it all miraculously. Marlboro ones had the asbestos filters here and it's a wonder I'm still alive I today consider.

My over all experience with Marlboro has been great. I appreciate the free coupons every month .Anyway to save a dollar goes a long way! I think the rewards program is also great I love all the items and it’s fun to participate. I wouldn’t smoke anything else . Marlboro is the best!!

So somebody told me about Malboro rewards and getting deals on packs of cigarettes and I thought 🤔 ok, sounds good. Now I've been using the site alot for the last 3 or so months and racking up a lot of points, I plan on using them when I really need them, and now all of a sudden I see I've entered the maximum amount of codes for the month. That's fine and all, it's happened to me basically every month I've used this site, but only lasts a couple days because though these are cigarettes shared between me and my daughter's father, so we smoke sometimes a pack and a half or whatever a day so sometimes I enter two codes a day, this time I've been told I've used the max amount of codes for almost 3 weeks now!!!! Now that's impossible and I'm frustrated with this site because I now have 23 packs of cigarettes to enter and I know there is no way that I should still be told I have to come back next month to enter the codes. I'm wrongfully not being allowed to enter my codes on the site and just want to be able to get the points that I paid a lot of money for for buying there product in the first place!! I emailed this company to no avail, basically was just told what I already knew, that you can only put in 30 codes in 1 month and to have a nice weekend. Thanks so much for the help, truly, I'm touched 🥲 Now when I can finally enter my codes, basically in the first 2 or 3 days I'll have entered the max amount and will have to wait a whole other month. I think that's bull crap. So basically, what I'm saying is I want this fixed and to be able to put my codes in.

I don't care what anybody says about smoking if you're a smoker, you're a smoker. if you're not, you're not. but if you are a smoker I can tell you this... Marlboro is (in my opinion) a phenomenal company when it comes to customer service and making sure that their customers are happy. they've taken quite a blow over the years, the whole "big tobacco" thing. people are going to smoke if they want to and that's just the way it is. Marlboro didn't addict me to their cigarettes. I made the choice to smoke a cigarette and that was my choice. here's my story about Marlboro... it was about 20 years ago and I had gotten a flyer in the mail I think it was for my birthday or something? It said I had one a trip to the Marlboro ranch all I had to do was pay the airfare. i was so exited! when my then husband (now Ex-husband) got home from work I couldn't wait to tell him I thought he would be just as excited as I was! He was not. he told me it was a scam and that it wasn't real and just to throw it away and forget about it. Regretfully I did. only to find out that it was a real trip to the Marlboro ranch that i had been invited to. I know a lot of people that have been there and got trips the same way and went and had a blast and got a whole bunch of free promo items and whatever. They all said that they had a great time, something that they will never forget. I always regretted it. after that I tried to win trips to the Marlboro ranch they had contests and whatnot but I never did win. I'd forgotten about it long ago. Just recently I decided to email Marlboro and ask them if there was any way to still win a trip to the Marlboro ranch? I told them my story and what had happened. It was almost instantly I got a reply from Marlboro, the person emailing me informed me that they were not having contests that you could win trips to the Marlboro ranch anymore as a matter of fact they had sold their Marlboro ranch years ago. They were very sorry to have to tell me this news and that they knew it wouldn't even compare but offered me some free coupons. I told him I didn't need any, I get enough coupons off of my Marlboro rewards account that I have. I thank them and they sent them to me anyway. it was the quick response and the way in which the email was written that I appreciated. We buy cigarettes and that company doesn't have to give us anything. They can take our money and they don't have to worry about anything people are going to smoke. So we're going to buy them whether they give us free stuff or not. Every year on my birthday I get a card from Marlboro and a gift. They have Marlboro rewards I don't know if anybody knows but they still have the Marlboro points on the inside of the pack I've gotten so much venmo cash and other items like a Roku all kinds of things from Marlboro. they have that program and they don't have to do that for their customers, but they do. my parents don't even remember my birthday but every year I get something from Marlboro.

I love the Marlboro light 100’s. I love the rewards program even more. I enjoy entering the tabs and looking at all the options that I could redeem the points on. It’s great!!!

So I went to the store and I bought a carton of Marlboro light 100s and Newport 100s and I was 243 dollars so we switched to Maverick today I can no longer smoke your cigarette it's astronomical what you're charging and I know that everyone is going to switch over cuz they're very comparable and a lot cheaper so I just want to let you know that you lost a very long time customer today
