They offered to use PayPal, but to make a transfer as a family member or friend, saying that otherwise they will have problems with paying taxes. I read good reviews about them on the Internet and did as they asked, but after 2 months I have not received either the goods or my money back.

Sadly the purchase was made using CashApp at their request after Google Pay was declined by them due to issues with Google according to them. I have requested a refund, however I am concerned the website is not legitimate. The rep would only communicate through text messages. No phone calls. The website is not easily navigable.
