Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning manualsonline.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between manualsonline.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of manualsonline.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of manualsonline.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. manualsonline.com is a dubious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether manualsonline.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether manualsonline.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check

“Unuser friendly software”
Don't buy any manuals from this company there on user-friendly they cost way more than what you'll pay on eBay and when it comes to getting a refund they will not give you one they would rather keep your money and get a bad review
“Claiming more than 300,000 product manuals and guides...”
Claiming more than 300,000 product manuals and guides and a massive donating membership, here's a good place to start (and maybe end) a search for the user manual you lost or never had. I used this site to find a manual for a product I bought from a thrift store, which was entirely operated by (unknown) voice commands; I spent at least half an hour, maybe more, searching the web with no luck. The manufacturer had gone bust and everyone had deleted their details in the 3 years since then, but I found a copy of the manual here anyway. If you strike lucky, this may be the only place you need; and there is a huge member community to help you out if you're stuck. You may need to dismiss the site survey and invitations to buy or join things; these don't stop you from accessing the database once you've got rid of them.
“Rubbish manuals”
I purchased a Renault factory manual and it was utter rubbish, cobbled together pdf copies of bit of information. Better than nothing but I already had this stuff and the reason I bought this was they said they had electrical diagrams etc etc. I can assure you there was no electrical information and when I asked for a refund based on their policy it was a total waste of time. I gave up listening to their rubbish but told all my friends and now you, be very careful of this site, they are a distributor of what ever they can find and they even admit what the say you get is not what you actually get. What you get is what they have not what they say so it might be useful but in my case it was useless.
“At one time, I could go to the manufacturer for owners...”
At one time, I could go to the manufacturer for owners or users manuals. Lately, I am directed to manualsonline. They claim to have over 300,000 manuals, but I have not been able to find one yet. Some were manuals I used to have but the file was on another computer and I went out to retrieve another one. Attempts to get one from the manufacturer continually redirected me to this site. Even when using an internet search engine, and cautiously avoiding this website, other websites redirected me to this site. Is this a coincidence or is something sinister going on? Lastly, this site is too cluttered with ads and selections which lead you back to this site.
“I have several sewing machines I found at garage sales...”
I have several sewing machines I found at garage sales and several I have inherited. I have found manuals for all of them. I have also purchased three washers and dryers second hand and they didn't have any of the manuals I needed.
“Great service to anyone who is looking for a manual...”
Great service to anyone who is looking for a manual like me. Having a clock radio you can't fully set without a manual and need it right now. Manualsonline to the rescue. Very, very goodand it was right there!
“I used that manualsonline.com site 4 times to no avail”
I used that manualsonline.com site 4 times to no avail. I tried to get a manual for a HP Photosmart Printer 240, Photosmart 1500, Photosmart C4200. Each time the response said "Wev'e got hundreds of thousands ofmanuals here at manual on line, but it looks like we don't currently have the exact manual your looking for". This to me feels like they wanted to direct us to other commercial web site. I somehow got redirected to Robotdriver.com wanting me to spend $29.95 to update my driver base. These are not newly manufactored printers and if any manuals that Manualsonline.com would provide a copy to be downloaded, not their only copy.
“A waste of time”
I've been looking for information about a Walgreens Digital Thermometer - the kind you stick under your tongue, wait, and then take the reading - and arrived at ManualsOnline. There were 16 pages of them, 312 problems and solutions at the time. I started at page 1 and worked my way forward, looking at the ones that seemed to be relevant to the model number. Each question had been answered promptly by the ManualsOnline team and claimed they had found the manual. They conveniently provided a link, too. Great! No. After the first 5 or 6 I detected a pattern so I just hovered over the link and checked what it was. Each link claiming to be for the item was actually for something entirely different. Here are some of them: Bosch Lawn Mower... Zanussi Clothes Dryer... American Standard Hot Tub. Do I need to go on? I jumped to the last page and took a look. Uniden Scanner. An electric drill. A juicer. A clock. A CD player. The only, ONLY, answers that were any good were when a registered user (like you, me, anybody with a site profile) answered the question in plain language. No manual, just advice pure and simple. Seems to me that looking for a manual on Manuals Online is a complete and utter waste of time. Don't go there. Just a minute, though. I'll try looking for a Black and Decker Electric Drill. That might come up with the Walgreens Thermometer manual. Or not. Who knows? Tip for consumers:Don't. Service Value Quality
“Very disappoint with the service”
Never go for buy here! These are not newly manufactored printers and if any manuals that Manualsonline.com would provide a copy to be downloaded, not their only copy.
“No reply on request for refund”
I ordered a service and repair manual for 2014 Mercedes GLK Got a manual with a lots of pretty picture on all aspects of the car but NOTHING about repair They quote 100% satisfaction guarantied but when I requested a refund on 3 attempts in the past 3 weeks, I got absolutely no response from them So as far as I am concerned, it is ZERO satisfaction and a big song and dance on their part So again I ask, please respond to my request for refund on #Order #A9A*******BZ Regards, Pierre.
“Useless due to inability to contact them”
Only any use if they already have a manual for exactly your model. They don't allow you to contact them without that. Useless if you can't talk to them.
“They've owed me over $100.00 in "Affiliate Referals"...”
They've owed me over $100.00 in "Affiliate Referals" for over a year... keep saying "checks in the mail"... and of course I'm still waiting. Dishonest at best, and a ripoff for certain!
“Rip off”
Ordered manuals. Received nothing not even confirmations but money went on my Visa! Companies like this give buying online a bad rap! Tip for consumers:Stay away Products used:None Service Value Shipping Returns
“Tried using, got a popup - your computer is infected - call Microsoft”
Scare $#*!less after seeing the pop-up re my computer is infected - Call Microsoft Not the first time either Malwarebytes and McAfee said my computer is fine Quality
“I had the manual I was looking for within minutes!”
I had the manual I was looking for within minutes! This site is Great.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
