Is manualslink.com Legit?

I was looking for a manual for an old washing machine and agreed to pay approx 1 euro for it. I see now that I was charged 69 euro! Terrible!

I needed to look out a manual for a German made Bosch food processor bought long time ago. This Manualslink showed up as a helper for less than a dollar fee. I did not even found what I was looking for, but the small fee I paid .Later in month or so I discovered on my credit card receipt a charge for 69.95 euro or $75 from 04/29/2024.I never approved this extraordinary charge. Manualslink is a fraudulent company, a thief deceiving honest customers. It is a shame! I will complain to the American Consumer Protection Agency to help me and protect other consumers.Lyubov R.

A manual was offered for 95 cents. However, if you look carefully when go to pay, there is a checkbox that you must select that says you have "read and accept the terms and conditions". Inside those terms and conditions you agree to allow them to charge you for a "subscription". You are essentially agreeing to pay a small amount of money in exchange for a future charge of whatever they feel like charging you for their subscription.

I purchased and downloaded a PDF version of an owner's manual for $1.04. A week later they tried to charge my credit card ~$75 (which my bank declined) for (apparently) a membership.If you choose to do business with them, I suggest using an infrequently used credit card, and then canceling or freezing the card.

A couple of read reviews revealed that this particular flash light has a problem with battery leakage. I had this problem but at the same time I cleaned up the battery cartridge holder minus a couple of corroded coils and put new batteries in and the flash light works great so far! I'm pleased but perplexed of why it's working due to the batter placement coils on the bottom are missing 2 of them and still it lights up. I can honestly say this is one of the best flash lights I have ever invested in so far.

I requested a repair manual and they sent me an electronic owners manual. When I reached out to them they never responded back but tried charging my credit card $99. I would not recommend doing business with them. They'll take your money and not deliver what you requested.

This site is a Total SCAM, Initially they took 0.95p for an online manual for a telephone, hidden away in the very small smallprint was a requirement to cancel registration within 7 days or they would charge £24.95 per month ongoing. when confronted with the fact of unauthorised use of my credit card, and my intention to contact trading standards, and take matters further, they said as a good faith they would refund my two months subscription charge (£49.90)Avoid this SCAM Company

This is not what I wanted. It is the directions for putting the iPad in the case. It is the insert found inside the iPad box. Not instructions explaining the keyboard itself. For example the function of the various keys. Truly disappointing. I would not recommend your service to anyone. Fooled me once.

I down loaded a manual for TV for 95p and ended up with my bank being charged for a subscription for £99 ! I’m absolutely fuming as it didn’t ask about subscriptions, it didn’t clearly state anything about them. Scamming people like this is bang out of order !!

I did a Goggle search for a manual for my garbage disposal and found at Manualslink. The fee for the manual was $ 0.95 which I paid, not realizing that agreeing to their terms and conditions I was being automatically agreeing to a monthly fee of $99.95. So I was surprised when I saw the charge on my credit card.It was only when I disputed the charge that Manualslink made me aware of their terms and conditions.For someone searching their website for a manual I consider this to be a deceptive business practice.

I bought a sale price JVC mini hifi from Currys recently with no accompanying instructions. Luckily Manualslink came to the rescue with a full Owners Manual for my set. I found their website easy to use, and my 34page owners' manual arrived by email very promptly - and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

I made numerous attempts to cancel the subscription service before the 69.95 recurrent charges. Unfortunately I was not able to reset the password despite numerous attempts. The charge was taken on a weekend and I attempted to call but was required to leave a message.Communication via email was a reiteration of their policy and admonished that the charge was “embedded in their verbiage.After a number of emails, they sent an email cancelling the future Billings.Please read carefully!I am out 69.95 and .95 for a seven page manual which I was able to receive from the manufacturer for free.Again, be careful and try to obtain your manual elsewhere and avoid this trap.

I was having some trouble with my MTD ride on lawnmower but my nearest mechanics shop couldn’t fix it, and since I don’t mind repairing stuff myself, I decided to give it a go.I took the lawn mower apart, but could not find the fault. I got this TV from a friend of mine and he didn’t have the manual for it and I was having a little bit of difficulty getting it hooked up so I sent a request to get it from you and I received it within two days and it was wonderful. Easy to follow instructions and I will be able to keep this manual for future reference.Thank you for the prompt response

I received my manual successfully! When I did my online purchase the price was $ 0.95. Unfortunately my bank is set up to deliver fraud alerts for low $ value because that could be a scammer trying to hack one's credit card. When my bank called shortly after my purchase I was able to verify that I did this purchase. It took a little more than 2 days to recieve the email with my manual attached. I was worried during that time hoping you were not scammers. I have recently had my credit card hacked because I shop on line quite a bit so I'm watchful. The email I received when I purchased said that I would receive my manual "within 24 business hours". thanks again for finding it for me.

I was unable to open the manual and my credit card company notified me that you charged me $108.00 for this manual. This is outrageous! Please credit my card and delete the card information. The boneco machine is broken snd cannot be repaired.Therefore, even if I could open the manual, it id of no use to me.

As stated within several previous customer reviews, I too have had a recent bad experience with this company. I have also been "stung" with an additional charge of £99.95 (GBP) against my credit card. The actual service I required was for a technical user instruction for a Salter Hot Air Fryer, which I had received as a Christmas present. I actually received this document with what I thought was a total purchase cost of £0.95 (GBP). Only to find one week later an additional £99.95 (GBP) had been charged against my credit card by Manualslink.com. I immediately questioned this with them and was informed this additional charge was included within their T&C's and also online website. I checked and could not find any confirmation to substantiate their statement. After several exchanges of correspondence, I have now been reimbursed with the full cost of £99.95. I will not use this company again in the future and I suggest YOU also do not!!!
