Is manualsguru.com Legit?

I have been charged (twice) for a "subscription" which I didn't authorise and I did not receive the manual for which I was searching. On requesting a refund, I have effectively been told to shut up and go away.Website designed to suck in the unwary.

I was told that the fee would be $1,04. I agreed and ordered your services. Five days later I was charged $76.94. I was forced to cancel my credit card. What is going on?

I did not subscribe to the above business. My bank notified me thata transaction they attempted to make on my account was fraudulent. Bank intercepted it, so I am okay. However,I am having to wait on a new bank card.Wanted to warn people.

I wanted the manual in German for the software THR Editor, but I recieved the manual for the amplifer THR 10II. In internet I found the English manual for THR Editor, but not the German. Sorry, you didn't solve my problem.

I am impresses with the capability and efficiency you have shown in finding and providing me with the users manual I needed. I never expected to be able to print out a copy of the manual as early as the next day, much to my satisfaction. Furthermore, I was even more impressed with the fact that I was only charged $1.05 for such efficent service. Congratulations.

It appears you are charging me $76.31 for this eight page manual. That is ridiculous and there is no way that I would authorize that transaction. Please do not take that money from my account. I authorize the original $1.04 and that is all I should have to pay for this Almost useless booklet. Doesn’t answer my questions in anyway.Once again, do not take money from my account.

Made a request for information manual that ManualsGuru stated did not exist. They then came back with a like publication which did provide me with sufficient info to get my device working - this was great - paid for this service. Then, some days later, our bank account was debited by the amount $115.67 - no explanation. it would appear that this was to be an on-going monthly charge (hidden details) - certainly not authorized by myself). Anyway, I have now cancelled my bank card. - "SO MUCH FOR A CASHLESS SOCIETY" - an open door for the SHONKS.

There was no information on how to connect the thermostate just how to set it up and use it. I ordered the information the 7/8 and paid for it. On 7/14 I was charged $76.34 for I don't know what because I didn't order any thing else.

I needed to arrange for the removal of an old range cooker which came with the house without an6 instructions. Googling found nothing.I was sceptical that this company could come up with anything but.. bingo.All very professional with polite, helpful communications.Such a joy when things exceed expectations!

the writing on the download is so small you can not possibly read it, I could have downloaded it free of charge but thought I was paying for a paper copy, sadly this was not so. I also wish to inform you that I do not wish to subscribe to this service, so please take this as I wish to cancel.

Complete Scam. Unfortunately I didn't look at Trust Pilot before buying a manual. They didn't send the manual I wanted and I thought i'd only lost £0.82.One week later they took £60 from my account. At no point did I knowingly sign up for this payment. DO NOT USE!

After many efforts to obtain the Singer serger manual, I went to Manuals Guru and was able to download the manual at a very nominal fee. I appreciate this service.

I purchased a manual for a sergemate companion 5040 and received a manual for 4030 sergemate for a charge of $1.04 on April 1, 2024. On April 9th they tried charging me $75.99 for something that I didn't authorized. Please don't use this company for any manual. If you do please stay on top of your account for any charge you didn't authorize.

I paid for a manual for cobra rotary petrol mower. I was contacted by Manuals Guru to advise that they were unable to locate a manual for this particular mower and instead provided one for a Qualcast cylinder mower. Totally useless. It’s like asking for a service manual for a Mercedes and being supplied one for a Volkswagen! A few days later I was contacted by the fraud team from my credit card company to say a request for a charge had been made for £59 as first instalment of a monthly subscription which I never signed up for. I went back into my contact correspondence with Manuals Guru and only then noticed that buried in the fine print that I would be signed up to a monthly subscription unless I positively decline this on reply to them. I can only describe this as a stealth scam. I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. Unfortunately I cannot send a no star or negative star review.

This company responded quickly to my request. Although the product supplied was not what I am searching for they made an honest attempt. My search continues.

I had a problem trying to login I contacted manualsguru.com and explained what was happening. I also explained I had ordered a manual but could not download it. I received a reply from manualsguru.com very quickly, complete with a PDF copy of the manual later the same day. I would use this company again should I need another manual for whatever reason.
