Is manieredevoir.com Legit?

I had a wonderful experience with Manière De Voir! I had a gift card that had expired, and initially, I was told it couldn't be reactivated. However, Natasha and the team at Manière De Voir went above and beyond to help me out as a gesture of goodwill. Their customer service was outstanding and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer.Natasha deserves special recognition for her excellent assistance and for making sure my issue was resolved. I am extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely continue to shop with Manière De Voir. Thank you, Team MDV!

The products are beautiful. The courier did not do his job all to well, but the costumer service helped me locate the lost package, which was great! Ellie, Georgie and Emma all responded to my e-mails very quickly. So thanks!

The clothes are poor quality and the customer service is even worse. They aren't even reachable through e-mail or by phone but I had to send them an DM on Instagram. I bought a pair of pants a few months ago that already after one wear has a 2 by 2 cm hole in them. A few weeks ago I bought another pair of pants, I wanted to return these so I registered my return on the 4th of June and dropped it of on the 24th of June due to personal issues. Untill the 23rd of JULY I didn't hear a thing about my return so I contacted them through DM. First they told me that I had to be patient and then coincidentally they received my return. Now they will only refund me via a giftcard which I also have to spend in one go. They refuse to give me my money back because my return was 6 days to late, meanwhile they take over a month to process my return which I think is kind of hypocritical. I must note that for a company based in the UK they really need to rethink their return policy and shipping company. Deeply dissapointed with how my complaint was handled and now to not waste my 110 euros I still have to order from them again.. smh

I ordered a Jacket from Maniere not too long ago and the was a misunderstanding regarding the address, so I emailed the customer service and Emma was responded withing a matter of minuets and we resolved the issue...I got the jacket just yesterday and I absolutely loved it.

Very disappointing customer service and quality. I brought one of their expensive shirts, wore it once, and noticed a huge issue with the stitching right across the shirt, that I must have missed when I brought it. However, because it had taken me over a month from the date of the order to spot this, they said that they would not do anything to resolve the issue and showed no care whatsoever. No shirt of this price should suffer such a fault withing such a short space of time. So I am now stuck with an expensive shirt that is ruined. Will not be ordering from them again. 19.07.24 Edit: I sent the same member of staff from the company a further email on the same day detailing the Consumer Rights act. A different contact then replied to my email, who was much more helpful and agreed to exchange the fault shirt for a new one. I am not sure if it was due to the Consumer Rights act, or just a much nicer member of staff (Georgie and Ellie) getting in touch, but this interaction was completely different and a very positive experience.

I am deeply disappointed with Manière de Voir. I've had two awful experiences that highlight the dishonesty and inflexibility of this store.First, I bought several items, including a top in size M that had an incorporated bra, which, although labeled as M, seemed like an XS. I tried to return it after trying it on, but they told me the return period had expired, and it hadn't even been a month!I decided to give them another chance and ordered more items. One of them, a bodysuit in size M, was extremely tight, more like an XS. I sent it back, and they responded saying it was used, with a photo that showed nothing. This is completely false because I couldn't even fit into it. They kept the item and my money.I absolutely do not recommend this store. They are dishonest and don't care about their customers. Avoid shopping here if you value your money and peace of mind.

I love the quality of their products. I had some issues with the app and Georgie helped me out swiftly.
