Je pré-commande systématiquement toutes les nouvelles séries Pokemon et je n'ai jamais été déçu. Seul petit point, le port pourrait être offert sur des commandes à fort montant. Point très positif vis à vis des échanges avec le service client, réponse rapide et efficace !
Après plusieurs commandes nickel, ma dernière commande est arrivée avec un produit dont le scellage était déchiré (une belle déchirure). Lorsque j'ai demandé des comptes, on m'a répondu que ça avait été vu au moment de la préparation mais suite à mon absence de réponse à un seul et unique coup de fil, on a estimé que c'était ok de m'envoyer un produit défectueux car "il n'y avait pas de note dans ma commande". C'est honteux. On achète des produits neufs, on ne devrait pas avoir à préciser qu'on veut un produit neuf. Cela a été envoyé à une personne qui n'a pas d'imprimante et qui est assez âgée donc on ne me propose aucune solution pour un problème qui a été initié par une décision de leur employé sans me solliciter.
Bons prix sur les cartes Pokémon et magasin fiable. Aucun problème à signaler après 3 commandes.Je recommande sans hésiter.
